Próba zwrotu to kpina, nie ma infolinii w języku polskim ani angielskim, na whatssapie odpowiada bot (również nie po polsku). Zamówiona przez SKLUM firma transportowa CEVA oznaczyła moją paczkę jako nieodebraną, bo kierowca nie raczył po nią wejść do budynku, mimo, że jestem na miejscu. Na moją prośbę pilnego kontaktu nikt nie odpowiada. Szczerze odradzam zakupy w tym miejscu, szkoda nerwów i czasu.”

BUT you can only ask for refund within 4 days. Or, if you push and annoy the customer care a bit harder, it's 14 days. For their mistake. After infinite delays and providing false information. I contacted them on the 15th day... so "they can do nothing"???
This customer care has zero flexibility and understanding of the situation. terrible.

I placed an order for a coffee table in February. I was only sent the legs (there weren't even enough boxes delivered in shipment to be able to hold a coffee table top).
They initially kept stating it was "marked delivered". I have been battling to get the rest of the coffee table sent. It is near impossible to reach someone at this company. They only agreed to send the remainder of the coffee table when I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
They said they realized the mistake and would send the rest of the table out when I'd closed the dispute. It has been over a month since I closed the dispute and I can't get a hold of anyone and I have no coffee table top. I am out about £400. When I try calling I sit on hold for about 7 mins and it drops me. I've tried emailing multiple times and nothing. Going to have to open another dispute and hope it gets rectified. Absolute nightmare.”

“The worst company I've ever ordered from. We ordered a set of chairs 1.5 months ago and we are still waiting for them. Delivery time was 10 days but we waited 3 weeks. They delivered 2 boxes, one had the legs from the chairs and the other was full of paper and bags and there were no chairs. We complained to the website and waited another week for a reply. They promised to send new ones but we are still waiting for the tracking number. It's been 1.5 months and still no chairs. Would not recommend ordering.”

I bought 2 EXTERNAL garden armchairs at 190€ each advertised as FOR the GARDEN. After less than 1 year one of them has broken due to bad quality wood in 2 places. Their reaction? To immediatly blame me and try and tell me that they are not gaurenteed as they were exposed to the weather.
FIRSTLY, they have only been exposed to indirect weather as they are on a terrace that has an overhang.
SECONDLY, in the description of the product they are described MANY times as being suitable for the garden and there is absolutely no mention of protecting them from the elements!!
Don't go near this company. It's a shame as they have nice looking furniture but they refuse to provide the sort of after sales service you would expect for the prices you pay!”
“2 very experiences. Twice of money taken from the account and not receiving the product. First time I placed a very big order for my new appartement. The dining table was not delivered. I had to sent them a photo of the missing box. Money was never returned. Almost 500 euros.
Now I placed a small order. I was mad but convinced it had been bad luck. But no!
Money taken from account. Email received that there was a problem with the payment although they had taken it from my account. 4 emails. No reply. Luckily this order I placed via PayPal and thanks to them I got my money back.
This website is risky business. Might go well but might go wrong! I had 2 out of 2.

“I’m rating my experience with Sklum Germany with one star but I wish i could rate with cero stars or -10 starts because the experience I’m having with them is simply the worst nightmare you could think about…i was waiting for months for a delivery that never came. Once I quit hoping that I was ever going to receive my bed, I asked for a refund. It’s been over a month since the finally confirmed having made the refund but no money has showed on my account. I have written several emails asking them to attach a proof of the refund so I can find out where my money is but the keep answering my emails with stupid information that doesn’t help anybody. They are nowhere to be reach and i feel helpless. IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They’ve basically stolen 800 euros from me. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM.

“Never buy a coach with Sklum in Spain. They hire Seur to this kind of product that is delivered by modules. They only tried one deliver and since then the product is always in transit. Seur is always answering you through a bot and Sklum always blames Seur (logistic partner that they decide to hire for this kind of delivery) and don't give you any solution. Sklum everyday tells you that they take note of your claim and they will send you an email with any update. That update has never come yet. They are always making up excuses to keep you waiting. It is a shame.”

“I've ordered four chairs in natural matt teak. What I've got instead is four full gloss varnished chairs. I've reported the problem but they rejected it saying I've go what I've ordered. In the pictures the chairs are no doubt matt and in the description nowhere they have mentioned it's varnished. To be honest, varnishing teak is very unusual as teak wood has a very good waterproof property, it is absolutely not necessary and it destroys its beauty. Now I wait for Klarna to handle my issue as I won't pay for shipping back and forth to get rid of these chairs. I'll update my post as my case evolves.”
