Terrible company! Avoid at all costs. Placed an order 3 months ago. Should of had delivery at the start of October. Still trying to contact customer services. They ignore all emails. Please to save yourself the hassle order with a different company.

Terrible service and faulty products! If you are investing on a new floor, look elsewhere. 6 months and still no resolution. I bought 65 sq m2 and all floorboards were damaged on the click system so after waiting months to get a resolution we had to lay the floor in order to move to our house. We ended up nailing it as they couldn't fit (click) together. Customer service replied to all my enquiries asking for more photos or video just to put me off.

Difficult to contact, did not deliver when booked, did not appolgise, asked to wait for another month for deliver ,difficult to get a refund. Please use any other company!

We ordered our flooring in June, have been told it will be delivered 16/07. Since that day our delivery date changed 6 times!! I rang so many times and every time I have been told this is the final date. This is delayed the whole house renovation and we cut don’t have place to live. Don’t recommend this place to anyone!!

Don’t use- will end up spending much more than you need. Spent over £1600 on flooring. At point of purchase I made it clear that I was renovating house and wouldn’t be laying floor for a while. Sales agent categorically reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue if there were any problems with product. Placed order based on his calculations of how many boxes I would need. He actually encouraged me to order slightly more to avoid delays in the renovation project. Contacted customer service today to discuss returning extra (unopened, intact) boxes as previously discussed and met with someone parroting the mantra “return within 30 days”. Had no regard for customer service and not in least bit interested in hearing anything further than “over 30 days”. Would have been better off buying from local shop- would get a more human and reasonable response. Am now left worth unopened boxes of expensive hardwood flooring and nothing to do with them. Awful customer service.

Wouldn’t give one star for after sales… Case C284872 SO-2394081 . Wouldn’t give one star for after sales issue with ONE tile but had to rate something. Less then a year my floor has been down and I have one lifting tile! Question after question from the company eg what was batch number of tile!!?Where is tile situated, what’s underneath?, ( despite also buying the membrane from them which was also recommended by them!) , send pictures which I have duly done , again for one tile which is raising in our conservatory from sun! We called the company before purchasing and was recommended the tiles by them for our conservatory but months and months have passed and question after question from the company has been emailed to me rather then one email which I have to chase as no quick action or quick response ever comes from them. They now want me to remove the skirting board and take pictures! All a great delay tactic to avoid any resolve on their part. It feels that the questions will never stop until they can find a fault on our part and wash their hands of the issue. Please bear this in mind when looking at the guarantee on the product as it’s nonexistent for us. I put this issue to them at the beginning of the year and still silly petty questions every couple of months sent to me but not before I’ve called or emailed to chase! I’ve put the case number into my review as I see all replies from the company to people with my same problem are exactly the same. So many people with exactly the same problems as me, we can’t all be wrong!

The company should renamed Not UKFD but FUKD. Terrible company, I am waiting for my delivery and was giving 4 th date. I still not received any phone calls or emails from delivery company. The customer service is none existing and I had to complain and then received no reply reply on my complaint. The phone tape telling that they have 99% successful delivery rate, not sure how they count it. I will be going through PayPal to have my payment back. I have seen your response as I understand it is a standard response. For 2 weeks I was taking to your customer service more times then I talked to my mother for the same period time, what is the point to call you again? Update the company does not want refund and I am forced to go through PayPal. I would advise everyone who wants to shop, pay though PayPal as the company does not refund and does not delivery product.

Ordered 16 packs of laminate. They delivered a small tube with two pieces of scotia I didn’t even order. I spoke to five staff members over the next 3 days and not one of them phoned me back to update me on where the hell my flooring had been delivered to. One of them promised me they would personally take this on and solve it. No phone call, no email. Nothing. The last person I spoke to told me 100 percent she would call me before the close of business. Nada. No call, no update. Our relationship ended with me screaming down the phone outside B&Q demanding my money be put back into my account so I could actually buy some flooring. Moved in 4 days later than I should causing much chaos and stress. This company do not give a damn beyond the point of taking your money. Avoid at all costs

Customer service is actually a group of people who will throw every excuse in the book at you ro avoid acknowledging their flooring is substandard. Avoid....

Terrible customer service and stock system, employing scamming techniques. After ordering in May I am now currently on an 9 week delay with my flooring. Obviously supply chain issues happen, but the way this company has dealt with it feels scam adjacent to me. When I ordered, the website stated the floor was in stock. I was told by a customer service agent that the website does not actually update to reflect stock levels and ‘they don’t know if it’s in stock until they go to the warehouse’ *after* your order has been placed. So that instantly feels fraudulent to me. I have been given 4 different delivery dates. Every time it got near to the date I was given a new date. Never with any contact or explanation other than a standard email. This makes me feel as though they are getting you to ‘hang on’ rather than simply being honest and telling you it will be an 8 week wait. If they had been honest in the first place, I would have cancelled my order and already have another floor by now. I called two weeks ago and was promised it would definitely be in stock and it would definitely be delivered on a certain date. This was untrue yet again and I have no idea whether my 9 week delay will actually be the end of it. Interestingly when I called this morning, they have ‘no record’ of that previous conversation. Their approach means it is now at the point where the floor is holding up the entirety of my project. I was also promised a refund of my delivery due to the delay when I first called in June, and was told today that hadn’t been processed due to ‘an error’. Do not buy from them if you want to be sure you have a floor at a certain date.

Ordered 40 cases of engineered wood flooring. Delivery fine but halfway through the job discovered it was two different batches that didn't fit together. After many emails and phonecalls (3 weeks later) told that warehouse could not find batch to match laid floor. FUKD suggestion was to take up laid floor, return it and they would generously replace with a batch that matched the boards we had left over. Explained that finished rooms had been decorated, skirting and beading done and furniture back in.. Showed little interest and no urgency in dealing with the issue. No compromise. No offer to foot the bill for recovery work.

I placed my order on the 23rd August for laminate and carpet for my new property after receiving the laminate samples that were nice. I was keen to receive the delivery after 3 working days as UK flooring is advertising on their website and on the phone. Well, today is the 15th September and I haven't received yet the laminate and this is a huge damage to me and the progress of the works: my builder has been stuck for a long time now. I received a partial delivery on the 27th August with just skirtings and laminate underlay and carpet, nothing else, no ground floor laminate, no first-floor laminate, no door profiles. The skirtings arrived damaged, I asked to collect and refund them, they set up a collection date and nobody came. I wrote emails and emails to UK flooring and I called several times the customer service. Every time they reply they need to investigate what happened with their delivery company and that they will call me back the day after once they have further information. I have never received a phone call back so far. In addition, during one of my latest phone calls, the customer service told me that their delivery company is saying they delivered all laminate on the 27th August. What??? I received only the partial delivery and NO LAMINATE!!! If UK flooring has a problem with their delivery company, this cannot be a problem for the client. They don't have a control system in place, there is no way to track the delivery and there is miscommunication between UK flooring and their delivery company. UK flooring promised several times to deliver the missing items, but nobody turned up. This is unacceptable! I placed an order of 2100£, I received damaged skirtings, laminate underlay and carpet for a value of 1000£, and I am still waiting for my laminate for a value of more than 1000 pounds! I want a full refund and to return the items I received. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE, WORST SERVICE EVER!

Excellent service. Goods arrived on time. The glue container had burst during transit and spilled onto one of the plank packages. A new glue container and replacement planks were received the following day.
