Steven Eagell Toyota at Chelmsford was a lovely experience. The staff (Ryan and Karen) were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I managed to mess up when I arrived and got my car a little stuck and Ryan went above and beyond his job to get it out for me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking to buy and answered all our questions and was happy to chat to all 3 of us not just the main driver. Both him and Karen made us feel very welcome and I felt like they actually valued us as customers rather than that’s the car take it or leave it. Very very good service couldn’t have been looked after better.

I have had Toyotas from 2006 and have dealt mainly with the Aylesbury Branch. My husband purchased the CH-R and was very disappointed with the car so the guys sourced him a Yaris within a very sort period. With the CH-R they had included 2 free Services which were never used and there appears to now be a problem and we are being told he will have to pay for a service plan now. I have a car on order with them and will say once this arrives we will not be using Aylesbury branch again when it comes to changing our cars. Very disappointed with them so will try the services of the Milton Keynes branch

Returned to Steven Eagell as I needed to change my Aygo in for something bigger due to change of job role. Spoke to Tommie Mitchell on the phone and he helped me through a few options of cars that they had in Northampton. Booked an appointment for the following weekend. Was met by Ash on arrival as Tommie was just finishing with another customer. Ash was very warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that I was looking to get. Met Tommie, very nice young man, spent the next few hours looking at various different cars that may fit my needs, Tommie was so helpful, and very kind, listening to the wants and needs that would make for the perfect car for me. Tommie then came back with the perfect car for me! I was so happy. Knowing the importance of having the car at very short notice Tommie drove to collect the car and bring it to Northampton personally, spent hours outside of his normal working hours to make sure that i had the car at the end of the following week. I can’t thank Tommie enough for all his hard work, dedication and diligence. He made the entire customer journey very easy and pleasurable from start to finish. Tommie you are a star, the car is absolutely brilliant, and so are you. Thank you

An incompetent and complacent service based on my recent experience. Why? Having reserved a new car with the Northampton branch and paid the deposit I was assured it would be ordered with Toyota the following Monday. Two weeks later I received an email from the dealer saying my deposit was being returned and I could only order the car online direct with Toyota. However, by then the car had sold out the UK allocation. Toyota contacted all UK dealers ahead of online ordering going live so that customers would be contacted and made aware. Would it have been too much trouble to alert me, allowing me to buy the car online. Not even so much as an apology. You have to ask yourself if this is the level of service I received do you really want to take the risk buying a new car with this dealer? There are lots of other great Toyota dealers and based on my experience I wouldn't trust Steven Eagell Northampton.

I just bought a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid from Steven Eagell Toyota Cambridge. The sales executive that dealt with my purchase was Freddie Bols. I first met Freddie in late 2021 and after several discussions and a couple of test drives, I final reserved my RAV4. The initial delivery estimate was 6 months. Freddie gave me weekly delivery updates by email and phone calls. The delivery date finally updated to about three and a half to four months. One week before delivery, Freddie gave me the pleasant news that my RAV4 will be arriving and would be ready for collection soon after. After dealing with some pre-collection paperwork, Freddie told me that I can collect my RAV4 a few days later, unbeknownst to him that the day was my birthday (greatest present). On collection day, my RAV4 was all clean and fully charged, ready to be driven home. Freddie dealt with the final paperwork swiftly and gave me a quick run-through of the features and controls. From the first time I met Freddie until after I collected my RAV4, he dealt with me professionally, he answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions, sometimes late in the work day or on his days off) and made me feel like a very valued customer. I couldn’t recommend Freddie highly enough based on my buying experience with him. Special mention to Dushi for his role in making the buying experience superb and to Chris for taking the time to patiently and expertly answer the loads of questions I have about my new RAV4.

disgusting ,i recently purchased a car showing 59,000 miles and the car had had a speedo change at toyota,the real mileage was 94,000 miles, the response was tuff luck and they said nothing could be done,we are now heading to court,i wouldn't expect this behaviour from a back street garage let alone a toyota main dealer,disgusted to say the least

Visited Steven Eagell Toyota at Romford yesterday and was seen by Najmul Islam. He took us for a test drive. Me and my wife found him extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Terry Hawkins was also very good and helpful too. Great customer care service. We found purchasing our new car very easy and satisfying. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I just got my new Toyota C-HR Dynamic from Steven Eagell Northampton branch. The salesman Bhav who helped me with the whole process was just pure amazing & his personality was pure delight. I sure gave him a hard time in negotiating the price of trading my Yaris in. The details of how I want my new car to be and so many things I wanted. He offered what my money can get but & exactly what I want in blue colour but, I turned it down as blue is not just my colour. Bhav was so patient with me and after going back and forth for over 3 good days, we pulled through finally to what I exactly want. We then became best of friend (like father & daughter lol). I'm satisfied with the final outcome and I couldn't be happier without his help & patient. Thanks Bhav, will be coming back again and ensure you don't retire by then lol.

This is my experience in Steven Eagell Toyota Tamworth in mid October 21. I bought a second hand car, they said I can't take it in the day as they have to do the MOT and to clean in, and they offer to apply supaguard protection (for leather and exterior paint) which cost me £445 with VAT, wait 2 weeks to pick un the car, and the car wasn't even hoovered, no paint protection, nothing. AVOID this company!

Hi It was wonderful experience at Toyota, Sollihull. We met Jamal, a very proactive sales manager with good manners. helped all the way to purchase. We visited to browse, but ended up buying a 50K car. he made it possible the sale to go ahead. Excellent experience.

This is my experience in steven Eagell Toyota Luton. Avoid avoid never ever go to this place.it’s ok at the beginning but when you place and order and then try to cancel it they all say you can’t cancel it but I know it’s my right if I want to cancel my order I can. Having said that I went for a test drive and o liked the car but me and wife wanted to think about it but the sales man(isham) told me that I can always cancel the order if I can’t make it and I would get my deposit back. And now they telling me I can’t get my deposit back and also I can’t cancell my order.and I have spoken to advise bureau and they said that there is no way they can tell me they can’t cancell an order.anyway I am going back again tomorrow to see the manager as the manager was not in today. I am not having this as I am going to take this further. Even the managers they are the same aswell. Guys take my advise avoid this place. I will write the outcome of my case here so do look for it. They shouldn't offer damaged car and shouldn't hide real pictures on advert. We are thinking like this is the dealer and they never cheat. No. It's not like that. Dealer mean is franchising and there is no one from Toyota to manage this dealer. Dealer controlled by third party person who has contract with toyota. Do not trust dealers. Especially, do not trust this dealer. Don't trust people when they talking to you with gently and welcoming you. This is called friendly cheating. I went there to see the car and thought this is the dealer and should not cheat people. The car has 100's of scratches on whole left side, damage and deep scratches on bumper...etc. There are so many damage and scratches on the car. When I open the door, all decoration has been damaged and scratched. It's 2018 model car and I think has been used as minicab. Also the mileage was 17K which I didn't believe that. The dealer or who drove the car before has changed the mileage. They offered me to repair the car but I didn't believe them. I'm sure that after signed the finance agreement, they will say good bye and drive the car like that. Do not buy scratched and damaged car. Do not trust their repair promise. They will not repair properly and they can't remove deep scratches with polish.

Quality service from the moment we walked through the showroom door. Nothing was to much trouble even down to the hot chocolate for my 6yr old .David conkling is an absolute legend who went above and beyond to get me the car I LOVE BRILLIANT SERVICE AND SUPERB TEAM Well done 👏
