Wanted to leave 0 stars. They are not answering the phone. Ari C. Was in support and could not help and decided to abandon me in chat. I accidentally booked my ticket for the wrong day and did not realize until I received the email thanks for attending. Ari C told me I had to repurchase the ticket. What a rip off. This cannot be the first time this has happened. I understand all sales are final but when I asked for at least a discount she rejected me. Now my 2 yo can’t see Disney on ice. Sad face. I officially hate that Ticketmaster has more events and I can’t book them somewhere else. This is his first event and I feel like a failure.

I sent a message to ticketmaster and got a reply saying "This is ticketmaster France" Then I sent another comment and got back a list of FAQ's having nothing to do with my comment. A list of links is not a refund for a changed performance. I find the reply to my ticket issue to be an attempt to blow the issue off. Greg Chick Oct 31, 2022, 18:44 GMT I got my tix from Ticketmaster site, the site allowed seat geek to hijack my purchase, now because I did not get them fro Tix master refund was denied. The show became guitar duo with Depp, not just Beck. My wife, (the other seat tix), is offended by Depp, as a wife beating drunk. So, the show changed, I have been trying to resell even at a several hundred-dollar loss, no sale. The resale popup on the Tixmaster site said @ that price the tix will sell fast! that was weeks ago, no sale. I have lowered the price several times. I called Seat geek, no refund. I tried Jessice Garcia the box office Mgr. at the event, no good, she is who told me my tix did not even come from ticketmaster! This is seats 43, & 44 Row E tier one! with lounge and parking. $925.76. I think the ticketmaster site is not only down alot and has a hard time re selling the tix. but originally allowed me to be hijacked by seetgeek and as such avoids the return policy and to me unethical. At this point, I will never go to the Ticketmaster site again or buy from Ticket master. As well will post my experience on social media. I am not referring to "Legit Ticket Sites " to post a review because they are also a BS site, they are likely a site paid for by Ticketmaster and just a black hole for complaints to go.

Sent my refund for a cancelled show to a closed account. The bank said as the account was closed, it would bounce straight back. TM then said as I was referring to a past event, they couldn't help me, closed the query and kept my money. They're not called Ticketbastard for nothing.

Poor customer Service, very deceptive practices on resale tickets. I had a lot of difficulty, with purchasing the tickets, then they resale without being specific about, then no customer service, just machines answering. The website didn't work often, it is very hard to get help from someone and people were not very helpful when I did get a hold of them. Further, one of the events I had tickets I tried to get a refund because now I have to install a new app to get someone else tickets.

Ticketmaster completely sucks. I bought 12 tickets to the Green Bay Packers game. I sold one of them through their website for $350. They sell it. They tell you they sold it. And then they never pay you. You have to "verify" your account with them by confirming deposit amounts into your bank account (presumably some small amount deposits of a penny or two). If these deposit amounts do not show up in your bank account then you are stuck. They have NO way for you to notify them that the account cannot be verified. They have no feedback mechanism to allow you to notify them. The system prevents you from adding a different account or trying to re-enter the same account until the first is verified. So if you do not get these little test deposits then they just keep your money. And when you contact them they say they cannot comment on the sold ticket and want you to go connect to chat via that ticket's chat function but the sold ticket has NO CHAT function. You are like at a dead end. This company completely sucks. I will do my best to never deal with ticketmaster ever again. StubHub is light years ahead in customer service.

Bunch of crooks. They sold my two tickets and never paid me for them. Made the whole process so difficult that I eventually gave up. Entered all my tax info. Verified my account twice but they still wouldn’t pay. This company only cares about making money and treats their customers like trash.

If you sell tickets on their website they will require you to provide a Individual tax number which you will not have. They will keep your money by making collecting your earned income.

I bought two ticket for The Stadium Tour total $3000.00. When the tour was postponed I asked for a refund, which they denied. My options were go to the rescheduled concert ( which was rescheduled 2 years later) or sell my tickets. I sold my tics at a loss of $2000.00. I still to date have not received my money. When I called them, the woman answering the phone asked me if I had purchased the tickets through them ( I got the phone number off the email with my original tickets), I told her yes. She then replied not you didn't and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they have now blocked my number. It is unbelievable, out $3000.00 and the money they resold my tickets for as well. KARMA!!

The worst experience ever... Ordered several tickets here for the concert of Coldplay. I have never received any ticket on my account. Some tickets were sent by e-mail, others not. Zero customer service. Continuously receiving meaningless e-mails written by AI... No refund for missing tickets. No attempt to find the reason of missing tickets. They do not consider any responsibility for what is happened. It's a lottery: either you attend the concert, or you lose your money... Shame on you!!!

Bad non-responsive company- they did a survey for concert mostly missed because they book at venue imposible to get to on time -some of us canny leave at for what should be less than an hour drive to venue if you have kids or dogs- they could not care about my actual response as I made it clear never again would I book a concert through them - so they send me $20 coupon code for another concert-what a joke

One of the worst companies ever. Their site and app rarely work, errors, glitches, inaccessible features, etc. - for example, errors mid-ticket purchase, the sell ticket feature not working, not able to transfer my guest's mobile ticket when at the event so he could get back to his seat after taking a bathroom break. Their customer service is equally as good as their customer service bot, essentially making their customer service non-existent thus getting assistance nearly impossible. When events change/get cancelled that's your concern, not theirs. Their business practices should be illegal.

My concert was originally set for Aug 2020. Then we had the shut down and it was rescheduled TWICE! I could not attend the concert which is tonight. I tried for two weeks prior (after finally locating that the tickets were being honored and not refunded). I could not talk to a human. I finally got a person in the online chat, who promptly told me to contact the local concert host. I asked who it was and the contact number, they gave no reply. On the app, not allowed to sell, even through ticketmaster and I couldn't get approved for refund. SO I have to eat these tickets. NEVER USE this company. Competitors are much more fair and customer service exists with actual people. Erasing the ticketmaster app from phone.

I bought tickets to see Kenny Chesney in Seattle for 2020. Because my house had burned, my daughter had the tickets sent to her email as I had no computer. Later she said she couldn't go as it was rescheduled for Covid. It was rescheduled for 2022. I had paid for the insurance, but I ate the cost of the tickets as Ticketmaster wouldn't take them back - even though their policy clearly states if an event is canceled or rescheduled they will refund money. They also would re-sell them for me as my daughter had forwarded them to me from her email. Such a waste of money! What good did it do to have the insurance? I'd give them a zero if I could. I will never buy my concert tickets from Ticket Master again - unless they make their insurance good with me - and it doesn't look like they will! NEVER GOT A REFUND!

As Ticketmaster refused to deliver tickets outside of the UK, I had them sent to the house of a friend in the UK. Instead of putting me, the customer, on the ticket, they decided to use the name on the postal address. I contacted them both in March and June about updating the names for the event July 8, they assure me both times that so long as the person whose card was used to buy the tickes was in attendance I would be fine. Lo and behold I arrive at the event and am refused entry due to not having the ID of the person whose house the ticket was delivered to. When I contacted Ticketmaster to request a refund after they blatantly lied this is the response I received "Thank you for your email, It looks like you’re enquiring about a past event. As we sell tickets on behalf of the venue and promoter any exchange or refund request has to be processed before the show. We’ll always try to help where we can, but in this situation we’re not in a position to offer a refund. I’m sorry that we can’t help you further with this, but if you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch." Even though there is a record of tickets used (this is how you can claim on insurance), they just sent an automated email immediately denying my request. £100 down the drain on tickets, never mind on transport and acommodation. Ticketmaster is without a doubt THE worst company to deal with as a customer. It is impossible to contact customer support (only allowed to chat within 5 day of the event), and they will do everything in their power to rob you blind. Such a pity that this disgusting company seems to have a monopoly on ticket sales. I pray for the day any other company takes over.
