“Shipping company send my items back to Sklum the same day it arrived to Germany, 30.03.2023, instead of keeping it in depot for 8 working days (QPAUCQZAH).
On 21.04.2023 Sklum informed me that they are shipping my items back (3151551) and that i will get a tracking email immediately - that never happened! Sklum doesn’t reply to reclamation - they dont even offer you to make a proper reclamation. I have till now send over 5 reclamations and NOTHING!! They reply here on review and even then they do not actually do anything!”

I bought a very expensive wardrobe that literally looks like I built it myself with a bit of plywood that I found left over. I cannot believe the poor quality. Very upsetting.
It looks pretty but that's all.
One of the legs of the wardrobe broke in two when my two year old dropped it.

“Placed an order on the 27th of March. Delivery 4-5 days! I even paid more for a partial delivery to receive the 1 product earlier. On the 03th of April i receive the email from SKLUM ´order is on its way/paquete in camino´ with a number from SEUR to track it. This number does not work and can not be found on the SEUR tracking website.
I start calling with SKLUM waiting times of at least 10-15 minutes and customer service agents are very rushed and rude and can't wait to end the conversation quickly without providing you with really helpful information.
They tell me it is normal that the tracking code does not work initially, and that in the same day or tomorrow it might start to work and i can track my order. I wait 1 day and it still does not appear. Since it is easter i decide to wait because customer care does not work on these days and for 4 days in a row, and it is impossible to reach them... Quite a bad service for such a company to not work during the holidays.
Today i contact again after 20 minutes waiting time a very rushed worker replies me :
I myself have to start an incident on the website myself BUT she does not have time to explain it to me. I find this ridiculous since its obviously not the client's fault the order did not arrive. Also that the customer care worker does not take 2 minutes time to explain the process well to me is far out horrible.
I am very disappointed with SKLUM and it makes me sad to see they treat their customers so badly.

“Their returns fees are criminal! Note that if takes a month to get the products, and if you want to return something, you have to not only pa the return shipping fees, but you have to pay a penalty fee that is 55% of the item's value. Their customer service is AWFUL- I talked to woman named Kari who basically blamed my desire to return my month late items on me and had the worst customer service demeanor Ive encountered in anyone in a long time!”
“this is the worst retailer I have ever purchased from!!! ordered a coffee table 2 months ago for £150 - came faulty with wonky holes for screws (which cant be used), missing bolts and screws and rust on the metal parts.
It took them 2 months (of me emailing and calling) to get back to me and their response is that I can send it back for £60... this is an absolute JOKE of a company and a customer service. I have a broken, useless, rusty £150 coffee table sitting in my office, which i cant even put together. never ever order from them”
“Ordered a lamp. Didn't fit the description online, so I wanted to return it. They make you go through an insane amount of paperwork, only to keep your request on 'pending' for weeks on end. There is no way to contact them and they barely respond to their online form. If they do respond, they make the process as difficult as possible. I have zero confidence they'll ever refund my money. DO NOT ORDER AT SKLUM! They knowingly and willingly scam their customers. Someone in Spain should take them to court.”
“I bought 4 chairs for €800. Teak and rattan. They were used inside sporadically from the beginning of Nov 2022. In the space of 6 weeks all the chairs had broken, my 4 year old sat on one and the rattan caved beneath him. I fixed a few with a bit of glue to make them last till Christmas. I asked SKLUM for a refund, ignored. I asked PayPal to help- they said because I has glued some of the rattan back down that now I wasn't buyer protected. I am now left with 4 broken chairs and no money for new ones. I cannot even return them as SKLUM are based in Spain and refuse to cover the returns cost. Aboslute scam. Don't trust it when they say their materials are good quality and durable.”

“Los muebles están chulos, pero el servicio post venta no podría ser peor. Tuve un problema con la forma de pago y pedí la cancelación del pedido, y me pasó lo siguiente:
1. En la página de pedidos no te aparece que solicitaste la cancelación, mucho menos que hay una incidencia en abierto, por lo que no sabes si seguirán tramitando el pedido
2. ME HICIERON EL COBRO
3. Días después de la solicitud, sin cualquier contacto suyo, me llega un correo preguntando si "ha sido un error" porque claro, ocasionalmente realizas una compra y rellenas un formulario de 10 preguntas para cancelarlo.
4. Contesto el correo diciendo que prosiga con el pedido porque ya no quiero más dolores de cabeza y... No obtengo respuesta, y además se cancela el pedido.
O sea, un lío total. Marketing bueno, atención al cliente horrible. Comunicarse con el cliente también es vender, y no lo están haciendo para nada bien.”
“Very bad experience, I paid a lot for delivery and the discount code didn't work in my account. I ordered everything with 4 days delivery time, but after 16days and me saying that I want to cancel because I was getting nowhere, they started preparing so I couldn't cancel anymore. On the day of delivery I got one empty box and one another item was completely missing. Almost 2 weeks later (after I filled everything in that was needed for the missing items via my account) I still haven't heard back about the missing items that I should have had 2 months ago! Very hard to get good communication as well and there is absolutely no thinking about good costumer service.”

“Do not use this company! Parcels don’t arrive and they refuse to refund you if the parcel is lost in transit with their courier! DHL have confirmed it never made it to me. Disgusting! This has been going on since November and I’m over £200 out of pocket! Avoid!!!”

Finally today they dumped the items outside my house with no warning, upside down and it summed up my experience.
Can’t even send the items back as it would be over £100.”
