This company is very Dishonest I've bought several things from this company and had trouble just about every time I'm not going to buy anything else from them ever again

Worst “smart” app ever. 45 minutes of trying to connect just so I can change the clock and still no success. F you. Next time just let us change the clock on the stove without having to download an app that doesn’t work.

I was a good customer for a long time. I traded my Galaxy watch 3 for 5 pro. After l sent my old one the delayed the credit fir not resting the watch. Now they are charging me the full amount. I am disappointed and disgusting. They are trying to take away my money in technicality and it's very wrong

Please be alerted. Don't buy any Samsung appliances from Samsung directly. Buy instead from a vendor. Buying directly is an absolute torture. A day after I got the delivery of the microwave the price dropped, I wanted to return the product and buy from a vendor for the reduced price by almost $200, but Samsung online convinced me to not return the microwave and instead I will get the difference in refund. I got an email confirming that he have requested a refund on my behalf and that I will get an email in 3 days to confirm the refund. It's been 5 days and nothing yet. It was a big mistake to buy directly from Samsung, I have never been treated so badyby a vendor as I was treated by Samsung. I tried to make this post short, so I didn't shre with you the hours wasted on the phone with Samsung online agents. Now I have to return the product, thank God it is still in the box and make simple on my life by buying in costco or best buy. Don't do my mistake. Vendor also gives extra perks you don't get online. It seems attractive to use online thinking it's easier, well it is absolutely not easy at all. JUST DON'T BUY DIRECTLY. For example Costco much better warranty and the service is just wolds apart.

I made my order by calling 1-800 Samsung. I had my washer and dishwasher delivered a week ago. Dishwasher is still sitting in the middle of my kitchen and I paid for installation and removal. There’s no order number but my contract clearly states installation and removal. The guys that delivered them said I would be contacted soon for installation and removal as they need to be licensed. They disconnect calls, transfer you and place you on long holds!! I was given a courtesy of 61.00 for ea. machine because it came later than was told. Was supposed to get a 200. Credit because I was given a different quote for the price than what I was charged!! Didn’t get that!!! Still waiting for installation!!!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with - I Will Never buy another Samsung TV . We have only had our 70 inch tv for 1 1/2 yr and the screen went completely black - with a white line going down the side of it - on sept 25,2022 - we called it in —it is still sitting on our counter- still waiting for supervisor to call us back . They want to give us the same exact model and now we have lost 2 months of our warranty on the tv - here it is Nov 2022 - and Still have not received a replacement from them — we had to go buy another TV so we had one . Last week when I called again about talking to a supervisor- One of the customer service guy’s said to me - there is a difference between needing a TV and wanting a TV - I remember living in a 4 wall room !! I didn’t say another word - That was enough for me - Seriously this is the service we have received- I couldn’t tell you how many times we have called in the last 2 months and being on the phone and on hold for 2 hr long phone calls — Buy a Vizio the customer service takes care of you !!

I bought a fridge freezer in Sept 2022 found the product cheaper within 7 days. Filed a claim to refund the difference. First they approved the claim then contacted me in November 2022 when it came time to pay out. To refuse saying the claim did not meet the criteria. Asked customer services what the grounds are for refusal. They could not give me a reason just that it does not meet the terms. You are better off buying their products from other retailers where they significantly cheaper. In future I will stick to Bosch, Siemens or miele products at least they honour any promotions they run.

Brought a 43 inch Samsung TV. After 60 days the audio went out; meaning some time when I turn it on no sound. I contacted Samsung support and supposedly the problem was fix remotely. 30 days later same issue. I requested a new TV (per my warranty; only to be told they want to try to fix the problem again). How many times does a company get to fix the problem…obviously until the warranty runs out. My first Samsung product, and my last!

Terrible customer service. They cancelled my order after 3 days claiming I put the wrong address in the credit card field. Every other time this has happened on other websites, the order cancels right away. Conveniently, the product I ordered is no longer in stock, so obviously they ran out, so my order was cancelled. It was during a promotion too, so I can't even get the same promo from other websites now (like Bestbuy, who also had the same promo running). Lesson learned. Will never buy anything Samsung again.

Samsung builds with parts that are not replaceable. It’s also a o hard dealing with their Techs they give you a run around. Honestly never buying Samsung appliances ever again. 6 years and fridge crapped out. Couldn’t replace part cause it’s not replaceable.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Save yourself the stress, do not purchase through Samsung! I have always been a loyal customer but never again. Our dryer broke so I decided to order a new washer, dryer, and dishwasher from Samsung.com. The items arrived and the dryer was broken, delivery guy takes the dryer back and says “don’t worry Samsung will send you another one.” I get an email asking me to schedule the delivery company people to come back out, I thought this was for the replacement dryer but then I then get another email saying I was refunded for the dishwasher (price 457, they refunded 417) someone shows up to take my dishwasher so we explain that we did not return the dishwasher and that Samsung screwed up and refunded us for the wrong item. I called them & Samsung refused to send a new dryer because their policy is to force the customer to take a refund which takes 7-10 days then reorder the item. The policy also says you may not get the same price/discount you had which is totally unfair when the whole reason I have to reorder is their fault. After multiple calls, 3 hours of the run around & them hanging up on us twice finally a supervisor agrees to send a new dryer, she claims its coming the next day. She was just screwing with us, she wrote in the notes that she denied our request. Husband took work off to be there and nothing showed up. I call them back and they say “no the notes say you were denied” so I asked them to price match, the Samsung Rep agreed if I order a new dryer they would price match however they said I had to receive the dryer first and then call them back and ask for the $300 difference back (I have a feeling this isn’t going to go well). At this time I also requested a refund for the $600 dryer, and as of writing this I still don’t have it or any confirmation of it, they send you an email confirming their approval/denial of the refund & I do not have an email yet. We ordered the new dryer and paid for installation, Samsung didn’t send the work order to the delivery company (XPO) so they refused to install it. The day before delivery we had a heads up from XPO that they only had a delivery order no work order so the day before delivery I spoke to Samsung TWICE to try and get ahead of this issue, I let them know the work order had not been sent and after being on hold for 10 minutes the rep said he called XPO & said its taken care of, surprise its not. I reached out again via the chat service on the website & again was told it will be installed on Friday. Day of delivery XPO calls giving 30min notice & again says they have no work order & they cant install it despite seeing our invoice that we paid for it because without a work order it’s a liability. We call Samsung again and again they put us on hold for a while then return and the rep introduces herself as if we are a new caller! I am going to have to have someone else come install it. So at this point they still owe me $600 for the first dryer, $300 for the price match, and $69 for the installation they failed to send the work order for. I cannot believe this is happening, I just wanted new appliances it should not be so difficult to get new appliances. This has ruined my entire week, I have not felt this stressed out in years. Their policies are absolutely insane and their customer service staff is totally incompetent.

Purchased a Samsung Washer in September 2022. I would give it zero stars, but that wasn't an option. It's now November. I have not been able to do one normal load of wash with this machine. Samsung has had their appliance repair person here 4 times. Each time more new parts. Each time same result. It doesn't work. I have called Customer Sevice over and over requesting a refund or a complete replacement. I've spent many hours on the phone being sent from one Customer Service Rep to Another. Again today, after 2 hours of talking to different people, including a supervisor they want to try and repair it. They will not honor their warranty which clearly states they will replace or refund a defective appliance. They just argue with me...and Flat out LIE. They told me their Tech said it's in Perfect Working Order. Completely False...the Repairman has told them it is not repairable. He has put in 3 new parts...including the control board. And nothing makes this washer work. This is beyond Stressful....their Customer Service is Down Right Harassing Nothing has been resolved. And it never will be with this Company. They are Frauds ...Their Product sits in my home taking up Space. I can not afford to purchase a different Washer because they won't reimburse me for this non working machine. They had me in tears today. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG!

The worse and I mean the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I am 61 years old. I purchased a samsung microwave from best buy on 08/06/21. It along with your whole customer service department wound up being the microwave experience from hell. The door started to slowly malfunction 7 months after the purchase and steadily got worse. I called Samsung one week before the warranty expired. I was given a ticket number and told that a repair contractor would call me to repair the unit. The repair shop ordered the wrong part, 5 weeks later I called on the status of the part and I was told Samsung did not have the part and they had no idea when they would get it and they had noted it with Samsung. Samsung said no such note ever entered and they would have to send out a different repairer to fix the microwave. 20 days later, that repairer called and told me that Samsung did not have the part but he was able to fix it anyway by adding a metal fastener. What? He dropped the microwave and he told me I owed him $130. I told him you mean Samsung owes you $130. He said no your microwave is no longer in warranty. Needless to say he didn't mention that when he picked it up. He threaten to call the police. I told him go right ahead. I did tell him I would call Samsung the next day to try and get him his money. 1 1/2 hours on the phone, spoke to 6 different CSR's. By this time, there were like 5 ticket numbers created and I had been passed around like the church collection plate and hung up once, only to hear that ticket number is closed, your warranty is expired. Finally a lady with some sense, first she adamantly told me my warranty was expired, but at least she listened to me and finally understood and paid the repairer. A repair that will probably breakdown within the year because he did not replace the part. I was without a microwave for 3 months and absolutely no empathy.

Samsung is literally the worst company when it comes to customer service. There is nothing they do well. It take multiple calls to get to the "right" person and then when I get them, they are conveniently unable to really help resolve the issue. I sometimes get routed to a touch tone system, which is completely worthless. I sit there pressing the number that I want and the system keeps repeating it doesn't understand me...it's a freaking touch tone system...that's whole point!!!

I purchased a tablet a number of months ago and have had repeated issues since. Despite the tablet being under warranty I have been told there is nothing Samsung can do nothing to fix it and have therefore been left with a broken tablet (with 18months warranty left). Furthermore , the customer service I have received, particularly from the complaints case manager has been nothing short of rude and offensive .

Samsung Z flip 4 is an absolute… Samsung Z flip 4 is an absolute shambles along with Samsung customer service !! Got the Flip 4 , had it less than a month and it cracked. Sent it for a repair to be told it was over £300 as they said it wasn't accidentally damaged, the screen had been punctured which they said was done by a fingernail or something else. Now I'm a month into a 24 month contract and paying for it for another 23 months !! Anything to get out of the warranty. Won't be buying another Samsung product again.

We recently remodeled out kitchen and installed all new Samsung appliances. They are the worst appliances I have ever had in my 50 years as a homeowner. The fridge has already needed service twice and still operates inconsistently. The dishwasher "works" but does not clean even the mildest of foods from the dishes. They actually tried to tell me that I was the cause of the problem because I was pre-rinsing the dishes. The stove controls do not work properly. The microwave controls do not work properly. I have recently been researching and finding that even retail outlets are advising potential customers to avoid Samsung appliances. I only wish I had done this research beforehand.
