I purchased the 19th November it’s now 8th December. Getting an answer from emailing is diabolical, so I called a week ago told you will receive you order in 7 days. Still waiting, this is unprofessional and not good business, they don’t deserve good customers. My advice is don’t order in line, I’ll probably get my order next year.

Ordered an item 19/11/2021 estimated delivery date 24/11/2021 today is the 08/12/2021 charged for express delivery too - joke. Still no contact, no item and no idea when or if it will be delivered. Customer service is dreadful, polite but they don't know anything and just keep apologising. Emails not being responded too. Will never order from here again.

Ordered on the 23rd November, it’s now the 7th December and it still says ‘processing’. Very tempted to cancel as it was a huge order and I’ll need time to find alternatives for Christmas now.

I would have given none if that was an option, I have emailed and called with no response. I placed an order on 17th November due to arrive on 24th November we are now the 6th December. I've tried to get a refund as it's to late now but that's proving difficult as they don't answer the phone! Stay clear will not order from here again.

Ordered 19th November with delivery stated 'before 25th'. It's now the 6th of December and I haven't received my order. Customer service is terrible and give vague answer stating it could come anytime in the next 10 days????!!!! If it's not in stock then DON'T sell it on your website.

Do not order online!! my order still hasn't arrived 3 weeks after placing it and the RANGE taking my money! An hour on the phone before I was spoken to, told they cant give me a delivery time. It's appalling! but yet they are still advertising next day delivery on the website! Total joke, and reading these other comment's I'm obviously not alone! I want my goods pronto or my money back! If I could give a Zero stars I would have.

This company's online service is appalling. I made an order on 16/11 and paid for 3-5 working days. On the day it was meant to arrive, I received an email saying there was warehouse issues and they would email when it was dispatched. Fast forward to 3/12, I had to cancel my order. Everything I had ordered was out of stock on their website and clearly they just didn't have anything to send me. When I questioned this, they just said, 'we're sorry for the inconvenience' so evidently the issue. This is after multiple emails being ignored or being told it would be dispatched within 7, then 10 and so on days from my original order date. When I called, they then said it should be dispatched by Tues, only for later in the same phone call to be told it would hopefully by the end of that week. Their lies are unbelievable. I will never order from them online again.

Ordered 2 beds, delivered on different days, the first lobbed over the hedge into the back garden and the packaging was damaged. We tried to sort out with customer service, but the system is designed to stop you talking to anyone. Having given up on that, assembly was planned for today. BUT first bed - no screws, second bed - screws loose in carton, so some missing. Really frustrating - I appreciate it’s cheap stuff from China, but at least send all of it. Will try to navigate the “customer helpline” again. Will never buy from them again.

The worst delivery experience I have EVER had. Ordered start of November and now it’s 4th December and still nothing. Customer service is useless. So now after being on hold for 1.5hrs I’ve cancelled my order and hope I get my refund in time to replace the Christmas presents there were in that order!!!

It's your website,you cannot navigate it as its hypersensitive so you're trying to scroll but the barest tip & it goes into something you haven't wanted to. It's highly annoying

Placed an order on the 16th Nov , was meant to be delivered on the 22nd Nov, the money for the order was taken from my bank on the 22nd of Nov , but still no delivery , customer service awful , none the wiser on when il get my order , advent calendar's were part of this order , all other companies ive ordered from have been no issue. I think its time to try and get a refund, or contact my bank, especially after coming across a face book page called rip of the range , bit of an eye opener .I won't ever use the range again that's for sure

I placed my large order on 30th October and it is now the 3rd December 2021 and it has not Arrived, not even been dispatched. I had an email saying it was delayed but all the stock was there for me, then I later had an email saying half my order is not in stock, hey will refund me but no sign of a refund. I have tried numerous times to phone and send a message through Their website to no avail. They have taken the money and had it for over 30 days. This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I would not order from them again.

Absolutely useless the WORST company I've dealt with. Placed an order on 21/11 which said arrival by the 29th. I'm sitting here on 2/12 and it hasn't even been DISPATCHED, I've heard nothing from them and they are ignoring my emails / messages asking for an indication of when I might get it. Going to see if I paid by PayPal I guess but part of my order was a birthday gift for yesterday.

My 1st time ordering online at the range!never again,it's still not arrived 3wks on!!i email them,they say 7-10 days every time!!!I have never experienced like this with any company before,it's appalling and it is a small Xmas order..just keep getting fobed off all the time...wish I had gone in store now....maybe they might arrive for next Xmas 😠avoid this company for online sales!!!

Order Details Order Date: 17th Nov 2021 Order Number: W9324719 A very unpleasant experience! If I could leave MINUS stars I would. The delivery service is the very worst I have had the displeasure to experience. I ordered items from China and Australia at the same time and they have all arrived. Has The Range delivered yet? NO! Have they contacted me with a valid and believable reason for the delay? NO! Have their Customer Service team been of any real assistance? NO! I would advise that anyone contemplating buying online from The Range NOT TO DO SO. Will I ever shop at The Range store itself? YES! BUT NEVER AGAIN ONLINE!

I would like to submit a complaint about the manager of your Range Store in Maynooth in Ireland. We visited the store on Sunday the 28th of November between 5pm and 5:30pm. We went to buy an item which had a displayed price of €9 and some cent. When it scanned at the till it was twice that. We queried it because the price was displayed on the shelf at the lower price. The assistant went to get his manager and she said that no it was the more expensive price and we said that it had the lower price displayed. The price however in the end was not the issue and the store manager was the issue. She just said to us very rudely well do you want it or not? Then we said no we want it at the cheaper price, and she said right I'll void it and walked away without another word while we were still trying to speak with her. We tried to follow up speaking with her at the till as she had rudely walked away in the middle of the conversation already. My daughter asked her was she the only manager available and if she was the overall manager of the store and she said yes. She then waved her hand at us, saying "I don't have time for this" and walked away in the middle of my daughter trying to speak to her in front of everyone at the tills. She wouldn't even tell us her name and we had to ask the assistant on the till who informed us that her name was Rachel. I cannot believe your staff let alone a manager would treat customers so disrespectfully, to just walk away in the middle of a customer trying to speak with them. She was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in a shop. She certainly should not be a member of your management team, or working in any role dealing with customers for that matter. The store was not even overly busy at the time. In all my years of working, if I had ever spoken to a customer that way or treated a customer in that manner I would have been fired. It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone in such a manner let alone a paying customer.

Delivery - due for 17th November and still no sign of it, customer service very unhelpful and cut you off. Emailed but get standard replies about delays. Do not recommend ordering online from this company at all.
