Well I order 8 Reed screenings and received only 3! To be told by the delivery driver (arrow) they may be in another lorry. Nothing arrived in over a week and the range said it was all despatched and are looking into it. That doesn’t help me and tried countless emails even as a complaint - nothing. So you e kept my money and not given me my goods

Beware will charge you £20 delivery then when you contact them to ask why the item hasn't turned up they will tell you they made a mistake, delivery was to the store and if you want said item they will have to refund you're card delivery charge 🤔 then recharge you 🤔cash only to delivery driver 😂the range sort it out you fools

Been sent faulty items twice, customer service is non existence. Been on phone for an hour and still got that annoying music playing.. can't go in store about issue so how are online issues suppose to be resolved when there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤔absolutely appalling.

Order a item it said they was a problem so tryed to order again when I looked at my statement the first one went through tryed to phone customers service for three day to cancel one but all I got was music very dissatisfied as now I have two and got to try to get through again

Bought two items online that were not available in store but could be delivered. Paid £9.95 for selected day delivery two days later and only 1 item turned up (this item was actually really nice and in good condition). Later received an email saying issues with supply of other item even though it was still available on the website to purchase for next day delivery. 6 days later the second item arrived smashed to pieces and now they won’t take back large items in store and no one will answer customer service phone. Every time it keeps playing the same music endlessly or cuts me off. No one responding to any communication to get a refund or replace it with a new one. Really not sure how they get away with this after reading others reviews. Would not purchase anything online from them again no matter the bargain it appears to be.

Paid extra £2 for Express delivery, did receive an Email saying might be a delay with delivery. Received further Email saying no delay. Parcel delivered by DHL on day stated for Express delivery . Price of goods excellent compared to Amazon and Ebay .One rod was bent could not have been bent during packing/delivery marked Fragile, well wrapped in bubble wrap, as other item another rod was straight. The bent rod was not returned as it worked to my advantage, 6ft window with heavy 1mtr drop net curtain ,turned the rod so the bow was upwards ,hence no sagging in the middle. Did not need the return , a return label was enclosed in the packaging though. Very happy with result.

Left a review on their website but it's been removed. Don't shop with this rip off company. Bought a couple of rugs that were on offer on website, wasn't charged the discounted price so contacted them. Kept on phone for nearly an hour only to be told offer has finished so can't have discounted price. They're still advertising the reduced price and won't honour it. terrible customer service and generally con artist company, AVOID!

Bought a beautiful looking clock in store, only to find it had broken bits of glass in the packaging and the watch chrome top would not stay up and can't be tightened. No one answers the phone in store or via website!

If you got too much time, you should definitely shop with them. At first they delivered my tv unit damaged, so i mailed them. Getting the response from them takes about 2 days. For every message you send. It took me 4 weeks to get to the point they have ordered a replacement for me. One catch, it will take from 14 - 30 days to produce it! Then add some time for delivery, 7-20 days. When you want to call them you should reserve more than 30 minutes to listen how great value they are, like 1200 times. The worst shopping experience I've ever had. They should be sued for wasting people's time.

Complete scam. Do not buy from this website. Customer service is appalling when things go wrong. They sent me a product that was in an appalling state. Clearly second hand. When I contact them, they didn't want to know. AVOID at all costs.

I've had the same experience as others. I bought a couple of things from them in February and one of them arrived very poorly wrapped and completely broken into pieces. I immediately took photos and emailed them to let them know about it, and had nothing back. I followed up a few days later, and again a few days later after that, again with no reply. I also called customer services and had no response after three 10 minute waits on the phone. I spoke to the Citizens Advice Bureau and they've advised to send a letter by recorded delivery to the Head Office quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Maybe if lots of us send letters they'll start to respond? It's quite unbelievable that a large chain like The Range are able to continue their business in this way.

I placed an order. I changed my mind an hour later. I queued on the 'phone line (the only way to cancel and order!) for 30 minutes and was then told I had to be passed to another department as the item was "coming straight from a supplier". I queued for a further 50 minutes and was cut off as their 'phone lines had closed for the day. I called back first thing the next morning and explained the problem. They said they would try and cancel the order. Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain and after a further hour-long queue and call I was told to reject the delivery when the courier brought it. The delivery agent did not knock, ring or announce their arrival in any way, so I was unable to reject the delivery. I have subsequently spent a further 3 hours in total on the 'phone trying to get this returned. It still hasn't been collected for return a week and a half later, so I am no closer to my refund (and getting the item removed from my premises). This morning, on my latest attempt to contact them for an update, after much further queueing, my call was picked up by an operative and immediately cut off 3 times. These people's customer service is truly appalling. Avoid them if you want to retain any shred of your sanity.

26 February 2021 - Basingstoke Purchased some bathroom paint, no signs in store, or mentioned when paying that paint cannot be returned. The are dozens of colours available, only half a dozen have sample pots available, not any in the colours I was shopping for. Opened the paint to find it was no even close to the sample colour on the front of the paint pot. With no queue at checkouts, I went straight to customer services to return the paint. Four of the five staff were loitering in the area, but still waited to be server, only be to told we had to join the queue that had now formed! After waiting in the queue we were told "you cannot return paint once it has been opened" Even though it is a completely different colour to the one we were expecting. We have be mis-sold the paint and not been advised of the paint non-returns policy. STORE MANAGER - Sort it out!!

Find staff at rhyls range obnoxious & seem to enjoy behaving like little hitlers during covid pandemic i am disabled & had issues staff showed no concern for me will never use again

Poor customer service, no idea of refund policy.Lack of respect for customer. Staff need to be trained on customer service and manners. East Kilbride staff lacking all of the above. Would not even give 1 star.

I’m still waiting for a rug I ordered in January, supposed to be delivered 8th February . Emails ignored, phone never answered. How on earth do they run a business like this,it looks like I’m going to have to get my payment back through credit card company. Won’t bother with your store again.

Awfull 3 days been trying customer service, if emailed and face booked, nothing no response, I want a refund and I want to speak to some one re a cancelled order!! Got the number for head office, rubbish receptionist told me there was no manager available as she was alone in the building!!! And cut me off as the only people that could help were customer services!!!
