Worst customer service - total SCAM! They delivered wilted, brown flowers for Mother's Day and when I sent them photos to complain they said the flowers were perfectly fine as is. Will dispute with my credit card. Complete garbage!!

My daughter ordered flowers for mother's day which is on Sunday and I received them today - Thursday. I have received "dead flowers". She contacted the customer service "Loveleen CSR" and was asked to send a picture. The response "as per picture, the flowers seems fine. We are unable to go forward with your request, I apologize.! Flowers seems fine - so they are not good! So as a mother I now have flowers dead flowers four days before mother's day. For daughters and sons wanting to give your gift for mother's day - don't use this company - your mother will be very disappointed! Attached is picture of what I received vs. what's published on your website. Pictures always hide the truth. My flowers are dead - I am not happy!!

This is a scam website, please do not purchase from here. I had to contact my credit card company and they have had a number of claims regarding this company. When you contact them via telephone a recording plays and your call is never answered. Although you recieve a tracking link, the driver looks to be going in circles and your package is never delivered. Please shop elsewhere.

Very bad customer service, zero responsibility and reliability!! Wrong item was delivered . Company explained that substitute flowers were delivered. An item that was received is not comparable to the one that was ordered, much cheaper. In addition flowers were delivered on a wrong day( after my birthday). Be aware when you order a certain item they don't promise to have it in stock and may deliver a completly different item. Never will order again !!!

Did not deliver the flowers despite the correct address given, then refused refunds or redelivery without a fee.

Received the roses, but they didn’t send the flowers anonymously as I had requested in the notes. Plus since I purchased the roses they offered a free card with a custom message. I wrote a message and when they sent the flowers they didn’t include the card and when I contacted support they just told me there’s nothing they can do. They told me to just forward the email with the bill that has the message that’s supposed to be written on the card. Terrible service. Didn’t even want to ship the card to make up for it.

The presentation is not as good as the picture. I ordered 2 bouquets but they were wrapped differently and one of them was missing a plastic which is between the paper and the flowers. Without it, the paper is kind of moist and wet. I will not order from this store anymore. Not much reliable at all.

I placed an order for same day delivery. They accepted the order and provided me with tracking of the order. 6.5hrs later I find out they can't do it. It's been pushed to next day delivery. When I try to find out why, emails come back it's past 11am est time so it's next day. I asked why didn't their system say so or give me options to change the order. I asked for money back amd they wouldn't give it to me. I had to get my bank involved because the indiffby Valerie the Manager on the emails is not acceptable. Not once did they try to pick up the phone and speak to me or try to work things out. Not once was there any customer service used. I was blamed for placing the order. Horrible customer service

They delivered chocolates to a friend covered in nuts when she has a severe allergic reaction. These were ordered by her daughter in the UK. Customer service has been none existent.

They sent me a completely different bouquet than the one I ordered and when I approached customer service, they said per their policy they have the right to substitute any and all blooms without notifying the customer first. So if you have a specific look or type of bloom in mind, beware that you might get something completely different!

The flowers were lovely however, the delivery was scheduled for valentines day and they ended up coming the next day which is obviously not ideal especially with a 20$ delivery fee... Then when I contacted them to be reimbursed for the fee they were not accommodating.

I ordered a plant arrangement, bananas, green grapes, red grapes, chocolate covered strawberries and lemon squares. I received an assortment of small potted plants, lemon squares and chocolate covered icing that were in the shape of strawberries. When I questioned it they said they substituted all the fruit for the chocolate covered sugar because I was having it delivered outside of the GTA and they couldn’t deliver fresh fruit.

Failure to deliver on date of delivery, delivered 2 days late. Refusal of refund, and Rude CS staff. Claiming you just paid to have good delivered to an address, and not on a specified date, despite having an email confirmation that you selected delivery on a specified day of your choosing.

Poor poor service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work for Valentine's Day. I rarely do this, like once in every 8 years, so I thought to surprise her this year as we are going through some stressful home renovations. So the order was placed, delivery set for Feb 14th along with before 1 PM as she works 7 AM to 3 PM. The flowers did not arrive. I called and left 2 voice messages. No call back. The tracking system kept saying "order will be assigned soon". February 15th. Still no delivery. I called the number again. Still no call back. I sent two emails to a couple links I found on their website. One for order status. The second for lost or damaged item. Again, no one got back to me. More searching around, which is ridiculous that there is so much navigating with so many different email links, and I found a customer service email. I sent a polite email despite how unhappy I was with everything; you get more bees with honey than vinegar, right. I got a reply within a couple hours. Semi-helpful email but lacking any apology to the situation. Why do they have a "pick the delivery date" option when obviously they cannot keep it? I'm reading others recent reviews who have also had similar issues. So to add to this all, around 8 PM on the night of the 15th, I get a phone call from the courier driver. He is at my wife's work, looking to deliver the flowers. There is no one there and he isn't sure what to do. He asked for our home address to deliver them in a few hours, remember it's already 8 PM. I'm at work in west Mississauga, well away from our Toronto home, and my wife will be going to be very soon after 8. I know it isn't the courier driver's fault. He is just doing his job. We tried to work something out over the phone and he explained that he had many flower deliveries. I wonder how many angry customers there are with Toronto Blooms after this Valentine's Day? The flowers did make it to my wife early this morning, two days after the scheduled delivery date. I am glad that they aren't wilted. It may be another 6 to 8 years before I decide to send her flowers to the office again; but believe me when I say that I won't forget this s**t show with Toronto Blooms. I'm currently looking at how I can leave a Google review. I have gotten into the habit of leaving Google reviews, both praising great businesses and restaurants, and voicing out to the crappy ones. It's amazing how many people use Google reviews. I'm not sure how many people will use this site as it is a first for me.

Toronto Blooms is synonymous for Gross Incompetence. Below is what I ordered and what was actually delivered, two days late (they were for a funeral) and one plant arrived dead because they shipped them via Canpar 4 days before they were delivered. Canpar is the same crappy courier company Walmart Canada uses. I try to contact customer service by phone - no answer. Never any answer. No call-back either even though I left several messages. Tried the "chat" feature on their website - received obvious automated responses. Was not speaking to a real person. Finally contacted someone by email and this person had no interest in doing anything to resolve the problem. No apology, nothing. She kept trying to blame me. I chose "the wrong" shipping option (no I didn't). They don't deliver on weekends (yes they do). It's one "business day" delivery. Okay, so even if that's true, a) why did they send me confirmation of delivery for Sunday? And if it's one BUSINESS day delivery that would make it Monday and it wasn't delivered until Tuesday. But apparently it was still my fault. I was finally told that if, when it arrived, there was a problem with the order, they would CONSIDER giving me a PARTIAL refund. Are you kidding me?? You don't deliver on time, you don't deliver what I ordered (you deliver something cheaper than what I paid for) and the plant arrives dead and you're going to CONSIDER giving me a PARTIAL refund ?? What kind of mickey-mouse company is this? So as of today, Wednesday just before noon, nobody has responded to my request for a full refund. Total radio silence. And btw, what was delivered, even if one had not arrived dead, is something that you can pick up at a grocery store for probably $20 each. They charged me close to $100 which, had they arrived on time, exactly what I ordered, and not dead, I wouldn't be complaining about because I do understand that ordering flowers through a florist costs way more than flowers at the grocery store.

I ordered a bouquet of rose chocolates and a tedy bear for my girlfriend on valentine's day. Dun not delivered. Customer service is also unreachable. Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone. It would have gone faster if I had sent it by Uber.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day flowers two days ago and have yet to receive them. To make matters worse, the tracking number they provided me with is completely wrong, making it impossible to determine the status of my order. In addition to the significant delay, the customer service at Toronto Blooms is completely non-existent. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at the company to inquire about the status of my order or to obtain a refund. It's clear that they don't care about their customers at all. I would never recommend Toronto Blooms to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different online flower shop.

Bloom takes on more orders than they can fulfill. They have a policy that suggests orders may be delayed due to 'volume of orders', which is clearly unknowable to the customer until after the order is placed and subsequently delayed. Don't use if you want any assurance of delivery.

To my surprise, the flowers actually did come in. As expected from reading the other reviews, the bouquet doesn't really look like the advertised photo since they can substitute different flowers for the ones they don't have. I ordered their Muted Grace Bouquet that consists of mainly irises and white roses. Only the white roses shown in the bouquet on the website was present, everything else was substituted with other flowers and greens. To which I say, if you don't have half the flowers that make up the bouquet, why bother having it on the website at all. There are definitely quality issues with some of the flowers. When I was taking apart the bouquet (because I didn't like how the roses were hidden under all the fillers) I found some rotting leaves, not great. Some of the roses don't look freshly cut, in fact they look like they've been sitting in the dark for a week, with crispy edges and brown spots on the petals. All in all, I wasn't extremely disappointed, but this is not worth the price point in my opinion.

Awful, just like all the other reviews, cannot get a hold of anybody!!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend to her work, never arrived, & then finally we hear they arrived at 7pm… delivery driver was giving me attitude on the phone, I paid lots of money for this to be an absolute blow. If I ever get a hold of them I’m going to demand for a refund, but that’s if I can get ahold of them. AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR BUSINESS, ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!!
