Extremely Disappointing Experience with SKLUM I ordered four chairs from SKLUM, and to my surprise, only the seats were delivered—without the necessary chair legs. This renders the chairs completely unusable. I tried contacting customer service, but that turned out to be nearly impossible. Although their website states they are available by phone daily from 9:00 to 14:00, this is far from the truth. On most days, I was redirected to an automated message stating they have no phone service available. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, I am still no closer to a solution. I’m now stuck with four unusable chairs and no resolution in sight. This is absolutely outrageous, and I feel completely ripped off. I will NEVER order from here again. What a disappointment.

I regret not listening to all the negative reviews. I requested a refund b/c the colour and quality of the carpet were so poor in person. It's been "under review" for 5 days now and zero news - when I only have 14 days to return. This seems like a stalling tactic to not refund me for a poor quality product. The waiting period after purchase also took a long time.... around 3 weeks from ordering to receiving and it was only chairs and a carpet

The incident number is #SK-21871156. As far as I understand, Sklum did not even ship my paid product to me. However, Sklum's customer support specialist is trying to blame the delivery company for that. Regardless of who exactly is to blame for the loss of my order, I do not understand why I should suffer. Sklum should have immediately sent me the missing item or refunded my money, but neither happened. Customer support works poorly. I receive one letter a day, the problem hasn't been solved for almost 2 weeks and it is unknown how many more weeks it will take to solve it. Previously, I recommended Sklum to the expat community in Portugal, but now I am incredibly disappointed, regret it, and have to take my words back. It is a shame that such a wonderful store is losing its reputation due to the poor service of its employees. I found many comments on LinkedIn in which people call Sklum scammers because they also became victims of your customer service, namely complete indifference, and lack of ability to solve the problem. I tried to resolve the issue peacefully and privately, but now my goal is to warn everyone who wants to place an order in Sklum that you risk losing your money and getting a lot of stress instead of the expected product.

Order arrived infested with woodworm. Seems I'm not the only one (check out Afectados empresa SKLUM on FB; keyword carcomas).

They sell products that are out of stock, but they charge the customers. I payed for chairs that would ship end of June 2024. Then shipping was delayed to end of July 2024. And now shipping is AGAIN delayed to end of August? But they already have taken my money! SKLUM is the worst. Utter disgrace.

Absolutely the worst experience. Bought a sofa, initiated a return the day after I received, and the absolutely worst experience begun. Have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to pick it up and nothing. Every week I contact customer support, which keep telling me they have request an urgent transport and to contact them the following week if I don’t hear from the logistics company. Every time you try to contact customer support is a nightmare - no phone, no email, you can only use WhatsApp and speak to an automated machine for ages before you can actually go through an agent, who are just as good as the automated machine. Tell you to wait, completely useless, refuse to pass to a manager and close the chat without asking you if the issue is solved. I’m still waiting for the sofa to be picked up and for my money to be refunded. Completely unbelievable and will never buy anything from them again

my order should have been delivered over two weeks ago, it still did not arrive, sklum only answers via chatbots. transport company does not reply to email either. bad experience

Żałuję, że skusiłam się na zakup w tym sklepie. Zamiast zamówionego przeze mnie stołu do jadalni, po miesiącu oczekiwania na przesyłkę otrzymałam niski stół ogrodowy. Próba zwrotu to kpina, nie ma infolinii w języku polskim ani angielskim, na whatssapie odpowiada bot (również nie po polsku). Zamówiona przez SKLUM firma transportowa CEVA oznaczyła moją paczkę jako nieodebraną, bo kierowca nie raczył po nią wejść do budynku, mimo, że jestem na miejscu. Na moją prośbę pilnego kontaktu nikt nie odpowiada. Szczerze odradzam zakupy w tym miejscu, szkoda nerwów i czasu.

Order should be delivered 24-05-2024. Today 10-06-2024 received nothing. It is impossible to get normally contact!

SCUM!!! After waiting for months for my order to arrive, delay after delay, I finally received my order, in which there was a carpet. I could not try it properly as I went on holidays the day after they finally delivered and it's a carpet to put on the outside while it's raining since 2 months... I finally open it and the measures are 40 cm shorter than stated. I contact the customer care and they say it's stated on the product info page: they put 340x200 in the product title and then if you go lower and lower in the page it says ~300 x ~200 = 40 cm shorter, next time I can also pay you ~the price BUT you can only ask for refund within 4 days. Or, if you push and annoy the customer care a bit harder, it's 14 days. For their mistake. After infinite delays and providing false information. I contacted them on the 15th day... so "they can do nothing"??? This customer care has zero flexibility and understanding of the situation. terrible. I will be happy to do everything I can to contact them through legal help.

Avoid - Scammers and Impossible to Reach UPDATE 23 MAY AFTER BUSINESS REPLY Still have heard absolutely nothing from this business. ----------- I placed an order for a coffee table in February. I was only sent the legs (there weren't even enough boxes delivered in shipment to be able to hold a coffee table top). They initially kept stating it was "marked delivered". I have been battling to get the rest of the coffee table sent. It is near impossible to reach someone at this company. They only agreed to send the remainder of the coffee table when I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They said they realized the mistake and would send the rest of the table out when I'd closed the dispute. It has been over a month since I closed the dispute and I can't get a hold of anyone and I have no coffee table top. I am out about £400. When I try calling I sit on hold for about 7 mins and it drops me. I've tried emailing multiple times and nothing. Going to have to open another dispute and hope it gets rectified. Absolute nightmare.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. ORDERED A TABLE, IT DID NOT COME, BUT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

Extremly bad site to deal with . This is the 1st time to deal with them , order number SOWABXXXX . On their site , It is mentionned on stock and shipment will ocur in 3-5 days , 3 weeks afterward nothing has been shipped . Very rude customer service !!

The worst company I've ever ordered from. We ordered a set of chairs 1.5 months ago and we are still waiting for them. Delivery time was 10 days but we waited 3 weeks. They delivered 2 boxes, one had the legs from the chairs and the other was full of paper and bags and there were no chairs. We complained to the website and waited another week for a reply. They promised to send new ones but we are still waiting for the tracking number. It's been 1.5 months and still no chairs. Would not recommend ordering.

I have waited 2 months for my items. My money was taken straight away. I am left without my items and it is impossible to speak with anyone. Their items look nice online but you must AVOID this company.

terrible!!!!!! Sin contestacion a la eapera de que hacer con un sofa en garantia, habiendolos contactado mil veces me dicen que tienen hasta 10 dias y que ya me lo diran!!! Nunca he visto esta calidad de servicio al cliente tan mala

From my personal experience I would advise potential clients to AVOID SKLUM AT ALL COSTS! These guys do not replace or reinburse you when they sell you defective products! I bought 2 EXTERNAL garden armchairs at 190€ each advertised as FOR the GARDEN. After less than 1 year one of them has broken due to bad quality wood in 2 places. Their reaction? To immediatly blame me and try and tell me that they are not gaurenteed as they were exposed to the weather. FIRSTLY, they have only been exposed to indirect weather as they are on a terrace that has an overhang. SECONDLY, in the description of the product they are described MANY times as being suitable for the garden and there is absolutely no mention of protecting them from the elements!! Don't go near this company. It's a shame as they have nice looking furniture but they refuse to provide the sort of after sales service you would expect for the prices you pay!
