6 of us are booked to go to Bulgaria on 18/05/2020 TT757489 It has been paid in full, £2970 pounds, We have received NO paperwork, ATOL certificate, boarding cards, etc. NOTHING!, I sent an email to Teletext asking if this holiday has been cancelled due to Covid 19, and have received nothing from them, If it has been cancelled by them, I require a total refund, as no other dates work for the other people going.

Hi team, first of all hope you all are well and no one is effected by corona virus. right so going to my problem i have been trying to contact you over a month month now, only one time i was able to talk to you over the phone which i is in early Feb then i guess couple of times on the online chat in regards to my packaged holiday booked with you guys departing on 7th April 2020 with ref TT736216. Everytime i was told that someone will contact me near to the travel date as you guys are contacting customers who are travelling a week later. again today i tried to contact to find out about the current status of my holidays. as per thr FCO you are not supposed to leave the county, as per Malta the county is lockout so no one can enter in for holidays, even the Airline with which we were suppose to travel they have cancelled all there flights. so i guess our holiday is going to be cancelled as well. but so far i havent had any contacts from yourside.........please contact me as soon as possible so we know what to do. many thanks regards

I am disappointed and shocked at the terrible customer service I have received from Teletext!! I was booked to go away in March 2020, my reference is TT768876, our holiday was cancelled due to COVID 19, and the FCO stating that we couldn’t travel due to the international borders being closed!! I have called and emailed multiple times trying to resolve the issue of getting a full refund, some of your staff have been rude and I was not getting anywhere. I even have confirmation from Ryanair that the flight money has been refunded to you directly and still after calling and e-mailing I am still nowhere forward with getting the refund for the hotel and flights. Now you have closed your phone lines?? I was told I had to contact Ryanair myself, I booked through you as a package holiday, so what was the point?? I would be in a far better position if I had just booked the hotel and flights directly myself, as you are now holding my money!! Now I have received an automated e-mail through about re-arranging this holiday?? Is this a joke? I am entitled to a full refunded, I am a reasonable and patient person and I appreciate this is a busy time for you, however other people I know in my position that have booked holidays with alternative travel companies have received full refunds!! Will you please resolve this promptly my ref is TT768876, failure to do so, I will have no option than to go to the regulator.

I was due to fly out to Dominican republic yesterday, a holiday that's been planned for a long time and well needed after I had to have my leg amputated, I saved really hard so me my family and friends could have this much needed holiday. I have called multiple times, emailed you countlessly, I’ve also chatted to your live chat department which said we could receive a refund & still have been told to wait till you guys get to me. In the last 2 weeks I’ve given you the chance near to 100 times to call me back & let me know my options. This is absolutely despicably not the way to treat a paying customer. Before the Covid 19 I rang and emailed regarding my prosthetic leg because this is all new to me and again you weren't helpful. In the meantime any chance of someone going to call which you have promised for the last 2 weeks! You have now sent me this . Thank you for writing the mail. As you are aware we are operating in unprecedented times, as the Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to disrupt global travel plans. As a direct response to the impact on the travel industry our regulator, The Travel Trust Association, has advised us to offer all affected customers alternative travel arrangements at this time. Please be assured we will waive any of our imposed cancellation and amendments fees and will be working hard with suppliers to do the same, although at this stage not all airline and hotel suppliers have agreed to this and therefore they may still levy some charges. Rest assured we are working hard to avoid these charges and wherever possible keep them to minimum.If this situation changes we will of course contact you, however until this time please hold on to any documentation regarding your existing booking, as you will need to inform us of your original booking reference, when you make your new booking. It argues that these protections were not designed to cope with the demands currently being placed on them. Hi We have phoned you countless times to get a full refund on our holiday and to be told that you are only the Agent when we took the holiday out you told us that you were Atol protected. You said we can change dates It is impossible to change dates our circumstances won’t allow. Ref TT787509

Guess what guys. I got a phone call from a gent yesterday saying I will get a refund and I don't need to make my final payment. This morning I get an email stating: We attempted to collect your scheduled payment today 500.00 for your forthcoming holiday but unfortunately we were unsuccessful. (cause my card was lost so different card numbers) Please make your payment by visiting My Booking or calling our automated payment line on 0207 741 1347. If you do not make your payment within 48 hours we may have no other option than to cancel your booking in line with our terms and conditions. Please note that you will only be able to download your vouchers once you’ve paid in full. Yours sincerely, Credit Control Department, Teletext Holidays What's laughable is I called that number and they answered in about 6 seconds.. Only to take a payment. What the hell.. Do not EVER trust this company

Teletext holidays have taken my 2nd deposit out of my account knowing ryan air cancelled all flights till june.. When will i get my money back.. Im disgusted at you doing this, Ive rang over 50 times and nothing. I wsnt my £300 back

Ok Teletext Holidays. I have now called you over 50 times, emailed you countless times, tweeted you many times, Facebooked you & instagrammed you plus dmed you on Messenger. I’ve also chatted to your live chat department & still have been told to bloody wait till you guys get to me. Disgustingly treated like sh## I am fully aware that in this difficult times things mays take longer. But to be told to travel to your holiday when all Spanish flights are cancelled only after I call to find out is disgusting way to be treated. No phone no email no communication from teletext at all. I have called and recorded all 12 phone call sent as many emails, One reply saying we will contact you within 14 days. Now on 13th day nothing. I called airline ( Money refunded to Teletext not me) I called the hotel asked to call agent Welcome beds (refunded money to Teletext not me) so for 7 days Teletext has my money but now trying to offer me a voucher or change dates. This was by online chat by me still no communication from them to me. So they have my money refunded but refuse to contact me promise they will call and email nothing happens.

I regret the day i stumbled upon your scam of a website I have booked with a family of 9 to travel to morocco.on the 31st march 2020 After morocco cancelled all international flights i called and was told i have to get confirmation of cancellation from ryan air. Why should i do this i asked as this is a multipackage holiday i booked through you..nontheless i sent the email..then did not recieve a call back. I called back twice and each time was rudely told that i had to wait and would be called back and now your lines are closed???? Shame on you for ruining peoples lives like this. I expect a refund under your own guidelines i am entitled to one. Legal ramifications will occur if this doesnt happen.

I am due to go on holiday on 31/03/20. I spoke to them about getting a refund which isn’t a option apparently! We are in a pandemic and teletext should take responsibility! I was told by lee the supervisor that I would get a call back. I haven’t and I can’t get through to them! DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!

Teletext cancelled my holiday due to the cov19 virus in spain. There terms and conditions read. If your holiday is cancelled due to disaster floods health by yhe commonwealth. Teletext accept full responsability and will refund your money in full.. but teletext has told thousands of customers sorry no refunds. They are waiting for advice. (Rubbish) as things stand prior to any changes. they must refund your money alot of people are now threatening court action. Teletext are not answering there phones. Using the virus as an excuse to hang onto peoples hard earned money. Do not deal with these bottom feeders they lie from day one you have been warned. Truly travel t/a teletext holidays marketing from india. . 2 regined directors and lots of complaints.

This is a fraudulent company. When there is a problem they put you on hold and hope you get so annoyed that you hand up. I booked a holiday for the 01/04/20 and it has been cancelled because of corona virus. I have rand 6 times and they keep putting me on hold and telling me you they will call me back. No ever calls me. It is immoral to take people’s money and keep it like this. I will be going to the small claims court. I will never use teletext holidays ever again.

If i could give minus 5 i would. I will never book with teletext again !!!! Hours and hours spend on the phone and no one answers and then told your lines are shut. You tell nothing but lies!! You've even taken extra money from us. Wheres my refund. We came to you because your suppose to be a REPUTABLE company. Joke !!!!

I booked with teletext holidays to fly on 24/03/20 to Florida I have phoned 5 times to be told my flight still live Disney is not shut ring back blah blah blah, promised emails and phone calls to resolve this issue to discover you have shut your phone lines 23/03/20 !! Disgusting I will be proceeding with full force via my credit card company to pull back my money DO NOT BOOK WITH TELETEXT! Foul business practice even Manchester airport refunded my parking pick a reputable business to holiday with you ought to be ashamed of yourself fat cats say in your office keeping honest working peoples money !!

Fco warning in place, flight 18/3/20 still scheduled so rang teletext to cancel hol, first advised refund email will be sent within 7 days. Then on chat 19/3/20 day after hol due to start told only rebook is offered! Flight due back 1/4/20 is now cancelled by ryanair so me and my grandaughter would have been stranded in spain! Teletext i want a full refund under your t&c’s that i am legally entitled to and not to rebook! Booking ref TT754115 Please get it sorted. One unhappy grandmother with custody who needs my hard earned cash back

I am due to fly Tomorrow with Ryanair flights cancelled phone calls 1st lasting 53 minutes. Still no confirmation email regarding cancelled holiday. Text message received offering credit. TnC,s state if package holiday booked then full refund is provided if cancelled. Shame on you teletext and Ryanair. Confirmation that's all I'm asking. Shanti be using either company again
