I tested positive for covid 19 on 21/12/21 using lateral flow, followed up with PCR test. I sent my details to See Tickets with upload of email confirming my lateral result and isolation period, meaning I couldn't attend my intended event on 23/12/21 and therefore requested a refund for 2 x tickets. I was denied a refund on the basis that the event was within 5 days. I find this irrelevant of how many days to an event, individuals have to comply with Government guidelines for the safety of others. Ticketmaster however, have refunded and therefore, I urge others to buy from a reputable agent other than See Tickets which have no compassion under the current climate we find ourselves in.

Thieves and crooks! The Customer Services email address is 'unmonitored'!!! The website promises refunds which never appear. Direct access to the customer services department is almost impossible. I could go on... Martin Lewis' website Resolver eventually got me a full refund; l cannot recommend this course of action highly enough when dealing with See Tickets. But of course the best way is to avoid them in the first place!

Booked tickets with refund protection. Due to Covid countries were added onto red list which meant some of our party couldn't attend anymore but they refused to refund the ticket or offer a choice to change the date at Blenheim Palace.

Christmas at Kenwood - there was a power failure and we were told to leave and ask for a refund - I tried but the See Tickets website hasn't got a button for the refund so I keep having to send and resend the same email. So far no response.

It’s not possible to leave a zero star review, which is a pity. This is a scam company. Happy to steal your money and not provide goods. Paid for tickets and never received them. No contact number to speak to a human, just a useless chatbot that is incapable of answering simple questions. Customer service is non-existent, utterly pointless. If you are buying tickets to see a gig, don’t bother with this company, likelihood is, you won’t see anything but red!! Joke of a company.

DO NOT PUCASE TICKETS FROM SEE TICKETS!!!! I paid for the refund protection, they refuse a refund, cannot contact them and they do not reply to emails. The website was misleading in offering to add tickets to an original order. I booked for Windsor great park illuminated. There was 8 adults in our party, the 5.30 walk offered 6 tickets and when I tried to book another 2 they were sold out. As I had paid the protection, I booked and paid for 8 tickets for the 7.30 walk, presuming I would be refunded the initial £175 I have been refused, so the event has cost in excess of £400 and there is no contact telephone number to sort this out. I will never use this company again and strongly advise anyone to use an alternative to book tickets.

I purchased tickets for winter wonderland in November. Two day before we are due to go they emailed us to say we must have proof of COVID jabs. We have not had the jabs so asked to cancel and get a refund. They have refused even though this was not a condition of booking in November. Appears they want to make money from the pandemic rather than do the decent thing

Ordered tickets for camping at s concert that was cancelled. I have been trying to get a refund since September. I have cooperated with every email. They NEVER answer their phone or call back. Do not ever buy using this service!!!! My next step is to try to get my money back from my bank that the card I paid with is through.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I ordered tickets and paid extra for the ‘Refund Protection’ but it seems that this company has covered itself in every possible way in order to avoid paying out! DISGUSTED!!!!!

Hi all im giving a 2 star review as i have only purchased my tickets. Not yet had any other problems. Our tickets are not needed till end July. I was very concerned after buying the tickets and then read these bad reviews. But after thinking about it. See tickets have supposedly sold thousands of tickets but only have just over 100 reviews which are mostly bad. Where are all the good reviews. Do people only do a review if they have a bad ordeal.

Purchased three tickets for Ball and Boe in Birmingham through See TIckets. Purchased Tickets refund plan. Total cost is paid out was £293. Unfortunately one of our party had long covid and too weak to attend, also on the morning of the show our beloved dog had to be put to sleep. To top it all our tickets did not arrive until about 11.00 am on the morning of the concert, so no time to see if anyone we knew would like tickets. Sent all details to Ticket refund, they replied saying they would not pay out because it was covid related, I am in my 70s so cannot afford to loose out like this. What is the point of paying out for ticket refund. They could see the tickets had not been used. Never ever will I purchase from them again. Very sad that they are scamming people like this.

Purchased ticket for a concert on 5th December at ao arena and still not recieved the ticket tried for days to get in contact with see tickets and cannot get through to anyone they have fake positive reviews this company is taking people money and not providing the service !!!

No refunds with refund protection and solid good reason!!!!!! I bought two tickets with £3.30 refund protection total of £62.56. it is not cheap!! Due to the govt law passed on Oct10th we need both vaccines to enter , but my bf and I did not get vaccines, both vaccines need to be done min of 2 months time to compete. When we bought the tickets we did not see this coming, so it was not our fault to not be able to enter. I thought they would understand plus we bought the refund protection. Why would they ask us to buy a refund protection that can't get the refund when the government imply the law after we buy the tickets ??? We were expecting they could be more human to understand this, we were so excited to see the concert too while we can't enter due to the covid passport. Then they said they can't refund due to multiple policies. Absolutely rubbish organisation

They really have a ton of bots writing good reviews for them. I would highly advise against doing business with them. A festival cancels an event the DAY prior to it happening, and the ticketing company says they will issue a refund. Almost 3 months later, they say itll be one week until we get the refund. 2 weeks later some people have gotten refunds, and others (like myself) still have no money in our accounts (which is OUR money to begin with). Seriously? 3 whole months to get a refund of our own money? What is the money doing is my question, probably sitting in some fat account getting interest so they wait as long as possible before giving it back to earn an extra buck. Also they keep the 42 dollar service fee and dont refund that? Like what? What on this earth costs 42 dollars to process. You should refund us the WHOLE amount. 5,000 people × 42 dollars each, y'all just made 210,000 dollars off of an event that didnt even happen. What a joke

AVOID !!!!!! Tickets apparently sent a week before the gig, Royal Mail tracking number didnt work, emailed SEE TICKETS a few times and just got told tickets are with courier. 24 hours before gig still no tickets, very stressful and worrying situation. Finally received an email stating that tickets will now be at the venue's Box Office the day of the gig !!!! Glad to say on arriving at the venue along with proof of my booking I was able to get my tickets... I will NEVER use SEE TICKETS ever again, terrible stressful experience and the thing is they do not have a contact phone number so you can't even speak to a human being ! **AVOID**

THIS IS THE SHADIEST COMPANY I EVER… THIS IS THE SHADIEST (BECAUSE THE WON'T LET ME WRITE ANOTHER 'S' WORD) COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH FOR TICKETS. Tickets booked and paid for in July 2021. Event to take place on 11 November 2021. Email confirmation reads that physical tickets will be sent by mail and to only contact them 48 to 72 hours prior to event of tickets still not received. Why no digital tickets though?? 72 hours prior to gig I contact them: no customer service number no livebot. I receive an email 24 hours later telling that tickets have now been despatched and a Royal Mail link to track the package. I was away but scheduled to get back home on the day of the event. Arrived in the early morning and no letter in the post. I checked the Royal Mail link and it did not work. Nor did the tracking number when entered manually in the Royal Mail site. HOW IS THIS NOT A SCAM! Several emails sent but since there is no telephone number at all (an old one I dug out online did not work) or a livebot or even an email address that is not a donotreply@ I am only left with contacting them through their form and I have already been wasting one full hour trying to sort this out!!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TICKETS !!!!!!
