I bought a Samsung ultra 21 it's the worse phone I start having screen issues I went to fix my phone they couldn't find anything in the report and wasted my 4 months I would never buy Samsung product again Never take Samsung's extended warranty for any product. They will start treating you like a third-class customer go for Apple atleast they resolve your problem.

First one broke down after 13 months, contacted Samsung, as a TV should last quite a bit longer certainly for the price I paid. All Samsung said, sorry, out of warranty but we will help you...here are the details from an authorised repairer. Result, repair not economical. So I purchased my next Samsung television, this one packed in after only 3 months. Screen faulty and after a month I was told that screen could not be replaced so was offered refund or alternative replacement...sorry Samsung, no more Samsung anymore for me.. I really believed Samsung offered top quality products,bought all your appliances but no longer... very disappointed. Never even had a reply to my complaint nor any empathy or apology. You try to manage a person with dementia for who the television is a unmissable and a priority.

I purchased a tv. Samsung has done updates and deactived the features described as per manufacturer specs. IT does not do screen mirroring anymore. I have contacted them and sent a letter of demand as it’s Aus consumer law that is must be as described. They have replied with they are not prepared to offer a remedy. The customer service is terrible. I am having to take the matter further legally.

I ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultras and everything was decent. The phone is basically a great camera and garbage phone. My review is not on the S21 so much as on this company. They have basically zero contact with you after purchase. No payment info was included with my purchase. No billing info of where to send payments. Zero...I was however able to contact them through Credit Karma when they put a collection account up and dropped my 800+ credit score. I would've expected maybe a PHONE CALL or EMAIL prior considering you had BOTH methods of contact but I am sure sending it to collections was easier than that. It will be my final Samsung purchase regardless as the phone on 5g is slower than my s7 was on 3g.

I purchased a Samsung watch 4 classic, once opened the box, realized there is no charger, contacted customer service and because I have purchased it through best buy no one can help me !!! I have to drive back 2 h one-way in order to get reimbursed, which I will as I do not want to support this company anymore !!

I placed an order totaling $4790.00 with Samsung. The trucking company lost, misplaced, and refused to deliver my order. Confused? The first time I contacted the trucking company...the order was not there. The second time I contacted the trucking company, they needed to re-schedule the delivery because they did not have an installer per the contract. The third time I contacted the trucking company, they informed me that my home was too far and they don't deliver to my city. Hmmm... SO...I called Samsung and told them what was going on with the order and then proceeded to cancel the order. I was given a cancellation number on the phone and assurance that the refund would follow. I requested a confirmation email detailing the conversation with the Samsung customer rep. of the cancellation/refund, but it was sent. Very long story short....I've spent hours, literally HOURS on the phone between Samsung, XPO Logistics (Phoenix), and Capital One attempting to get my money back. Samsung is waiting for paperwork from XPO confirming that the appliances are en route back to Samsung before Sansung issues my refund. XPO told me that the order is canceled and indeed en route back to Samsung. Anyway, it's been well over a week and I still do not have my refund! Samsung may have quality appliances but the customer service is horrendous.

I have never been so frustrated dealing with this company and their service. I am literally shaking right now while trying to type this complaint. For over two weeks I have been trying to get my bulbs replaced in my microwave. It has yet to happen. I own a microwave, 65” tv, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove all Samsung products. The microwave is my second one that replaced the first one. The changes they put me through, all bc I needed replacement bulbs is utterly ridiculous. They made me feel as though I had stolen this microwave. I will not recommend Samsung to anyone of my friends and family. I will never buy another Samsung product ever.

Waardeloos! Medewerkers beheersen de Nederlandse taal niet, denken niet oplossingsgericht mee en komen hun afspraken totaal niet na! Al sinds mei ben ik in afwachting op mijn buds en al maanden wordt ik zoet gehouden met de mededeling; "nee meneer, deze komen zo spoedig mogelijk uw kant op"... Samsung; neem goed personeel aan!! Wen you pay whit peanuts, you get monkeys!!!

Samsung appliances are not worth the money we spend. Spent $4,000 on the 4 door refrigerator and ice maker has been replaced 4 times. On our 2nd home the same happened to our refrigerator. We also carry Samsung refrigerator, washer & dryers & dishwasher in our 9 property rentals. All of their products has had issues & in the last 2 years we have spent 36,700 on replacing all Samsung products. Samsung washer leaked water. Samsung dishwasher sprayer bracket has detached from basket due to rust. Poor rubber coat that prevents water to rust bracket. Only 2 yrs old and they want me to pay$300 to replace a manufacturer defect. Done with them. Will spread the word.

Hey, you have a great collection of mobile covers that can attract anybody. The mobile covers have different pictures, like a bike photo or images of cartoon characters on them. Kids love these more than adults do because they are more appealing to them. zapvi is the same website as you. If you want to buy a 3D mobile case, then go on it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY SAMSUNG HOME APPLIANCES!!!! OUR BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE HAS BEEN BROKEN FROM THE DAY WE MOVED INTO OUR BRAND NEW HOME BEGINNING OF JULY. THE WASHING MACHINE *SUPPOSEDLY* HAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY THAT CLEARLY MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE SPENT THE LAST 3 MONTHS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH SAMSUNG TRYING TO GET A NEW, WORKING WASHING MACHINE BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE BECAUSE EVERY SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE WE SPEAK WITH CONTINUES TO GIVE US THE RUN AROUND. MEANWHILE, WE HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT THE LAUNDROMAT WHILE WAITING FOR THIS TO GET RESOLVED WHICH DOES NOT SEEM TO BE HAPPENING ANY TIME SOON!!!!

we purchased a Samsung washer and dryer in July 2021 upon delivery the washer and dryer were damaged we also ordered pedestals for the washer and dryer which are the drawers that they sit on we sent the entire order back to Samsung a week later they re-issued the order and we received a washer and dryer but without pedestals on August 26, 2021. After at least 20 calls with Samsung back-and-forth we cannot get to the bottom of receiving our pedestals it is now mid October and we still don’t have pedestals and nobody can help us at at Samsung. Our hands are completely tied because nobody has answer for us. If they do try to help, it is very difficult to understand them

I purchased a fridge in April 2021, cut to August 2021, heard a weird noises coming from the fridge. The next morning the freezer was not working at all. Contacted Samsung and tried to trouble shoot from home like was suggested. After unplugging and so on, Now the fridge is not working. Contacted Samsung service and had to wait a week to have it looked at. Diagnosis the Compressor went out *insert eye roll here * It would be over a month before the techs Boss could come out to do the repair because he is the only one certified, so he suggested an exchange. So then comes the process of getting that approved, weeks later after us doing all the contacting, we have never been contact once from Samsung, let alone best buy where we purchased it. I receive an email that my request has been approved on 9.7.2021, Email states Best buy would contact me within 3 days, I finally called and received the RA# that I should have been contacted about, again no one from Samsung contacted me about anything, and now Best Buy hadn't contacted me about the exchange. So I go to the store and talk to the manager (the most helpful person thus far.) FINALLY got a new fridge order on 9.28.2021 one month to the day the fridge went out. New fridge order CANT BE DELIVERED until October 27th, now 2 months since fridge went out. This has all just been a horrible experience and doubt I will ever buy Samsung again. Now comes time to file the Food Loss dispute and Samsung only covers $200, well I am sorry but when you're selling a 28 cu ft fridge there more than that in there total cost was $460 for my food loss, which I know I will not get reimbursed for. Let me not forget I had to buy a $400 Magic Chef fridge from Home Depot, just to get me thru these TWO months with no fridge, It keeps my produce fresher than the Samsung every did.

I ordered a champagne washer and dryer online. I waited for one month for them to deliver and a day before the delivery they called me to tell me that they could deliver the washer in champagne color and the dryer would have to be black. Is very disappointing, they waited till the last minute to tell me that the champagne dryer was not in stock. I cancelled the order.

They don't know what to do to file a repair claim I been on hold and transferred like 7 times now then I go through the same automated service then the person that picks up transfers me again its a loop and it's ridiculous I'm switching to apple

I bought Samsung washer and dryer, stove , refrigerator and microwave 3 years ago. The dryer broke the digital clock on stove has quit and now the washer is making a terrible noise. I have contacted Samsung and have never heard back. Will never buy anything Samsung.

100 day risk free trials on all appliances, except Airdresser. This was not made clear or apparent during the check out process. Deceitful practice. No wonder it was 50% off. Will never trust this company again.

Never take Samsung's extended warranty for any product. They will start treating you like a third-class customer. The executive who is supposed to visit you has no incentive as he will not get any money. So it's better to stay away from this scam of Warranty Extension and just pay whenever there is a requirement.

No communication, my purchase online was delayed, i need to call several time. One girl told me the system is down can’t help me. Another person told to call StarTrack to enquire the issue. Still waiting for the purchase till now
