I have been a customer of Samsung for over 30 years all my products are Samsung. Every phone I have I have bought direct from Samsung. Service used to be very good. I needed a new phone urgently as I am going through chemotherapy and it is imperative that I have a phone for my appointments and keep in contact with the hospitals. I bought a phone with Samsung at the beginning of January. The sales advisor was very helpful and told me what phone to buy. I explained my situation and he assured me it was in stock. A few days later after paying for my phone I received message saying it wasn't in stock and they couldn't deliver it. I called Samsung they told me that the message I received was a mistake and it was not delayed and it would be delivered. Delivery day came and went no phone. I called Samsung I explained my situation and they didn't care and told me it wasn't in stock so I was lied to by Samsung. They said they would email me to see when it was in and would keep in contact with me and when phone came in they would make sure I got one as it was first come first served. They didn't bother didn't contact me once, nothing. I called again and spoke to same lady who had forgotten to contact me and had forgotten to reserve a phone for me. I asked to make a formal complaint. She said she would raise one. I held on while she did it for another 40 minutes I asked what she had written could I see it she said no. I have now spent over 4 and half hours on 3 calls to Samsung. I have emailed on five occasions explaining my situation and that I have cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy and the stress they are putting me under is awful. They do nothing and I am still without a phone or any resolution.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE. I was bought Samsung washing machine 12 months ago and just in 4 month machine start noise and vibration so I complained and they sent me service technician (Lack of knowledge) didn’t checked internal things and told me you have to use machine cleaner powder after that he sold me just powder and run away like he has no time for customers problem, As time passed washing machine Noise and vibration increased, last month I lodged same complaint and demand for senior technician, behalf of this complaint they sent me technician and he opened all that things and he took the photos and said the rat bite inside your machine and I said ok but my question ? is why Samsung company service staff wait for 1 year just bcs of Rob to Genuine customers, Samsung nowdays Fraud company even Samsung customers care Senior officer way of talking like psycho when they can’t understand the problem they just start arguing and You feel like you got big mistake to bought SAMSUNG Product, Specially Thanks to VADODARA SAMSUNG SERVICE DEALER JUST GREEDY FOR MONEY 💰 that I Never bought SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN

The 2 step verification process would work if they'd actually send me the code to my phone. I tried 5 different ways got nothing but when I finally got the email (the only one that worked) Even though It worked. Samsung said I had too many codes sent to my phone and locked me out anyways! Said I had too many codes sent to my phone. I never got one code. What good is Samsung account if I can't get in it?

My phone had manufacturing defect, it stopped working within a month they dod not replace it. then it stopped working after 6 months too. And now they are charging me 10k for repair that they should not be charging me for their defective product.

Purchased a samsung Z flip 3. After 3 days of owning it, the screen got a thick black bar across the middle part. I contacted my service provider, who told me this was a common issue and not the first call, that day, about it. As instructed, I sent it to Samsung for warrenty, only to recieve a text, letting me know it was not in warranty and would not be fixed unless I paid over 400 dollars, out of pocket. I tried to plead my case, otter box, owned it for 3 days, screen protector, and no care was given. From the first call with Sansung Customer service, it was a bad experience. I have since returned my new samsung watch, the z flip and will not be buying Samsung appliances for our home. Samsung did not back their quaility build they represent and the customer service was hirrible. Plain and simple, its not worth the risk to buy their product. At the end of the day my service privider took the z flip back on excahange, I got a new phone from another manufacturer and will no longer buy samsung products, nor recommend them to anyone.

I have been trying to get a refund on my Samsung refrigerator for two months now. They keep send me a text message to confirm an exact the refund I have advised them on 100 occasions that it does not allow me to except it through the text message. They also sent me an email I printed out the paperwork and emailed it back to them also. I have called Samsung on numerous occasions the last phone call I asked to speak to a supervisor and the representative flat out told me now that that’s not going to happen. It is now over two months I cannot get a refund from them and they keep telling me they need additional documentation that has been provided to them several times. At this point I have to get an attorney involved. I will never buy a Samsung product again

WORST TV EVER! IF IT SEEMS SLOW OR YOU'RE WATCHING NETFLIX AND THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND RETURNS TO CABLE TV IMMEDIATELY CALL SAMSUNG!!! This was going on since the first month I had it and I stupidly assumed it was an Xfinity, wifi, or Netflix issue.. IT IS A SAMSUNG TV ISSUE!!! Finally after 12 months and 3 weeks (just out of warranty) the TV screen went totally black. If you want costumer service from Samsung plan on making yourself available 4 different times because they won't show up for their 5 hour windows and if they do show up they won't have the parts to fix the TV. Oh, and when you're nice and frustrated add the 24-48 hour wait time for a supervisor to get in touch from Samsung or their third party service company who also has a 24-48 hour supervisor protocol to get In touch with you. When you finally talk to a supervisor they won't do anything for you. It will be TWENTY (20) days without a TV. Let's see if it gets fixed next Weds.

Bottom line: Appliances - GO TO LOWES, or better yet Best Buy or ANY OTHER STORE THAT CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. (Please read this warning) Once you pay for the order, Home Depot passes the buck to the appliance vender, and it is all on YOU to get the correct delivery date, or any resolution with either a replacement unit or service repair, if the product requires it! You are left all alone to fight the big manufacturer. I ordered a matching (clothes) washer & dryer on December 18, 2021. (Update 2/22 final resolution: 7 weeks after initial order by cancelling the order and placing it on another vendor (Lowes) that actually stocks the products it sells!) The first call I received weeks later on the date I was supposed to take delivery, was to advise me of "a broken-down truck" so my delivery was going to be another "10 days." The woman on the other end said "But, since your delivery is so late already, we will schedule you for next Thursday." (This was on a Friday) She stated all that in a very condescending tone "we are doing you a favor matter" of fact statement tone. (Samsung Customer Service in in the Dominican Republic and apparently a very loose management) Seven days go by, and we get a call to schedule our delivery, "but the dryer has a ding on the back right corner," oh nice! She went on: "If you will, please take a look at it and if its appearance and operation is OK with you to keep, we will give you a discount." The next day arrived, and the washer was fine, but the dryer had a huge crunched right FRONT ding and so much so, I don't believe it would even operate or stand anywhere near level on its own four legs. I refused it and told them to bring me another. Another ten days pass and they bring a new one, it was a dusk delivery but looked just fine and brand new...We hooked it up, performed the test for the dryer that is asked when you first set it up (Per Samsung) and leveled it. My wife turned it on, and the sound was like a half load of clothes with a bunch of belt buckles in the tub. IT WAS EMPTY! We then took a DETAILED view and lo and behold there were three indentions that were visible if you took a detailed look of the dryers' "lines" and followed them or compared one side to the other. So, here we go again, I called appliance Home Depot "Customer no-service" and after ten minutes on the phone advising her of the situation, they had placed me into, they passed the buck to Samsung. The Samsung rep was as helpful as Home Depot. "We can have a service tech call you in the next 48 to 72 hours to schedule a service call. He wanted to hear the dryer as I told him about the exact sound, so I turned it on to let him listen, after about 10 seconds he asked me to empty the dryer due to all the racket to assist him…I TOLD HIM “IT WAS EMPTY.” So, he says the "service technician will call me in 48 - 72 hours to schedule my visit, they did not want to agree to replace it. He made it sound like a 10-day replacement unit delivery was sketchy at best and it could be much longer. By this time, I am just over the whole thing. Thats it, at best another new dryer apparently was another ten days wait. It has been one day shy of a full month now, no one from either business thinks my situation warrants any expediency. He ended the call with: "thank you for your business, thank you for calling and I hope you have a nice day!" (A very condescending arrogant tone every call with them, HD was no different!) 2/4/22: Samsung intentionally sent me two (2) bad dryers to unload them on a customer, but due to damage the second one not working, they failed. We took a detailed look, it actually had three distinct crumple areas on the bottom, it had been DROPPED very hard. THE REAR COVER WAS BULGING INTO THE DRUM. Thankfully there are alternatives, I ordered the same dryer from Lowes on 2/2/22 and it is scheduled to be delivered 2/5 Please read this review, take the warning seriously and HAVE A NICE DAY!

Ongoing complaint from samsung and still not resolved just being fobbed off with I'm sorry we promised u the price match. Did price match for samsung fold 3 2 weeks later got accepted... 2 weeks later it got rejected... 2 different excuses!!!!! All they say is sorry and no we won't honor the price match... Firstly it breaks terms and conditions.. Then it's the wrong colour... Then it was brought in store and not online... How many more excuses and lies will I be told!!!!! I will never be buying from Samsung again online or in store!!!!!! I do not like to be lied to especially by a company I've brought from for over 15 years and had great service .... Bye bye Samsung And people do not buy from them!!!!!

Do not buy through access program and the financing. The website is super confusing. I bought my tv through access program and I thought I’m getting an awesome promotion. Received a broken tv! Didn’t even get to set it up! And I was on the line talking to customer service for a replacement. They just transferred me to different departments and no one resolved my issue! I was on the phone with them for 3 hours!!!! The customer service was the worst experience I had. I do not recommend it at all!!!

EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!! My refrigerator is only few years old. I had to unplug and defrost it very often because of a major issue with ice build up by evaporator coil. Drain needed to be replaced because it was to short. It coast me lot's of money for repair because just went out of warranty. I was told by Tech. that this was a factory defect and should be recall. WARNING FOR EVERYONE it will give you trouble immediately after the expiration of warranty. This is my first review I ever wrote. FOR SAMSUNG NO STARS ONLY ZERO. GARBAGE COMPANY WITH GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just wasted HOURS of my life on line and on the phone with Samsung "Customer Service" in various seemingly imaginary departments. I made the error of wanting to spend thousands of dollars on their products and was given (repeatedly) wrong information, invalid codes, imperceptible phone connections, and transfers so numerous that I actually wound up with the same guy (who I recognized) and eventually ending in being hung up on. I started with online chat, then calls, then with emails and a call. Link for free delivery and install good for 72 hours expired within minutes. "direct" email was undeliverable in minutes. I then received two hang up calls from Samsung's 1-800-726-7864 number. If their job were instilling rage in their potential customers, this experience was a bulls-eye.

Samsung delivered broken dishwasher . Customer service is extremely bad . Dishwasher is not working from day one . Very stressful I’ll never ever recommend Samsung products .

DO NOT EVER BUY SAMSUNG. All I wanted was my 3 MONTH OLD fridge fixed for the SECOND time. Made at least 10 phone calls. Never once did anyone call me back. One operator hung up in me. They lied constantly. CRAPPY PRODUCT ONLY SUPERSEDED BY THEIR NON EXISTENT SERVICE.

OUR TWO YEAR OLD SAMSUNG DISHWASHER LEAKED FOR SIX WEEKS--EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT OUT TWO TECHS THAT SAID THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. IT HAS RUINED OUR FLOOR AND WE HAVE REPLACED THE DISHWASHER--SINCE THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SENT OUT A GUY TO TAKE THEIR JUNK AWAY. JUST PROMISES AND "NO" FOLLOW UP. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THIS COMPANY HAS A VERY POOR REPUTATION ---AND ANYONE WHO PURCHASES A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IS A FOOL.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! There was a defect on my brand new phone which I had to send in to samsung to fox. They were going to charge me $500 for a brand new phone that had a defect to get it fixed! I had to fight them on that to not have to pay for something that was their issue. Then they agreed after a week pf fighting to fix it but no matter how many times I call, I can't get an update on where my phone is! I've been without a phone for almost 4 weeks already and no one can give me an answer. This is the worst customer service ever! Where is my phone!!!??

Good luck dealing with their Philippines call center whenever you need anything including buying products online, servicing or replacing appliances etc etc etc....They rank up there for the worst customer service you will EVER encounter!!!
