“My heating system went out just at the onset of the deep freeze coming into Texas this week. Called The Duct Specialists Air and they sent Jamal out within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered up the necessary replacement parts. He also discovered one of the issues was an electric breaker malfunctioning and scheduled the electrician to get that fixed the the next morning as well. Ronaldis came this morning and got the breakers replaced and Jamal was back this evening with the replacement parts for the heater and got my system back up and working just in time before the big deep freeze. Jamal and Rondalis were both very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I appreciate Jamal organizing the electrical fix in addition to repairing the heating system. “We had a total install done. Our tech Matt was great. He worked on getting us the best price possible, he even came to our house on his day off to make sure the deal was complete so he could get the install crew out the next morning.
The install leader Nathan and his crew did a really good job. They cleaned up very good when the job was complete. Nathan showed my husband everything that was done and explained how to use the thermostat before he left.
I also want to mention Jeff in finance called me and talked me through the online paperwork.
I feel like this is an all around good company and would highly recommend them.”

“We had Randy come on site to look over the furnance that had gone out. He informed us that the electrical components were shot and although we have a maintenance plan with another company he strongly suggested we contact them first to see if anything would be fixed by them and if not he would send some one back out (which he did) to quote us on all our possibilities. He went above and beyond and didnt try to sell us additional items we may or may not have needed and gave us the options of the fix or a long term solution. We will be switching maintenance companies going forth as the customer service of everyone here was above and beyond and the prices were fair.”

He was great at explaining what happened with my system and all of my options. He didn't try to hard sell me and gave me a great discount too! Victor and his installation team were on time (even in a thunderstorm!) and did a fantastic job! He identified a potential gas leak I didn't know I had and plumber Curtis came and found the problem. Curtis went above and beyond to fix the leak and also brought my water heater up to code. He too gave me a discount on his services. All together, everyone at A#1 was professional, courteous, clean and extremely considerate of my circumstances. I would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again.”

“I called The Duct Specialists air and needed my system looked at because a sensor was going off. They installed 2 high efficiency units which have saved us soooo much money on electric bills. And are extremely quiet. They sent out a tech Roy Ferrusca. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us up and going. “I've been a customer of The Duct Specialists since replacing my HVAC 5 years ago and have faithfully had routine maintenance twice per year since. My fall service was done in December (hard to get it scheduled with my crazy work schedule). After a very thorough evaluation, the technician had suggestions that would improve the comfort of the house, and improve air quality. One of the work items that I had done was to replace my attic insulation. It was not cheap and my hope was to see a difference in heating cost. After an extended power outage (40 hours with an exterior temperature as low as 8 degrees), I can vouch for a more valuable benefit. When the power came back, my house was 45 degrees. Many of my neighbors said their homes were in the 30s. I think the improved insulation kept my house, my pipes safer. The process for all the work done involved multiple crews over several days but they were all professional, cleaned up after the work and make sure I knew when they'd be back to finish.”
