Good morning, Im looking for 2 pairs of Women's dress shoes, 1 heel ( black ) 26129359 + 1 wedge (black/ navy). Last time I placed an order online was 2020 and I wanted another pair, ( exactly same) when I called and provided the ID of the item to associate I was disappointed that item is discontinued. I contacted the supplier & they stated they had a similar style but when I tried it on in stores shoe wasn't the right fit... After wearing these since 2018, & falling in love with them I was sad to hear / see a popular style go... expressing my feedback to bring it back as its comfortable, elegant professional for office / travel industry able to stand for 16 hrs a day in them.

I returned defective shoes because there was a chunk missing from the leather. When I spoke to customer service I told them explicitly that I couldn’t have the funds go back onto the original card because I no longer have access to it due to a consumer proposal. They said I could do it in store then. I went to the store and after saying multiple times that I will either exchange or have the funds returned to a different card, they put them on the old card. So they essentially stole the shoes back without a refund. I found hard to have them cancel the refund or give me a gift card or anything to make up for their mistake. But they wouldn’t budge. So now I am out money I needed for groceries. I will never shop at Soft Moc again. Absolute crooks.

I had bad experience with SoftMoc that located in Georgian Mall : some of their employees are not capable to deal with the job ;as I did not receive my receipt form in my email I was not qualified to a refund, so i find myself forced to buy what I don’t like . It’s a lost for me ($125 .) Last time to shop from SoftMoc

I’ve been a long time shopper of softmoc. Their brand name products are great but their softmoc brand falls apart 😞 I’ll not purchase again. When I contacted head office they said the store may do something for you. No they didn’t. These were purchased for Xmas and lasted a month. No cool for $100. And of course I can’t add a picture🤔

I ordered a pair of shoes online and asked to pick up at a store. A charge of $6:99 was added to my bill! When I changed the location to my home which is 3 minutes from the mall it charged me 4:54 When i inquired with SoftMoc they advised certain items have a delivery fee! I was very disappointed will not be shopping here again!! How is it I drive to pick up my item at your store and you charge the customer a delivery fee!! Unacceptable!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Please note I give the store at Kingsway, Edmonton a 0 star review. I went to the Soft Moc store at South Common and they did not have my shoe or size that I wanted, The Manager at the South Common store was kind enough to check the other Edmonton stores and found one pair left at the Kingsway store in the color I wanted and size, She then sent an email to the Kingsway store to put the pair on hold for me. We then drove through a snow storm and bad roads across Edmonton to the Kingsway store to pick up the shoes. When we arrive and ask for the shoes the unpleasant sales clerk said sorry they are on hold for a staff member and have been paid for. We were surprised and ask if they have been purchased why are they showing up still available on their inventory. The store clerk did not have an answer to this question. We then asked if the store cared about customer service and the clerk stated oh yes they do!!!. So we then asked her if they could sell us the pair of shoes and order their staff member another pair. The clerk stated they could never do that!! So what this tells us is Soft Moc does not believe in providing good customer service so based on todays incident you have lost a valuable customer as we used to purchase alot of items from your store.

Bought a pair of bogs on Boxing Day and a week later went on sale even more, so i brought my receipt in to get a rebate, and the worker in the Belleville store told me i had to bring in the box i with them along with the receipt, i showed the guy i had the boots on and he said that was okay just bring the box in and we will give you back the difference, i went in yesterday and the woman working said I couldn’t get my money back because i wore then, what a joke, i will never shop at softmoc in Belleville,Ontario again

I bought an Timberland shoes priced at $144.49 before tax last 24th December 2024. Today, 26th December 2024, I was at Yorkdale Mall and went to Softmoc to have my price be adjusted, the price today is $135.99. The staffs told.me they can't adjust it because I did not bring the shoes. This is in contrast with what the staff at Softmoc fairview mall branch said last Tuesday. I even asked twice if they will adjust the price even without bringing the shoes and she said "YES FOR AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR THE COLOR." I am very disappointed with this experience considering that I bought a pair of shoes worth more than $100.

Very disappointing experience with SoftMoc online purchase. Absolutely horrible and rude customer service. They ask for feedback but it looks like they don't care about customer satisfaction. I will discourage everyone to buy at SoftMoc online. I ordered boots online and paid for express shipping. However I never received my order on time. I could have chosen free delivery if I knew that they would fail. It's like a scam to charge you extra for the service they don't guarantee. The customer service was rude and helpless. I asked for the express fee refund as I paid to get the order sooner but they said they couldn't waive the fee. The customer service lady interrupted me all the time and didn't even finish my sentences. Stay away from SoftMoc. Just dissappointing

I purchased Ugg Tazz slipper/cloggs for a hefty price. They did not work for me, though they are a good product . I returned the Uggs in under a week. The outlet at Hillcrest Mall had two systems down and no manager in sight. Customer Assistance could not provide me with refund as I did not make the purchase online. I have not yet received a refund after waiting hours for the phantom manager. Steer clear of this chain.

Bad management, underpaid, overworked! All shoes sold in all locations and online all came from China, once received by the main storage in Ontario, the people there remove Made in China tags and replaced them with made in Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand just to make it look like the original. All shoes and sandals end up breaking within the first few days of being worn and company will never honor the return/exchange policy.

Very bad experience from SoftMoc service.. I bought adidas slippers from SoftMoc in Toronto outlet premium in Brampton Ontario..I lost my receipt and I change my size not a refund ..TPO SoftMoc employee don’t add my email on your records..and they said no other options change your slippers without receipt..They didn’t help me exchange my slippers.And I go Bramalea city centre in Brampton..And same reply without receipt can’t exchange..I pay my cards I have a card number but she said I don’t have any options I can’t change. First time I buy from softmoc ..and my experience is very very bad …

The worst customer service at Pickering Town Center. the female working there was rude and not very helpful at all. I shop there often and I have never had this horrible experience before. I will continue to shop there but on line , I don't believe that the employee like their job because it was clearly shown.

Ordered placed for express same day delivery. Received email confirming package processed and indicating today's date for delivery. Package NEVER arrived. Called customer svc and received the worst rep EVER. He was talking all over me and ends with saying "ok if you don't receive your pkg again today, just be aware UPS does not deliver on the weekend so you can just expect it next week". He further explained there's nothing SoftMoc can do but give me UPS phone no. and I need to call them and get an explanation. He was completely unsympathetic and continued to talk over me as I explain their email to me confirming express delivery which was supposed to be made yesterday! Rude rep and dishonest SoftMoc promise of express shipping. Just beware.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they used a sketchy delivery company I've never heard of as an express shipping option. The company in question can't be reached by phone and I've got no replies from my online inquiry. Essentially the delivery driver took pics of the package infront of my door but never knocked. I never got a confirmation email saying my item had been delivered like all other items I ever ordered online. Hours later the package wasn't infront of my door. When I reached out to SoftMoc they told me they were in no way legally liable. Now I'm stuck waiting on a police investigation for a stolen package to have access to the building footage of what actually happened. All I'm going to say is that I'll never order from SoftMoc again. If they can't choose reliable delivery options, they don't deserve my business. Also, I've been in my building for 5 years and have never had a package stolen before because everyone knows we have security.

Worst service ever at Coquitlam Mall location. After spending 300 dollars they wanted to charge me 60 cents for a bag. The staff were incredibly rude no customer service skills at all. Never will shop there again.

Softmoc upper canada mall has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. How busy can they be that they can’t pick up a call or return one? I have tried for an entire day to get through to the store to make sure they have the boot i want in the correct size before I drive out of my way to go there. It’s clear they absolutely do not care about making sales or helping phone customers. While other shoe companies are jumping to stay in busy and help ALL customers both in- house and phone to keep the doors open, I guess SoftMoc doesn’t need my business. Thanks for nothing.

I see that I'm joining a long list of customers who will no longer be customers! I ordered two pairs of shoes from them online and received them fairly quickly, but one pair of the shoes had clearly been worn, thrown back into the box and returned to stock - then shipped to me. As an apology, they offered a 15% discount on another pair "of my choice" but they won't refund because I used Sezzle to pay for them. I used Sezzle because it is another layer of protection in case something goes wrong, and it did. I'll never buy from them again whatsoever. Canada should be ashamed to give business licenses to companies such as this!
