“ Not delivered before Christmas even though they promised pre Christmas delivery. SCS don’t answer phones or emails. 2 decliners don’t work. Will now contact the Ombudsman involved. Absolute shambles. Wish we’d never purchased sofas from them. Extremely frustrating and upsetting. £3000 of furniture and not happy. ”
