AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered items in December and they arrived damaged. I am still waiting for customer services to sort it out and have to wait weeks to get a pointless and meaningless response from them delaying things further. Awful quality and awful service. Could have easily been sorted quickly and efficiently.

Supervisor in portadown store unhelpful, lazy and seems to stand about gossiping about staff very rude the way she speaks to customers also her staff she shouts all over the store at staff she has zero respect for people in general won’t be shopping there again!

BEWARE THE RANGE!!!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND USING AMAZON INSTEAD….. Never had a problem with them. If a Range product is faulty you WILL NEVER EVER GET A REFUND!!! They will just send you round & round in circles hoping that you’ll give up. If you have the same problem, use Resolver.com…… They are a free legal service and usually get positive results.

Went to burton range .most of what I wanted to buy was not priced so didn’t bother.and what I did buy had to have refund for because it was put under the wrong price on the shelf.i bought a Kongo toy for my puppy . ,when I got home the ladie who served me had not taken the security tag off so will have to return to the store through no fault of mine .not good service.

Arrived at the store 10 minutes before opening and now have a £60 fine. Duty manager was really unhelpful and rude

Has a coffee shop however no toilets, states toilets downstairs but when you get there closed for maintenance!!

The Range gets "Jobsworth Award of Stupidity" from me. I went into the Blackburn Branch before they closed today. I asked my 15 year old to hold a pack of knives. At the counter she handed the pack to the woman serving at the customer services desk with me (mid fifties, white beard) standing behind her. The cashier refused to serve her without ID and when I said I was her father and the one buying the knives, she refused to sell them to Me because the person who had handed them to her was underage. Is this the height of stupidity or am I missing something.

Range partner delivered a broken mirrored chest of drawers. Packing was visibly damaged on outside when delivered and upon opening we could see the front of chest glass was smashed. Still waiting for the broken one to be collected from my house 2 weeks, and yet to see a replacement or refund. I will go to trading standards next if not sorted out soon

Ordered iPhone charger for Christmas and the wrong one was delivered. Emailed 7 or 8 times now and I just keep getting fobbed off by their “range partner” team. It’s now 4th Feb and still nothing. Terrible customer service.

Placed an order for a Xmas garland in December 2021, arrived quickly however it was unsuitable. Instigated a refund request on 14th December and was told that as it's an item from "their partners" they were waiting on their response on how and where to return it. Numerous emails and such long unacceptable delays between replies just from The Range customer services, without including any partners response. Unable to return to store for a refund. 25th January finally given a unit address to return, at my cost. I sent it via hermes signed for. Proof of delivery photo emailed to partners showing item received by them on 30th January. No refund, no communication. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable !

I agree with what most everyone else is saying on here. Ordered a tv unit in November, wanted it for Xmas, it was ordered with a lamp which did arrive, but the tv unit didnt. Spent endless hours on the phone and through emails trying to get a refund, but to no avail. Their customer service is shocking, no apology, or empathy, they sound like they dont really care, which makes me wonder how they are treated as employees. I have been sent a customer complaint form, which just gives an address, no email address, or telephone number. Am going to put in a complaint, but also contact trading standards. There are so many bad reviews on here that I do think this company needs to be held to accountable. If enough of us contacted trading standards then maybe something could be done about this Company, and they would be investigated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE RANGE !!! All was fine until I purchased something from one of their partners. The Range will not take responsibility for your purchase, will not resolve the matter and will not refund you. 5 times they've contacted the partner with no response. On the 4th time of complaining I asked how often or I how long should I be expected to wait for a resolution I was told " it takes as long as it takes! " it's worth noting there is no available contact given for the management of the company for complaint. Where is my money the Range ???

Ordered a lamp online which arrived damaged. Emailed their customer service the same day asking for a replacement and for damaged item to be collected, no response for 3 days so I called. Gentleman said he would contact their partner and I would be called and sent a returns label. Nothing arrived, 3 days later called again. After the customer service agent "huffing" at me down the phone, he then put me on hold for 5 minutes, then told me he had to wait for a reply from their partner as to when it could be collected. Another 2 days passed still no returns label, called again, told the same thing that The Range couldn't do anything it was down to their partner. My contract of sale was with YOU the Range, NOT your partner. Requested a refund this time and was told it would take 7 days or more. Have now had to raise a claim via PayPal. Not even sure this will get me my refund. Customer service is shocking, policies are shocking. I will NEVER PURCHASE from the range again, online OR the store. This has been so painful!

Absolutely shocking customer service you keep getting transferred to different people but get nowhere. I asked to speak to a manager but there are no managers available to speak to online. Will never order anything from there again.

Was a loyal customer here and found the staff very helpful until recently. Was given the wrong information by a customer service rep who was clearly not trained in properly and as a result I was unable to return my curtains and was out almost 40 euro. When I tried to explain this to the customer service manager, she said she wasn't there, she does not know what was said and it was my own fault for not checking the receipt and signs around the store. I emailed the general manager about this who called me on the phone and told me I was lying and that none of what I said was true because she asked these 2 members of staff who also said I was lying. I was in shock that this actually was said to me by a manager to a loyal customer when I have witnesses to the contrary and no reason to lie. I have tried countless times to contact the range as I am so upset about this but nothing helpful back. All I wanted was a refund or credit note to the value of the curtains that I was told I could get and instead I was spoken at in the worst way. Loved going here but given no-one will take responsibility for the incompetent staff at this store and give me back the money I lost out on as a result, I'll have no choice but to boycott it. Pity that the management have let this store down so badly.

Not had a problem until I brought… Not had a problem until I brought something from one of their partners. The item was faulty, complained to the Range four times, each time they said they would email the partner and ask then to resolve the fault or contact me. Each time no-one contacted me, the last time I asked the Range how long I was expected to wait for a response or resolution after informing them I wanted a refund. I was told " it will take as long as it takes " " the range had no responsibility to offer a refund" totally disgusted !!! At the time of writing still no resolution or refund !!!

Ordered an item online but needed to return, called customer services to organise return, told that I can only return to store - fine, took item back to store only to be told that the only person that can authoirse an online return is on their day off!!!! Bring item all the way back home again and call customer services again to be informed that item can be returned to store or returned by courier at my own cost! I asked whether the cost of the courier could be paid as a gesture of good will to reimburse me for the fact that I carried out an unsuccessful 50 mile round to try to return the item but no was told that this is their returns policy and that is it! no deviation in the slightest! To top it off the rude customer services operator then cuts me off mid conversation, as apparently we were "going around in circles". Seriously The Range, you need to sort out your customer services, and I use the term services loosely, as it is certainly not fit for purpose.

Bought some lights which didn't include bulbs, I went back to buy the bulbs to be told by a young lady they don't sell the bulbs??
