Utterly useless. Tracking non existent, 3 packages in row now been delayed by over 2 days. All were even 'due by 9pm' - I mean, 9PM?? cant you be anymore accurate than that - then the status changes at around 7pm for no apparent reason 'to be delivered the next day by 9pm', meaning you have to sit in for another day and repeat above. Contacted customer support - even bigger challenge - only to be told they were v busy. Avoid like the plague

One star is a lot more credit than UPS deserve. Consistently missed delivery targets, non-existent customer service that seems to be worse each time I'm unfortunate enough to get them as a delivery service. Was once told that a parcel wasn't due to be delivered that day, when I presented the customer service agent with screenshot proof otherwise they disappeared. Honestly, you're probably better using a carrier pigeon or driving the parcel there yourself. A 'global leader in logistics' who have repeatedly proven themselves unable to track or deliver anything. **Update 25th June:** Approach to missed deliveries seems to be consistent in updating the tracking detail to "in transit" while removing any record of a package being "out for delivery" from the tracking history. That's pretty disrespectful at best. Have contacted UPS via provided email and am still awaiting a response. As of this evening they've now also removed the previous scheduled delivery date of yesterday, and provided no further response. **Update 26th June:** Scheduled delivery date now saying 24th again. I called their support number and after 20 minutes trying to get an answer was told that the parcel was “out for delivery today”. I pushed and was told that they didn’t actually know exactly where the parcel was, and they would escalate this and call me back within 1 hour to give me an exact location of my delivery. Someone (I'm assuming them) called, but seemed unable to hear me despite my phone working fine, so they hung up the phone. Call was made with a withheld number, so I had no ability to call them back. Also still no response from my email to them. Probably goes some way to explain why none of the reviews on here are ever updated to reflect a positive resolution. **Final update** Having called the supplier, they confirmed my suspicion that it was not out for delivery today, but could be here next week. So, in summary UPS straight up lied to me. I've left this with the supplier now. UPS have had every opportunity to resolve this complaint, but have little interest if any in doing so.

If your reading this review it’s probably because your waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Ups. Well, be prepared to wait and wait and then wait a little longer. The item I waited for should have arrived within 1-3 days. 7 days on and I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted their customer services department (with a wait time of 40 minutes), only to find a significant language barrier. This meaning their customer service Department offered no customers service, no explaination, no apology and no idea when to expect my parcel. I did ask if I could speak with somebody at the depot where my parcel currently is. At which point I was told to expect a phone call within the hour. Surprise, surprise I’m still waiting!!!

After not receiving my printer on the day the tracker said, looked the following morning to see it had been delivered at 9am. No idea where but it certainly wasn't delivered to my address! UPS and Canon are both useless to deal with, so guess I'll have a battle on my hands getting my money back! Will ensure if I order anything again I don't order with a company that uses UPS. Avoid like the plague.

I was sent a package via UPS in early June 2020. UPS sent me two text messages in the week that delivery was scheduled, both advising me that my package would be delivered the following day. On both occasions the delivery did not arrive. The "expected delivery date" on their tracking system then remained static for several days, extending long after the date actually displayed. I called them in an effort to track the parcel. A lady form the depot in Manchester called me to say they had passed my parcel to a provate courier and it was no longer their responsibility. When I asked if she could call the courier she bluntly said No. Apparently the only contact they have with the couriers is when they receive paperwork to say the delivery has been made. When I asked her how they deal with failed deliveries she became short on patience and told me I would have to contact the sender. No further advice or effort was made. She also rejected the idea that they had entered into a contract to deliver the parcel and were therefore duty bound to assist. Customer service - zero. I only hope this particular lady was standing in for someone who would usually speak to customers! Luckily the company sending the parcel have been excellent and they are trying to help. As things stand however, we have been awaiting the outcome of an investigation that UPS said would conclude "within 8 days" for approximately 10 days. I am not going to order from any company who use UPS again. It is a shame as some of their customers are brilliant companies. However UPS is an appallingly inadequate business hiding behind a brand. I have had to go with the longest delivery times quoted in the form below as there is no option to state the delivery was lost or stolen. For UPS I would advise you add that option!

As usual UPS cannot manage to deliver two miles from the depot on promised day.. all other couriers seem to be managing Silly Van's Silly company

Utterly awful 2 parcels in 2 days now "missing" I waited 40 to speak to someone on the phone only to be told to "keep checking status online" There are no status updates Both deliveries are missing Useless company. I can't believe they still even exist they're so bad

Raining, so driver hurled my ALREADY OPENED package over the gate and onto my drive. He then drove off quickly. I took photos and have shared these on Facebook as well as part of my review of the item that I had bought (part for a musical instrument). The link here to attach an image doesn't seem to work. Absolutely disgusting service by a driver who had no interest in providing anything like even a weak service.

Horrid service. UPS has failed to deliver a package when promised. Email notifications and the tracking system clearly mean nothing at all - received an email, parcel to be delivered tomorrow between 9am and 1pm, blocked home waiting, 1pm nothing, checked the virtual assistant: rescheduled, delivered by end of day, nothing else, this is worse than useless. At 22:22 the tracking still said it was scheduled for delivery by the end of the day. Avoid UPS - I cannot believe a brand like Apple actually use them. After two hours on the phone with Apple, I discovered that my parcel is still in Dubai, unless they invented some sort of tele transportation I don’t get home they could have deliver it two days ago... but the story doesn’t end here, two hours after my call with Apple I receive an email from UPS with an update, your parcel will be delivered on Friday between 9am-1pm, perfect, just 4 days delay... time pass and in the evening I receive another email with a delivery date next week Tuesday, well done UPS! I have never experienced such an horrid service, I am speechless and is impossible to speak with anyone, ridiculous.

I must have been lucky. I read all the negative reviews and was not expecting my parcel to arrive on the stated date. It arrived on time from Germany taking 4 business days. I thought the service was excellent. As I say, I may have just been lucky but no complaints from me.

Same experience as many on here. Tracker states it will be delivered by the end of the day. Nothing turns up. Now package is back at Crawley in transit! No updates. No useful map or hourly window like DPD or Hermes. Even Royal Mail is better and thats saying something! Help on website useless. Frustrating to have to check courier when I buy something now - if its UPS I won't be making the purchase!

Companies - Avoid using this shipment company!! I received an email confirmed that it will be delivered Thursday 11th June. It didn't come and i though maybe the next day. Well, it didn't show up 2 days and finally received email saying delivery date has been rescheduled on Monday 15th June. Waited all day at home, but no delivery again. I called customer service department and after 40 minutes of waiting on the phone. I have been told that they have wrong address (Really) and they said if i would coma and collect it? (what !!??) They changed the address and confirmed it will be delivered the next day. It didn't show up again.......!! I have just been on the phone again and been told they don't know when it will be delivered as it is not scheduled. What can i say! They should go bust due to providing the worst service.

Every to be said about how shambolic this company is has already been written in numerous reviews. Had to give 1 star which is far more than they deserve Like many others I will seriously avoid any online retailer that uses UPS, life is just too short to put up with this

Delivery due, supposed to be next day, tracking confirmed out for delivery. Then out of the blue sorry we missed you. But how did they miss me I was waiting at home and they did not call, seen since before from the worst courier companies and it means sorry I can not be bothered. I have now had to divert my package to my nearest collection shop 2 miles from my home. Waste of my time and costing me extra money to get my package as I will have to drive 4 mile round trip.

Confirmed delivery slot for 16 June “by end of day”. Tracking showed it had left Tamworth hub at 0515 and was en route. Waited all day only to receive message at 1730 saying delivery now “scheduled” for tomorrow “by end of day” again! Website useless. Service unreliable. Avoid.

Ordered an item with next say delivery. The item arrived 4 days later, and was delivered to an access point instead of my house as I requested. Booked a re- delivery, not only was it not delivered on the day I chose ,they had the decency to send me a notification that my parcel was " re-delivered" to the access point... the same access point I needed it to be delivered from to my house , which I clearly stated. When contacted the company I ordered it from ,I found out UPS LIED about my parcel being delivered the day before it was actually delivered . Tried contacting the customer service and waited 40 minutes before finally giving up as clearly my calls weren't answered...twice. The absolutely worst service and complete lack of respect for the customers.

Horrible company with Horrible customer service. Holds your package hostage for games and yes i mean hostage. I have 2 Surepost packages that are supposed to be taken to USPS by UPS and USPS delivers to me. They refuse to take my packages to USPS but also refuse to deliver them to me. The ground package i asked to be delivered to the UPS store after 3 out for delivery (yeah right) and the driver went to the store 2 twice and sat at the store the second time for 1hr but kept my package. They think it's funny and it's a game to them. I watch them on the map drive on circles around my house and even end up on the same road and then take off somewhere else. I am to the point where I will no longer shop online because places use UPS. This is the third day and it is back to in transit. Sad thing is I thought it would be easier if I sent to UPS store for pickup but as stated below it didn't work out either. The only way that companies will stop using them is if we stop ordering from them because of this reason we start complaining to the stores about it so that they do something about it.
