Just figured we are not able to return online order in the store. It is such big turn off. It makes it very inconvenient for the customers. It forces u to either keep the item that u dislike or force you to pay extra $7 shipping fee to return to the warehouse. I have never heard of this kinda policy so far in any other fashion retails. It is ridic?! Done with Uniqlo, never again.

I was at the Uniqlo store located at Santa Anita Mall in California. My first time to try Uniqlo because I saw many customers inside. Went inside, pleasantly greeted by an employee and my visit seems to be going good until I tried to ask this employee with a name tag KIM (I think she is Chinese) for some directions to where could find the item I was looking for. She look at me and rudely said 'just go over there, they are on the shelves, I am busy right now'. I was not expecting that treatment lol. I said to myself, maybe she's just in a bad mood. I found what I was looking for, I went to the cashier to pay and after waiting for a few minutes guess who is the cashier? Yes it was the same employee KIM with the same attitude hahaha. Never look me in the eye this time. She processed my stuff and when I was finished she just said 'next'. No thank you or whatever. I do not know why Uniqlo, in a retail business would hire a person like this with a bad attitude? I just hope other customers were not treated like me. UNIQLO... are you reading this? I wish to go back to your store in Santa Anita but you have to train some of your employees better. thank you mistreated customer

Return/ Exchange Policy Sucks !!! I am living in Gurugram, India and I was gifted a product purchased from Delhi store . Now that the size doesnt fits me well i had to exchange it and went to Gurugram store but they refused to exchange / issue a credit note as it was bought from the different store. Their Return policy and the behavior of staff sucks literally. they gave me no other option but to go to Delhi Outlet by burning my time and the Fuel which is more that the cost of the product. Further, they refund only in the original payment mode(Credit card etc) and do not even issue a credit note. where all other brands allow nationwide exchange and issue of credit notes. Uniqlo in not allowing even in the same city. Hence, gifting Uniqlo product can be a mood spoiler for both the giver and the receiver. Eventually I had to dump the product as waste. They lost a customer and all his influence circle forever. Block this company.

I bought a tee shirt wore it once and it came out of the wash with two holes. I intended to keep the tee when I bought it so I threw away the receipt and original tags. Bc I did not have them, they refused to accept a return. "Even if it is bad quality?" I asked. "Yes" was the unequivocal answer. I said "that is a really bad customer service policy." No reply. I was once a BIG fan but any retailer that does not stand behind the quality of their products does not deserve my $$. Goodbye Uniqlo. Too bad you don't care!

Item I wanted was not offered at the store near me so I was forced to buy it online. Because of its poor description online, I found out when it was delivered that it was woven, not knit. So I wanted to return it. Due to their ridiculous return policy I had to pay ANOTHER fee to return it so I paid $14 . . . for NOTHING! I wrote a review of the item (twice bc they kept asking me to review the item) but neither of my reviews appear online bc they praise the product but are critical of the poor customer service that forced me to return this item. I love the prices and quality of their clothes, but their policies and lack of customer service are a real turn-off. Will probably not shop there any more. Disappointed and aggravated that they are so "deaf."

SHOCKING!!! I MEAN POSITIVELY SHOCKING! I knew Uniqlo, my kids shop there and I always bought stuff for them there. but never for myself. Once I had an interview and I was asked a question: what brand would you associate yourself with? I told UNIQLO! lol I love their innovation, recycling and also phylosophy. But then I though if I associate myself with this brand I need to buy at least something from there. so I went shopping. for the first time I tried their clothes on me. WOW WOW WOW!!! I discovered the new dimension of how clothes can feel on you. The comfort, the cosiness, the feeling of warm hug was just Devine. I spent quit a bit of money there and left with massive bag of Uniqlo clothes. I think if you tried them on you ones, you will never not want to go back to the clothes we used to wear. It is a new dimension of comfort, softness, breathability and sensation. I am bewitched be this brand. I am so glad I said I associate myself with UNIQLO. This is something what everyone needs in their life. It was like a Devine encounter between human being and clothes. I found what I was missing in life... your hiTech technology on clothes is second to non. so happy. thank you UNIQLO

I love uniqlo products but too bad I won’t be going back anymore due to their unreasonable return policy. The worst part is, they will use their recorded surveillance video against you. Hmmm, is that even legal? I did not contest the matter as I was avoiding making a scene. I know it was my mistake opening the package (the item was bought and returned less than 24 hours) but using surveillance video for a $5 buck item, what is that? I was very disappointed. They don’t deserve even a 1 rating, I’d chose a zero or negative rating, if there is such…

Loyal customer for years but encountered it’s terrible new returns policy where basically you have to pay to try online only items, even though it was click and collect - well you might have made some money by making me exchange this time but I won’t be using your shop again in a hurry

It took a week to ship my order, and it will be another week until it ( hopefully) is delivered. I pad for shipping, and it looks like they have selected the slowest possible courier- FedEx snail. Loved the store when we lived in Asia but it’s customer service is appalling here in the US.

I purchased items are not final sales items and allow for return just paid $7 return shipping fee however after returned the items never received the refund and no customer service can answer the refund request. If you buy unsuitable clothes in Uniqlo, it's really hard to deal with.

This company is scammers. Be careful with them. I have placed two orders: A035587420 and A036151133. Neither has been shipped, they do not respond to emails. I have neither money nor orders.

It is not made clear at any point when purchasing items that return costs are at your own expense. I do not recommend to shop online at Uniqlo. Had to ask their chatbot to find out about the exact return policy.

Ordered items on line and due to their system error I the wrong items were added to the basket and I was charged a fee to return them!! Customer complaints declined to refund postage as invoice and items matched.....Well that was their error not mine! Pretty disgusting first experience and I won’t be back, don’t shop here!!

Late delivery, and to the wrong address- I paid a $20 for Fedex express delivery. It arrived to the wrong Fedex location. It's been 15 days + 9 e-mails. The answer Uniqlo gave me: "your package is available at the new location" (which is far away from my home). Inquiry number: 01705868

Never buy your clothes online! This brand is really famous in my home country so I had no hesitation about placing an order for a winter jacket from their website in Europe. The actual size was way bigger than what they recommended, and returning it became a nightmare. Q&A on return is misleading and confusing. In the end, customers are forced to arrange return by themselves from choosing a courier to payment. Exchange in store is impossible if you buy winter clothes and there are only spring items. So you are left with 2 options. Either buy spring clothes with at least the same price or higher for your ordered items, or arrange return by yourself in hope to get your money back. Shame on you Uniqlo! If you plan to expand your business globally, at least work on your customer service first. Will never buy from you again!

I have been buying heat tech tights for years. The last batch that I bought in March is thinner and one of them run as in a pair of stockings when I bought it. I am thin and the small has always fit so it was not because the product was too tight. It was that it was made with inferior material. Too thin; too fragile. The San Francisco downtown store closed last month.

Customer service is terrible and irresponsible. They cooperate with Fedex, always indicate delivered but never show up or more than 2 weeks late. Never purchase Uniqlo again.

I have shopped from Uniqlo since I was living in Japan, so it is one of my favorite and trusted brands since I moved to the states. Their clothing is made of quality, although I think that in the U.S. it's a little pricey than how I remember their pricing in Japan. I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of customer service that I experienced recently by an employee named Terrence. Terrence did not help me with my situation at all, despite the fact that my package was missing. He simply mentioned that I received the package, because the postal service claimed that it was delivered. I was home all day long and did not hear the mail man stop by. They usually knock on the door when dropping off orders. I nearly spent $100 and Terrence the customer service rep would not grant me even a partial refund. My order was part of a birthday gift, so I'm pretty livid about all of this. Hopefully the dispute I filed will pull through, but now I am weary about shopping through Uniqlo's online store. Good luck at keeping your job, Terrence, because you're not fit for customer service work. Also, please don't send me a customer service survey after NOT assisting me with my issue.

A partir del 01 de marzo del 2021 cambiaron sus políticas de devoluciones y tienes que pagarle 5,95 euros por devolver las prendas, ellos las reciben y luego cuando consideren regresan el dinero. Es un abuso y más en tiempo de pandemia cuando aquí en catalunya nisiquiera abren los comercios los fines de semana, para las personas que trabajamos es una desconsideración. Además tampoco aceptan los cambios online en tienda, es terrible. La devolución de dinero de prendas compradas debe ser en la misma tienda, es decir, si estás de viaje y compras algo uniqlo no lo puedes devolver. Son unos abusadores, pésimo servicio en tiempos de pandemia
