“ Absolutely pathetic, ordered 2sofas in September, I was assured I would receive it by Christmas, then told it would be 27th December, it didn’t arrive, I then received a text last week saying great news , your delivery is due on 6th January, I rang this morning to be told their warehouse hasn’t received it and the new delivery date is 9th January, I don’t have much hope it will arrive, I just wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, next time I’ll avoid SCS like the plague ”

“ Conformation of my purchase came through 10 minutes later, delivery address was incorrect with all of the information on the lady, phone number, address etc, I emailed the helpline, no answer, called any phone numbers I could get, no definitive answer or resolution, went to the store and kicked up a fuss (putting it lightly) then they finally actually looked into the error. ”
