£29.99 for the ‘Spring Time’ bunch of flowers, bought for my parent’s Ruby 40th wedding anniversary. They arrived with some of them dry and wilted, the bunch was in no way representative of the image on the website, it was half the size and the colours were completely different (see attached photos). They were more akin to a £10 bunch of flowers from a supermarket. I contacted Serenata Flowers customer service who were less than helpful, disagreeing with my dissatisfaction after I sent photographs of the flowers to them. They weren’t prepared to offer any reimbursement. Do not order and waste your money.

I ordered flowers for my mothers 87th birthday which arrived very late in the day. The vase and flowers were very mediocre for the money spent, the arrangement was jammed into the vase and looked like a child had put it together. Don't waste your money on this florist.

Everything. My Husband had used the company before so they seemed an obvious choice to send Flowers to my Mother in Law. We ordered on a Wednedsay for delivery by the Friday. They were finally delivered a week later some dead and most past their best. Correspondence with Serenata was prompt but not once did I receive a sincere or clear reply as to why the error had occurred. I was offered a measly £2. 50 refund but am trying to claim a further refund as after such appalling service.

A “Roses and Lily Super Luxury” bouquet arrived 27 May with every single rose head drooping! If I had had the opportunity of first seeing the litany of disappointing reviews I would have avoided Serenata Flowers. Unless I receive fresh replacement roses in time for our occasion I will be contacting eflorest recommending they delete Serenata from their list.

Ordered 2 lots of flowers for 2 different people. Both were delivered to one address. I had proof of confirmation for both addresses and yet the reply they gave me was that they only had received one address-rubbish! I sent a reply with a copy of both confirmation emails clearly showing 2 different addresses. Rubbish service, do not use!

The flowers i have just received are truly disappointing. Two of the blooms had their heads off and 2 were dead past revival. The overall bunch was very poor. I am just glad i hadn't used your company to send flowers to relatives and friends.

have just got back a reply from serenata after they sent a so called bouquet of flowers for my wifes 60th, where they said that their flowers fell within their quality expectations? even taking account that they had been delivered in a box through the letterbox (they do state this on their site) and give a bit of time for them to recover,(although how much recovery is needed when there were leaves hanging off one, and another misshapen, and one actually broke) they are a very poor excuse for £25 quid’s worth of flowers. be warned, trick me once shame on you, trick me twice shame on me caveat emptor

I received flowers today as a gift from colleagues on the death of my father. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these flowers - in fact I have bought flowers in better condition in the bargain bucket at my local tesco! I wanted to contact Serenata to complain - however it seems you can only complete their online complaint if you were the person ordering the flowers. As I would not want my colleagues to know that their lovely thoughtful gift was of poor quality I must just leave a review here as a warning - Do not use Seranata flowers

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers and there customer service. I regularly order flowers for delivery for my partner on the first occasion she received a box that was absolutely soaking wet and damaged the flowers were also damaged. I contacted the customer service team and followed this up by providing photos, they apologised but offered not replacement. During the Covid lock down my and my partner where unable to see each other as we was both working on the front line so I decided to give them another try, my partner sent me photos and I could not believe it they were dead and went straight in the bin. After contacting the customer service and getting nowhere I emailed the director who eventually reluctantly refunded the cost of the flower. I would never use them or recommend

Don’t buy from Serenata Flowers! I sent a bouquets to my boyfriends mum last week and when he sent me a photo I was mortified. They looked liked £5 of petrol station flowers (nothing wrong with that if that’s what you’ve opted to buy) rather than the £30 bouquet I ordered. I complained and was asked to count the stems. I refused, sent photos of what I bought and what they sent and told them an entire variety of flower is missing from the display and it was just an embarrassment. They apologised and offered to resend the bouquet (after the acres of one star reviews, no thank you) which I declined along with their next offer of a 50% refund. I made it very clear how furious I was and they backed down and refunded me in full. I should think so too but all I wanted was for my boyfriends mum to get some nice flowers. This is the first and last time I’ve ever sent flowers with anyone other than interflora. Lesson learned. The only positive points are that delivery was fast and they respond to emails very quickly. However, not much good if the goods are substandard. I get the impression they are struggling to get hold of certain flowers at the moment and they’re just winging it in the hope they make it to the other side. Not good enough. If you can’t supply what people order, shut up shop. To everyone else disappointed, complain loudly and you’ll get a refund like I did. Be persistent and loud about it if need be. If you need nice flowers, shop elsewhere.

Ordered flowers on sat for Sunday last week. At no point was there notification of inability to deliver due to bank holiday. Sunday got notice no delivery after money taken out of bank. This is unacceptable. My daughter is a nurse on front lines. Shed been tested for covid on sat and delivery was because I am shielding g as her mother. Think I should have been assured they'd deliver on Tuesday. I would like a response and a deserving gesture of kindness rather than the cold technical response to which I was unable to respond to. As a business very poor practice. Your system says next day deliveries which is misleading. Tantamount to deception as st no point did you say you did not deliver on bank holidays. Your system has I presume dated and recorded requests and has like most business the facility to state no delivery on bank holidays. Think this deserves some legal review. N

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter. When they came they were nothing like the ones I ordered. Completely different colour . Not as many in the bunch. 2 broken. Mine was the last delivered on the hottest day of the year , therefore they had been in the van all day. I contacted serenata , sent a photo . All she said was that they might look better when all the buds come out. She wasn’t bothered. All they want is your money. No customer satisfaction what so ever. Flowers are supposed to say something special. Not in this case . I am so disappointed and I hope to let everyone know exactly how I was treated . I have uploaded 2 pics. One which I ordered. (Pink) and the one delivered

Horrendous company a box arrived for my bday smashed and my card screwed up. It looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. I hope ed the box and have recd a big green push with 5 Rose's that are dying. The company said they have rose guards on and the brown is normal. Just remove. I asked where are the rose guards and was told the outer petals are the guards and this is normal. After the second day this is what they look like. My mum paid 50pds for this green Bush. They are the worst bouquet I've ever recd. What an absolute RIP off. Shame on you serenata flowers

A disgrace. My sister ordered a £39.99 bouquet of flowers for my birthday. You could have easily got all this and more at Sainsbury for around £15. Arrived at 7.30pm. Hardly convenient. Box battered, flowers had broken heads, flowers were wilted and without water. Flower debris at the bottom of the plastic. Most of the bouquet was foolish enough. Got plenty of this at no cost in my garden. The birthday card that was an additional £2.99, was a glossy piece of paper, not even card. I’m speechless that they would even charge for that. Very difficult to find a way to complain. Website not easy. Please DO NOT USE this company. Save your money and upset, plus the exhausting number of hours it’s taken to find an email address, take photos and make time to rescue what I can of the terrible condition these flowers are in. If I could give no stars I would.

My Mother received spring flowers from her Grandaughter yesterday to cheer her up after her husband died. So disappointed. The flowers could have been bought in a supermarket for £5. They were just in a large cardboard box and not at all well presented. My daughter received the same from you for her birthday and were so much nicer. Truly disappointed

Avoid !!! I ordered the Vibrant Sorbet bunch for my wife’s birthday. When she opened the box we were both very disappointed. We basically received a £7.99 bunch of petrol station quality flowers which cost us £24.99. I contacted customer services to be given a link to their Terms & Conditions.. So avoid this company and use a local florist or simply go to the petrol station and buy them yourself!! I saw there are loads of reviews on here from people that had the same experience as us..

An embarrassment. Serenata Flowers should be ashamed. Nothing like what I ordered. Photos of what I ordered and what was delivered. I’m furious.
