“to have to pay £4.99 postage (when they actually state postage starts at £2.99) you would expect a fairly fast delivery...wouldnt you? im sick of buying one item and being charged this way over the top postage fee and then waiting days and days for the thing to show up. i have a few items on budget pay, will pay them off then that's that.”

“Impossible to get through on the phone any more. Have been holding on for more than 20 minutes with no success. Had an email 10 days ago saying my item has been desptached, with a tracking number, but the delivery company have yet to receive the package. The service has gone down hill over the last few months. Long waiting times before the item is actually despatched and appalling lack of service from Customer Services. I shall not be buying from them in future.”

“Been a good customer for quite a few years, but Customer Services as gone down hill! Also quality of certain items poor. I ordered a lamp one grub screw missing requested could it be sent, answer NO! Requested could they check replacement this came back with a missing rubber foot as it was wobbly requested another part, said NO. I think I have been sent two returns! I might be wrong if not unlucky to get 2 faulty lamps. Now to wait for a refund. Won't order again too much hassle, back to the High Street for me. Emailed last week aim is to reply in 48 hours heard nothing won't hold my breath!”

“Purchased a diamond bracelet from New York collection nearly £7000 fell apart at beginning of August returned it but refused refund as over 30 days they repaired it sent it back to me put it on the next day and it fell off again the clasp is now faulty luckily I was in the house on both occasion, Have returned again requesting refund as I have no faith in it not breaking again and of course nothing I am still waiting to hear from them, now going to the relevant ombudsman as they are breaking consumer rights as it is not fit for purpose. I have bought many expensive items but I am finished with them, don’t buy from them they are crooks.”

“I have 2 orders through TJC that have had budget payments made and orders cancelled and never despatched - however just get tons of excuses and aren't refunding just robbing me off with process excuses!! Their jewellery is great but admin refunds are appalling- time waiting to connect on calls is disgusting too!!”

“I have been a customer of TJC for 10 years and I have bought consistently from them over this time. I had an unresolved problem at Christmas which I overlooked due to their Customer Sevices Dept being totally inept. Over the past couple of weeks they had a few free postage days on their website so I took advantage and made several orders. I returned some of the the cheaper things and kept the better ones. I was surprised to receive a phone call from them yesterday asking what was wrong with the items I had returned and why I had returned so many? I thought they had a return - no questions asked scheme? I was really upset by this as what I kept far outweighed what I had returned. My last order arrived today and a pair of earrings was missing from it but I just cant deal with their Customer Services. I ring, hang on for ages then give up so have resort to emailing their contactus. Then without fail a couple of days later you get a response telling you if the matter is not solved to ring their Customer Services Dept. I am sad to say I will not be buying from TJC anymore, I do not know what has happened to them, they are not what they used to be.”

“The company is a disgrace I purchased a diamond white gold ring November 2018 which I only worn a few times, A small diamond fell out and I sent the ring back with a letter the ring was sent back signed for next day, I heard nothing for seven days so I contacted TJC only to be told the manager didn’t have my card number for a refund so I gave my card details again, and was told the ring was faulty and the playing had worn off!! It’s sold as 14 k white gold!! Luke at TJC assures ne that the refund would be done still no refund I’ve rang again numerous times to be told the manager will not refund me but instead wants me to pay £22 for the repair!! Outrageous and as a result I will be Serling legal action and possibly involving the Police as they have sold an item which is not white gold as I’m told it has plating on it!! TJC are dreadful nothing short of criminal in my opinion don’t ever ever buy from this company it’s given myself chest pain”

“Appalling (non existent) customer service. This company have caused my elderly father huge stress as they refuse to refund an item that is not fit for purpose. Even more frustrating is their complete failure to respond to any message. Avoid this company like the plague!”

“BUNCH IF CROOKS. NOT MY FIRST AWFUL SERVICE RECENTLY BUT THE WORST. Was a TJC shopper for years but recent level of customer service APPALLING!! They won't answer phone, won't answer emails, REFUSE REFUNDS. Been trying for weeks and weeks to get in touch. I can't find who regulates them as when I do I will be reporting. DO NOT BUY FROM TJC. THEY ARE NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY. I have sent OVER 20 EMAILS AND STILL CANT GET A RESPONSE. They used to be a decent company no more. My query is over a simple price reduction match and yet I can't get a response. I have asked repeatedly for details of who regulates them and a copy of their Complaints Procedure, again no response. So frustrating. In this instance it isn't over a large financial amount, however whilst previously I rated them I WOULD NOW FEEL THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT TRUST BUYING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM THEM BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT YOU MIGHT NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN AS THEY JUST WILL REFUSE TO RESPOND. I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING VALUABLE. Their emails state they will try to endeavour to respond with 48hrs I have been waiting weeks. Only other option they give is to ring but then they don't answer!! THIS IS WHY I WOULD STATE DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT INDEFINITELY FOR A RESPONSE OR TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU DONT LIKE ITEM, HOW WOULD YOU PROGRESS? “I have been trying to contact customer services for the last week or so, either by phone or email. No reply from either. I am chasing a Derma Roller which was supposed to be despatched on the 7th July. They now use My Hermes for deliveries so no further orders from me!!!!.”

“TJC are very good at taking your money, but not good when it comes to returning it for a refund. I purchased a pendant and gold chain on 25th May... to date I have not received my goods nor a refund although I have complained twice by phone, twice in writing. Their Customer Services dept are rude, untrained and totally unprofessional. Once this situation is resolved I will never shop with them again, although I have been a client for about 5 yrs, but this experience has been exhausting and has put me off for life! Don't deal with these people, the falling auctions may seem like a good deal but I've had to send countless things back for stones falling out after 1 wear. The quality is not the best although you might think the prices are. Buyer beware.... be very aware, and if you do need to deal with them, hope that nothing goes wrong with your delivery, or God forbid, you'll have to fight to get your money back! I presume that the staff they have behind the scenes must be on minimum wage with no training whatsoever, as they have no idea how to deal with customers or provide anything remotely resembling a 'service'. Save yourself the hassle, shop with any other shopping channel, not this one.”

“Bought a Rachel Galley pendant in January this year, only worn a handful of times and most of the gold overlay has all but rubbed off, some parts are nopw completely silver. Spoke to customer services and they said it was my fault probably down to my wearing perfume or moisturiser!. I only wore it long line over clothing!!!! They said I could send it back for re overlay but I would have to pay. Would I buy Rachel Galley designer jewellery again, deifintely NOT”

“BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM TJC UK The ring purchased was return in 13 March 2019 my refund was not done and called few times on my last call I did inform then if my refund is not done I will issued a small claim court action. I have to take TJC to court and issue a bailiffs order again them, I received the original refund £163.33 today 21/5/19 and the court order was £380.47, this is not except able and I have request the bailiffs to collect the full refund for the order issued 23/4/2019 the company have been very disappointing to say. This the facts buyer be BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM TJC UK”

“Purchased for the first time this week and honestly it was not a good experience! I had a free voucher for all day delivery and used it but the final order that day did not automatically remove the p&p. Spoke to customer services who made out they were doing me a huge favour removing the p&p even though I had spoken to customer services before making my multiple orders and was guaranteed there would be no postage charge whatsoever all day if I continued to add to my online order which I had done. Furthermore, I had spoken to a customer service adviser and was told an item had been cancelled only to discover a few days later, it had not. Their attitude was just not good - very non-caring and placing blame on the customer immediately until you can evidence it was not your fault which, thankfully in my case, I could. Also I was concerned there is no mention of ETHICAL MINING on their website - not even when I Googled it later could I find any info on TJC and ethical mining - which is a big thing for me so this was another reason I will not be purchasing again from TJC.”
