You're lucky when it's all good in your order and that's when you give a good rating. However, when something is wrong it takes ages to reach a resolution. I received my order but one item, the largest and obviously not fitting in the box delivered , was missing. I called instantly and requested a refund for this item. The response was that they need to go through investigations with the courier first to see where it got lost and then progress with a refund. A week later and I still haven't received my refund !! I am the client of 'The range' and don't care about what happened between them and the courier , why is my refund reliant on this? A responsible company would refund the client and then run their internal procedures. I ordered an item, it never got delivered to be , I just want my refund, it's simple. Customer service is almost non-existent. Half an hour on hold to get connected to an agent that says you are on the wrong department and passes you on to another department with another half an hour wait if anyone ever picks up. Responses on email correspondence come a week later and are not relevant or specific to the issue.

Ordered on line, paid and booked a delivery slot for yesterday, no show, cant get anybody to answer the phone, 22 minutes Coventry branch phone rang out before I gave up. 😭😭

I went to buy a wheelbarrow at the Range store In Falkirk last week. It was priced at £37.99 but when I went to the checkout they said it was £41.+they sent an employee to check and he came back with a sign for £37.99.The lady at the checkout then sent for amanager_Jason_who followed me to the wheelbarrow stand where I showed him the advertised price but he refused to listen so I left the Barrow and then left the store. This is illegal to show one price and sell it at another. I am pursuing the matter further. Do not use this outlet _they are dreadful! I am writing a recorded delivery letter as e-mails are a waste of time.

I have visited two or three different branches and found them all to be very helpful and the merchandise they sell are excellent. The have a branch in Cannock too, it is fantastic.

Wow, what a lovely shop! Everything you could need, they provided. Some lovely items for the home, camping and essentials. A must go to shop even had lovely gift ideas.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Bought a faulty item over a month ago and have been trying to return ever since. Countless emails, countless phone calls, always told it will be escalated but of course nothing happens. Absolute disgrace of a company!

appalling customer service. In January 2022 I ordered a throw from a 'partner' from the range. On the same day I called the Range to see if I could cancel and they said they would try. They couldn't cancel so i asked if I could arrange a return. it's taken THREE MONTHS of emails back and forth for a return to be arranged. and only because they decided to give me the Partners (Bazaar) details. I rang them up (Bazaar) and it's been sorted in 5 minutes. April 2022

I think you need to visit the Chester branch and have a word with the so call store manager “Winnie” as she is a disgrace. How she thinks talking to staff in the manner that she does on the shop floor is absolutely disgusting and very embarrassing. I never purchased my items I put them back as I was appalled and I will not be ever shopping in the Chester branch. The Range you should be ashamed of yourselves thinking that you’ve got good managers in your store as all I seen was a bully!!!

THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT I've waited in all day expecting my delivery to be here TODAY(as stated on my account and emails)! But nope nothing.....no email to state why... no tracking number. NO NOTHING!!! Can someone please find out when I will be receiving this? So frustrating when you don't get any confirmation of where and when it be here. I am NOW going to struggle, I had my sister here all day till my husband got in after work to help take the parcel in as I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to lift or take it in. Now it's down to me to struggle as she works rest of week. THANKS A BUNCH!!!! Why didn't i get notification of this???? Takes tge mick!!! People don't seem to reliase what struggles people may have with taking in parcels. This is not good enough... Let's see if someone get back to me ASAP,AFTER CONTACTING RANGE TODAY, WHICH ARE VERY UNHELPFUL. I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM HERE EVERY AGAIN. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND MAYBE AN ACTUAL APOLOGY. £104.99 IVE GOT TO.WAIT TO BE REFUNDED NOW. I've emailed, I've rang and I get no helpful all I get is email back to you, which I had already done. WANT MY REFUND PROCESSED ASAP, YOU LOST THIS AND YET NO ONE GIVES A DAM S**T. My order was supposed be here by the 28th still not arrived no correspondence or anything telling me I’ll haveto wait a week for my refund absolute joke will never order from here again.

Delivery excellent. Packaging not very secure came open when moved into the house. Site says delivery to the room of your choice- delivery team didn't ask just left it at the front door for a woman on her own to move when it was a heavy item. Put table together 6 out of 14 double ended cam shafts and cams didn't tighten. Gaps in legs where wouldnt tighten and legs wobbly when finished. Not a satisfied customer. Low price shouldn't mean poor quality.

Like others, totally awful service. Brought a wardrobe online and given delivery date+time by XDP. On the day txt messaging saying what time. They no showed all day ! Turned up the next day, no apology or reason. Wanted to return the wardrobe as it wasn't fit for purpose, contact TheRange over the phone who said they would arrange it. Once again I agreed day with XDP. Day before XDP emailed saying they would contact on the day with a time slot. Guess what, no contact at all from XDP. Rang TheRange who fobbed me saying it was XDP who was handling it and would look into it. Two weeks later and still nothing.....I get the occasional email from TheRange (every 4-5days really!) saying they will look into it. So I have a wardrobe I don't want and no refund until it goes back. Woeful customer service from TheRange, you ring them and they can't help other than flag your order. 4 days to reply to emails in 2022...what a joke. As for XDP never, ever trust them to do anything.

Ordered a free standing wardrobe from The Range with delivery within 2 weeks, received an email saying it has been delayed then nothing else, I had to contact customer services who take about 5 days to return communication, then agreed a delivery date, then another email saying it had been damaged, then again no communication from The Range. I have been waiting 2 months for my wardrobe and still no confirmed delivery date. Shocking customer service - will not be purchasing from The Range again. Have asked for a refund which apparently takes 5 working days to come back to me!!

Absolute rubbish customer service if you can actually get through! I bought a large free standing mirror from Bury The rock branch, it unfortunately was damaged when it was unpacked, i visited the store and explained the problem although the store staff were very helpfull they could only advise me I had to return the item back into store for a refund or exchange, I explained I couldn't physically return it to store as I don't drive and didn't have access to a van and in spite of being over seventy I was told to ring customer service, I tried over a couple of days and just couldn't get through, I sent a detailed email explaining the situation and they didn't even have the courtesy to comment on any of the points I'd raised. I really wish I'd have read the reviews before I purchased the item and will not be shopping at the Range again.

Really disappointed with this company! Gave them £1500 of our money over a month ago for the New Hampshire Fire Pit Sofa set and we are now 3 delivery dates down and still without the full set! How difficult can it be to deliver the actual product the customer pays for??

Bought a heater after 2 months it 1 bar stopped working, then it nearly set on fire burning all the plugs. They refuse to replace it as " i wasn't using it correctly" Like, what the ? Avoid this budget cheap store

£250 online purchase. Arrived damaged have spent over a week trying to get through to customer services by phone.no reply to my email. Can't use the item and at the moment can't return it .I'm not prepared to be out if pccket with this so will be taking it further .never ever again will I buy online from this company. Happy to take your money but a different story when you want it back .thieves
