WASTED 3 evenings on hold!!! I spent £300 for garden swing sofa... it went missing!!! Impossible to get a new one sent or a refund. Disgusting customer service!!!!

We purchased a light online from The Range in November and it stopped working in February, it was £99.95. We contacted them and have been promised a refund since March, so far we have received nothing despite repeated attempts to contact them. Always the same excuse, we will credit your account in 5-7 days. Appalling service, never buy from them.

item arrived with missing parts the range want to charge £35 to return the item and also have ask 4 times for pictures of the missing parts. also their call centre cant deal with this proplem as the item was supplied from one of their partner companies

From the minute I placed my order online to FIGHTING for my refund the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. Also they are a nightmare to get hold of via the phone. You're looking at minimum 30 minutes on hold before even getting through to someone to then be put back on hold again

Ordered garden chairs on Thursday,paid £19.95 for next day delivery and today Monday i’ve had an email to say it’s delayed. Appalling service from Cutomer Service they just won’t answer the phone,i’ve even contacted the local store to be basically told it’s not there problem.

Trying to order piece of furniture on line but fault on system refuses to accept any of our cards. Tried to get through to order line for 40 mins.. given up! By reading reviews I ve had a lucky escape.. will go elsewhere where they do value customers…

Your customer service won't answer the phone and when you ask them about a delivery date don't know I've been on the phone for about 50 minutes this time won't answer my order is 500 pounds will try and phone back tomorrow if not will go elsewhere.

In brief I ordered 8 rolls of wallpaper from Apsley Mill store , payment made on site as required and I requested store delivery and advised 2 weeks, but got the wallpaper directly to my house in 7 days. Issue was found in the wallpaper whilst hanging, not on every roll but had to open them to check, some good some bad ( only enough to do half the job intended) Took rolls back to store for refund and to re order new batch , was told cannot get store refund as had to get manufacturer to collect. I took the goods back home and replied to the email from customer service that goods ready to collect. 7 days later still no collection so again back to store, not taking no for an answer I told store manager to sort return direct with manufacturer. Contacted store again for update and was told they could not get through on the telephone number themselves !! Again back to the store and they agreed to refund original purchase and re order new batch on same ticket ( I did ask at the time if this would work and was told they would follow this up to ensure it did) Again asked for store delivery left it a week chased up to be told my order number was not recognised and to contact HQ, I did this and was told the order had come through but with no payment attached so the order was not processed ( was told to go back to store ) Went back to store only to be told order not on system , explained to store manager who said he will sort and will advise me ( took all my details ) a week on several calls no call back…..eventually spoke to Thomas who told me order was on its way…never arrived, more messages left for Danny store manager no calls back. Today chased again after no call back even though Danny said he did get my message but thought 7pm was too late to call me and 10 am next day was too early ! Was told good are despatched, but they cannot tell me where they are and cannot tell me when they were despatched.The story continues...be aware people unless you can buy it and take it from store do not order !!

Ordered a furniture set from the partner company. Has not been delivered. No one from the range can do anything as it’s the partner company and the partner company are not responding the any emails. Just gave up chasing and requested to cancel but now have to wait for the partner company to authorise this. Just avoid ordering anything from the partner company

Do not buy from the Range online. I purchased a hula hoop as a present. The box is tatty and broken and the contents cheap rubbish. I have followed instructions to return but have not heard from the company so contacted customer services. The lady was pleasant but could only follow the same instructions and could not help because it involves a partner organisation. I feel scammed out of the £18.99 that I paid and will never shop at the Range again.

Delivery service absolutely shocking -do not tell what date to expect do not leave any card to say they have tried to deliver and then absolute nightmare when you try to find out what’s going on

Ordered a 6 piece garden furniture set. 1 box of 2 has been delivered and when chasing they are impossible to get on the phone and do not respond to emails either. So we are 350 down with half a set we can't use and no resolution from this shambles of a company.

If i could give a lower star i would, DISGUSTING. 0 HELP FOR customers DOESNT resolve mistakes delivered a broken unit late! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM VILE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!

Appalling, ordered a futon and they delivered the wrong size, tried calling the customer care (hilarious it’s called that) a total of 7 times and a total of nearly two hours in a queue and still nothing. Tried to email and eventually got a reply asking for photos. I sent photos and have heard nothing since. Apparently there is a third party supplier involved and everyone blames everyone else, nobody takes ownership and the customer is left with nothing. Will never use their online shop ever again, complete nightmare and obviously don’t care at all about you.

Wish I could leave no stars absolutely appaling service from a big company. I have been hung up on by there Experienced customer service agent all because I want a refund from the company that I paid the money to ie: The Range not the parent company that the Range give the order too. There is nobody you can hold an adult conversation with and.all they keep saying is email the Company that I have the contract with . My contract is with the Range . Please avoid this company at all cost The RANGE took my money on the 3/7/22 and 18/7/22 still no item and.even more worrying no communication.

I Ordered 2 Ceiling lights (£146) which is supplied by one of your Partners. The lights when they arrived and fitted, they were faulty and not working well. I contacted The Range Customer Care Team - they should be called as Shameful Customer Team - worthless and totally disappointed!! I explained the issue and they said it was nothing to do with them I have to contact their partner to complain and get a replacement or refund. I purchased from the Range so as far as I am concerned they should deal with it. It should not be my problem who ever their partner is. But I contacted the Partner and it just went 3 months back and forth 100 of emails of chasing and follow up , sent videos sent pictures and finally after 3 months to know they are refunding my money but there is a twist. Finally when the partner days they have refunded, it didn't come to my account still. Then it goes to the range shameful customer team. And then I have to keep asking my refund for 4 months and still ongoing that I have not received my refund!! Debbie Fromm Customer service received my email, without even reading it told me to contact the range partner!! I sent back telling her to read my email properly that it is their bloody partner who mention that they need to refund my money!! Then Adam from the Head Office Care Advisor says he sees my money is received their partner and I will get my refund in 3-5 days. I contact him again after 7 days and now 10 days from god's email and still no refund, in total 7 months and I am chasing everyday to get my refund!!! 😡😡😡 Is this a Company? And how come they are so large? B&M and other small shops, they are 1000 times better than this shameful / disgusting / totally disappointing company who really takes care of their customer!! I will not buy from The Range again and I definitely do not recommend them. Avoid at all costs. Never known a store with such a horrible lowest rating.
