The worst customer service I have ever received they have no clue what they are talking about and each person you talk to tells you a different answer, I can't access my emails and they told me I had to contact BT - seriously. Do yourself a big favour and pick another provider.

Most worse internet ever really AVOID! The supporters there has such a low brain most of them has such a bad accent had it really very difficult to understand them. Internet keeps braking down every few days and when we call we don't get any support they just don't know anything . The only thing they do is a speed check that shows its all fine !!! While there is no internet at all. And then they say will have to book an engineer and there maby cost charge for it! Get lost never had such a redicluse internet provider before with such low brain cowboys working there with 0 star support and totally no experience. Never again so happy we have canceld only 10 days to go ...really avoid avoid avoid just take another provider if you don't want stress.

Signed up with Talk Talk as offer had £50 voucher alongside a fair monthly fee. Was told voucher would take up to 90 days to be received. Over 130 days later plus numerous emails chasing, still no voucher, still no answers. Various forums are crowded with such complaints so I'm one of many. I've been told by Talk Talk that a complaint file has been sent to a manager on my behalf and they will contact me within 3 days, day 5 still nothing! Very poor customer service. Looks like I've fallen for the £50 voucher bait. Not impressed.

Absolutely disgusting.. Absolutely ridiculous, with no compassion, My great Uncle passed away, so while everything was going on, my Mom had the account put into her name, so that we could sort everything out at the house and also notify all other friends and family.. so tried informing them that the house is now empty and that the telephone is no longer needed at the house.. tried online chat first... the online chat agent, did not know what he was doing, and so cut us off, a complete waist of an hour + of our time.. then called to try and sort this out, thrown around to different telephone agents and different departments, to be basically told that we would have to pay a contract cancelation fee to close the account.. at a time of where we as a family don't need or want any more hassle TalkTalk completely disregard the fact we have lost a loved one and just want their money.. Absolutely disgusting.. My Mom and Dad also have TalkTalk at their house but after this, They will be getting rid of this terrible company.. TalkTalk should be ashamed of them selves.. and from what Ive read not the first.. STAY AWAY FROM TalkTalk

Had a crossed line, waited 72 hours and nothing, was told that an engineer could not find any problem, waited another 72 hours then told the same. I then asked to speak to a manager, then I was informed that Openreach had not been sent any work order, so no work done. I now have to wait another 72 hours. TalkTalk have the worst customer support on planet Earth, they can barely speak English and are rude patronizing and useless. Would give zero stars if possible.

had absolutely bad experience with Talk Talk. Since day one I had issues with the internet connection, spend hours on the phone with them to try to resolve the problem. Opened several complaints. Non of them has been resolved. Was advised to upgrade my contract and pay extra money. Again there was a issue with internet connection. They have decided to sent engineer out who spent 10 min at my house doing absolute nothing but complaining how the Talk Talk works and how short they are. Second engineer have changed the Router. Again problem. For last 2 months I have spoken with 7 different customer advisors non of them could resolve my problem. Kept paying my bills and having no internet. I have mention to all of them that I want to cancel my contract. They said first they have to resolve the problem with the convention. So rang couple of times again spent loads of times on the phone with rude customer advisors. When the problem was solved I was advised to ring talk Talk the next day because the department was closed. So dang the next day to find out I have to give them 30 days notice to cancel the contract. Guys avoid Talk Talk if you want to save your time and nerves. Also money !!! They are not helpful at all. The worst is dishonest customer service . I’m glad I have cancelled the contract FINALLY. Disappointed that I have lost so much money and time. Never again . Please watch out !!!!!

I transferred 2 years ago to Talk Talk from BT and cannot fault them. The value for money compared to BT is fabulous and the quality of speed and service is much better than we ever had with BT. In two years only had two problems and both times the service level was exceptional. When it couldn't be fixed remotely they came out within 24 hours and gave a very comprehensive problem repair. Engineer was absolutely wonderful, very curteous, knowledgeable and professional and quickly sorted out the problem. Would not consider using any other provider.

So our 1 year contract was ending and we wanted to cancel it on the last day. Now they tell me that it needs 30 days for them to "fully disconnect" their services. They said it was in the terms and conditions but I never personally read it there. Then he asks me if I agree with the 30 days period. And I'm like, "I thought I did not have a choice?" So why ask me if I agree then? Does that mean that I have the option to disagree and you can actually end it on the last day? I told him it takes a press of a button to disable our internet unit so why need 30 days. And he tells me that he's just following protocol questions. And I said cancel the service on the last day. He tells me that unfortunately he can't do it now since he has already applied the "cease" on the account. That means earlier he could have actually done it!!! I told him how DISHONEST their service was for WILLFULLY WITHDRAWING information so that they could bill me for another month when we no longer need their services. This is just fraud. And because its the end for the promo term the next payment is actually £5 bigger than usual. I was so angry but I had enough. The chat has dragged on for almost an hour. I just let them win but I will spread the word so that people will be aware and not use their service.

complaint re Talk Talk (Phone) faulty phone line, so far 2 missed visits,2 missed phone calls appointments and failed to reply to an e-mail in the time scale they provided. Not good customer service as nothing has gone right. Incorrect information given and very poor communication. Their complaint staff say there are not allowed to write to customers who have complained by e-mail and phone. I have never heard so much rubbish and i"ve been in customer service in the utility sector for over 20 years. When my contract expires i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Someone has set up a Talk Talk account with our address! We are receiving letters and bills from Talk Talk and now debt collectors letter for a person who does not live at our address! Talk Talk have took over our BT line. I have called approx 5 times to explain that we do not have a Talk Talk account and that the person who has set up the account does not live at our address. Still not sorted out! To add insult to injury they are phoning the Talk Talk number which is live at our address to talk to the mystery customer even though I have said they don't live here and to email their customer. Dreadful customer service!

I have contacted customer service on 06/06/2019 at 17:03 hours due to my TalkTalk broadband was down not working. They have advised me to arrange the technician to fix the issue. They also informed me technician will give me a call in few days. On Saturday 08/06/2019 early afternoon one of the technician has arrived and he has fixed the issue and he also explained me what was the reason behind why the broadband not working. On Sunday 09/06/2019 again broadband down, didn’t even last more than a day? I have called customer service again at 20:35 hours. One of the staff advised me to rebook the technician for tomorrow ie Monday 10/06/2019. She advised me technician will call me between 5pm to 7pm. But I told her I am sorry I am not able to answer the call at that time due to my work night shift and I have requested please give me a call between 2pm to 4pm. It really shames poor customer care, didn’t receive a call but they have tried to get hold of me after. However my broadband still down not working at all. Really poor customer care shame on. They have charged me every time I have called them not good at all shocking.

Do not use talk talk. Simple as that. They are appalling. I have become so used to not having any internet that I have decided to just completely live without it. I used it for a t.v viewing only so now I am going to invest in box sets and just read books. I could never watch anything anyway as it was always 'buffering 'or I would receive a message on screen saying my bandwidth was too low. And them one day it just went altogether. And I decided there and then not to waste my time anymore. They are a despicable company. If it was cheap I could understand the terrible service. But it's not. So I wonder..... How long will they get away with this??..... My advice....dump 'em
