Ordered, albeit it late on Friday, did not arrive till Tuesday after I chased them on Monday. Sent to my Aunt who has Parkinson's, I had put be patient on the order as she takes time to get to door. Fortunately my parents who are in their 80's were visiting. My Mum went to answer the door but the driver was down the path and flowers left on doorstep. Fortunately they were there as the potted display was all out of the pot and earth all over the inside of the box and all paperwork wet, including the card. My Dad reportted the plants but some were broken and my Aunt was quiet upset. Unfortunately my parents did not think to take pictures and didn't tell me till they got home. Complained about delivery time and state of flowers but won't do anything without pictures, and my Aunt does not have a mobile. Won't be using them again, will contact local shop to check how they deliver in future and cut out the middle man. Very disappointed.

Do NOT use them. Worst experience ever. I ordered and paid for flowers last Friday for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered the following Tuesday. Still no flowers!! It was her first time without her family on her birthday and I really wanted to make it special for her. They’re now saying they will not refund even though flowers were never delivered!!! Worst ever

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday. Paid for premium delivery too. The problem is they have no control of their courier. And sometimes the courier doesn’t show up. Awful service as they keep telling you they are trying to get through to the courier all day. The courier is not contactable. Other flower services are far superior. Avoid at all costs. And don’t expect them to sort things out if things go wrong.

Ordered flowers to take to a funeral. No foliage in a cheap looking bouquet, wrapped in crumpled brown paper, Flowers had become bent in the delivery box. We will not be taking this waste of money, but will stop on route and buy a few bunches of flowers in a garage. Certainly cheaper and better value. I will not buy from this company again

A very disappointing experience. Received an email stating flowers had been delivered. They had not! It took a further two days to receive a response and no apology, no explanation, no compensation and only an email asking for another date to deliver. I requested a refund, explanation and compensation for spoiling a surprise for a poorly relative. I have only received a refund. Appalling and will not use this company again. Helen

Gto the local Asda for flowers, stay well away from serenata . I have no idea what the product is like as it was never delivered and I have wasted 38 pounds. Don’t buy anything from this company, you cannot trust them. The website is misleading and their customer service staff, although polite, have no real intention of helping you. My order was due 1 week ago but they tried to deliver to a school at 9 pm, or at least they say they did. I paid 4.99 for priority delivery and the description of this seems fine. Unfortunately it only guarantees delivery from 7 am until 9 pm but to find out this information you have to dig through the entire Ts and Cs. They don’t tell you this up front and you think the 4.99 is for a delivery the next day. Even the second day when they “try” to re-deliver they do it at the same time- to a school at 9pm! It’s clear that they and their couriers couldn’t give a monkeys once they have your money. I only gave one star as I had to, it should be none!

Flowers were broke and wilted Customer Service disgusting I was told to put flowers in water THEY WERE BRIKEN OR DEAD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY truly don’t care once had your money OUTRAGEOUS

If i could rate Zero i would have done. Truly dreadful (and not cheap) bunch of flowers. Both the quality and quantity left a lot to be desired and the majority of the flowers never bloomed and withered away. My wife bought a £5 bunch from a supermarket and these were far superior to these ones! I informed the company but my concerns fell on deaf ears! Suffice to say i will never use again!

I ordered flowers for an elderly relative’s birthday a week in advance but due to personal pressures failed to note that no confirmation email was received. No confirmation of delivery either. I telephoned my aunt on her birthday and she stated the flowers had not arrived, so I ordered flowers from another supplier which arrived two days later. My bank statement arrived today confirming they took payment. They claim the flowers were delivered - wouldn’t order from them again.

My parents told me that the flowers arrived compressed in a package so that they could fit through a mailbox and looked rather the worse for wear. I will not be ordering through this company again.

Ordered for first time and NEVER again. Kept saying flowers with courier and 3 days later LOST them. Go with a trusted florist and pay a bit more.

I bought the sweeping violet as a gift for my parents wedding anniversary.The flowers looked nothing like the photo. The pot is wicker with no proper support inside. It looked awful and cheap. I complained to customer services and sent photos but they said it is exactly as shown in the advert picture . Waste of £30 , looked cheap and there were no care instructions included

Ordered a pot of flowers ("Blush Euphoria") for my Grandmother's 80th, and paid for pre-1pm delivery. The flowers arrived (delivered by DPD) in a completely destroyed box, which can be seen in the proof of delivery photo. The contents were unrecoverable, the metal plant pot was completely crushed and my Grandmother has had to spend the morning of her 80th cleaning soil out of her carpet. I have, of course, contacted their customer service but they have been not only useless but also quite rude. They agreed to a re-delivery, but have refused any refund including the cost of shipping! They haven't even opened a complaint with DPD. This is despite the pre-1pm delivery option stating that a full refund *and* a re-delivery would be issued. Despite repeatedly asking, they have refused to elevate the issue, not even acknowledging my requests to speak to a supervisor. I now understand why there is no phone number to contact. I've also found that it's not possible to leave this review on their own website. I wonder why...

Ordered what is described as the 'Love Letter', twenty-four red roses for £39.99 and paid an additional £9.99 for premium guaranteed delivery before 1pm. What arrived was six tiny pink roses with some other weed-like foliage all squashed up in flat cardboard envelope. Do not trust this company to deliver what you ordered for a special occasion. Disgusting, despicable service.

Terrible customer service - flowers vase arrived broken and delivered in pieces to my young daughter (courier was aware). When raising a complaint to Serenata their customer service was appalling - even when escalated to senior manager. Avoid.

Trusting the good reviews I ordered a postbox bouquet two weeks in advance for a Saturday delivery. On the delivery day the status is "in production" instead of out of delivery. I email asking for an update - get a copy&paste response straight from a website that doesn't even address my question. Email again on Sunday - "oh sorry we can deliver it on Monday". An hour later - "oh sorry we'll only have these flowers on Tuesday". If you want your occasion ruined use this wonderful service, who knows, you might maybe actually get what you ordered.

This company autofilled the incorrect address, when I tried to change this it was not possible, I contacted them 2 days before delivery and they still would not change the address so the flowers are going to the wrong address which I informed them... I asked to either change the address or give me a full refund, they refused both! absolute cowboys, spend your money with a professional company.. you will waste your money like I did with these jokers..
