“ Absolutely disgusting customer service, I've been waiting 10 weeks 3 times they have arranged a delivery date and 3 times they have cancelled I've wasted annual leave from work , I've asked for a refund but I've been told it has to go through a manager in head office 3 hour wait to get through to customer service but when you go on the website to browse there sales team bombard you with calls . ”
