I had a very expensive ( and in demand) item that was supposed to be delivered last tuesday. It was never delivered, UPS never came by our location all day ( business), but they filed a report that the package was delivered, and who signed for it. I called the main number that evening, and the supervisor determined it was still on the truck, not back inside the warehouse. He said it would be delivered early nest morning. It was not. Said they tried to deliver it, but again did not show. Driver finally came that afternoon after I had left, and said that he would only release the package to me. ( office staff had signed for packages many times prior. no problem.) even listed in delivery instructions. I looked back on updates, and the company had taken proof of delivery the previous day out of their records, and changed th preceeding days facts to hide that the driver had kept ( and in my opimion now, Planned to keep the package. ) This item is a controlled item, and I was forced to report it to authorities as missing. UPS got mad, changed more records 2 or 3 times, and refused to bring my package back. As of this time, I do not know the status of this package, or if it is in capable hands, but it seems th me the driver decided to keep it, got caught, and UPS covered it up to prevent issues. I WOULD NOT TRUST UPS with another expensive, sensitive, high demand or govt. monitored package again. Too much B.S. and cover-up. Too many lies. ( P.S. the item was worth over $750.00 , small, and easily concealable ! and only to be handled by govt. licensed dealers . ) This happened this week, and I believe their may be a dishonest person working for UPS, and they covered for him to protect their reputation. So all shippers or receivers in the Space Coast Florida area, BEWARE ! As everyone else, no lower star to give !!!

Terrible. Specifically customer service. I had a few times dealing with ups. It was a nightmare every single time.

When told by a Co. they only way I could return an item was through UPS since I had no printer to print a return label they would email me and being not very computer literate I was VERY concerned. It was an expensive item but very light weight item & I was only concerned about my refund not the cost of returning it! LO & behold I should not have worried David S., the Manager of store # 7157 was wonderfully patient & helpful 'above & beyond' what anyone would expect. Step by step w'me on my laptop & then when the supposed shipping label from Co. would not download @ UPS presumably because it came from a Co. employees could shop from he used his own phone photo label & then send to UPS. THANK YOU DAVE!

Driver dumped cardboard box at main road, 1/5th of a mile from our house. A neighbour collected it as they were driving past and saw it out in the rain. There is turning space down our drive for a 18ton wagon, so there’s no reason for a van not to come down.

Zero stars, UPS is the worst,they are rude, they lie, there's no customer service, driver threw package in front of my place without me knowing and surprise IT'S GONE, they take no responsibility, they should never leave packages outside without actually talking to the person. The driver still won't answer the phone to me and customer service is a JOKE saying they can't ring their own drivers, keep away from these clowns, your packages aren't safe with them, they won't refund for their mistakes either, worst ever, emailing +ringing them is useless they won't help,their drivers need training, be warned don't use parcel motel ups now owns it and it's the UPS vans delivering, the don't read notes on packages for where they are to actually be left, its best to pay more with the post office as UPS is a complete JOKE

Avoid doing business with these people. This morning a crushed package containing a crushed See's Candy gift box was left at my front door. Long story short, forget reaching a person at UPS and their claims process is lengthy and requires photos etc. Fortunately, See's stated they would send me a full refund on the purchase. However, UPS' mishandling of the product and poor customer service resulted in over an hour of my time being spent to get this straightened out.

If I could, no star for UPS! had horrible experience: they lost my package, I contacted them, opened up investigation, never heard back from them, I kept contacting them, finally reached one representative, he asks you what you have in package (everything is listed on the claim form). 3 days later, no response, i called again, this time they want my email to send me a form to fill out in order to get refund. they already know how much i will get, why have so many extra steps? with my experience with UPS, NEVER do business with them again, because they don't care! Opps, I lost your package, SOL to you. that's UPS'S attitude.

UPS sucks!! They lost my 2 day delivery pkg and lie to cover their ass. If I won't have followed up a week later, they would ignore everything. Customer service is worthless and clueless. Management sucks and deliver BS like the rest of the UPS team that don't take no responsibilities nor accountability!!. Management has no sense of urgency nor empathy for customers. They lost my sensitive pkg and they act like I have to wait for 2 weeks until they can give me any type pf feedback. By this pkg being lost I lost a major opportunity because of the contact of pks and I can not reproduce it. This whole UPS management are bunch of worthless professionals that are not right for the job just collecting paycheck. Which tells me a lot about UPS corrupt culture that is mismanaged from Top to bottom!!!. This write up will be in social media all over.

I’m only putting s1 star cause I can not put a zero star!!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone from up’s customer service and I just keep the dumb recoding. I want to get a hold of corporate too. I want to let them know that their driver’s are a scams!! They tried to keep my 50” TV!!!

As with everyone else here, I wished there was a negative negative negative star to give UPS. I negotiated charges for a package coming from US. I paid this negotiated charges over the and the operator clearly reassured me that my package will be delivered without any issues. She lied, I had my neighbor help me with delivery. When the delivery driver came, he forced my neighbor to pay the full charges - again of $122.13. If my neighbor didn't, he wasn't going to give him the package. So basically they now double charged me for the delivery. I have fighting since September 2022 to get them to refund me the $122.13. I called right away, this is going to be conversation #1, a male operator. Who stated he was having the refund processed and will take 5 business days. You guessed it, 5 business days came and gone. Conversation with male operator #2. He now say it takes 3 to 4 weeks to process. Now none of the two operators gave me a reference number. I thought this was strange. So I called back early November 2022. This is conversation with female operator #3. Had a heated conversation and promised to have it processed within 5 business days. Got a reference #. Yes you guessed it. No refund. Called for the 4th time. Stated they were only refunding me the negotiated charges and the charge of $122.13. I had a very heated conversation and said he was processing it for $122.13. Again 5 business days. Got a different reference #. Yes again, no refund. Conversation #5 last week. Another heated conversation as she said it will not be for $122.13. Demanded to speak to her manager or supervisor. Yes you guessed it, none available. At end she stated she was going to process the refund for $122.13. Yet again with a new reference #. Yes, no refund. It is now 7th business days. They were quick to take my money. But having to fight hard to get it back. WTF is wrong with this company. Why is the Canadian government still allowing them to be in business. They lied and commit fraud and yet they still continue business as usual without consequences.

Over the years when UPS don't have a regular driver they send my package to cross the street to the wrong house down the street I think they need glasses half of the stuff comes to my house damage then they say they deliver and never gets to my house and then one time they're supposed to pick up a package he stopped there with my neighbor's house never came to mind told UPS supervisor that I wasn't home

UPS is absolutely a trash company garbage. They should be ashamed of themselves the UPS driver said he delivered a package and I have him on camera pulling up and then instantly pulling off not even getting out of the truck. And there is absolutely no way for me to speak to any representative. Every number I call it's just an automated service and will not connect you to customer service. So they just flat out stole my package. Then make me file a claim on line wtf.

The worst delivery service ever. I hope this company stops working at some point because they don't deliver the fast delivery service that they offer. It takes less time for a package via normal mail than using this extra expensive and bad service. They also have the audacity to charge the recipient for handling the package in addition to the shipping cost. Last time I use this company. A package that should take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered takes more than 15 days and not even the customer service knows how to give any information. The practices of this company is a real lack of respect for users I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Avoid UPS by any means, they literally refuse to deliver any package who has cusom fees at delivery, so they lie that the receiver refused to pay customs, and don't even try to deliver. This is very very bad for receiver because this packages are coming from international suppliers and it costs a lot of money to arrive in UK. This courier should be banned.

Email says Your Package Has Arrived! But to my knowledge as well as my Blink camera That was A Lie! UPS wtf is my merchandise. Also it states that the delivery person left it on my side door. WHY?! When my WHOLE VEHICLE is in the driveway and You could’ve left it ON THE FRONT PORCH along with a Ding dong ( doorbell ring) OR just a small tap OR knock on the door. CLEARLY I’M OR Someone is at HOME!.. Next door to me is a little old lady ( Sweet lady) and she said She didn’t see a UPS truck today. So I’m wondering.. How did the camera, myself As well as My neighbor NOT SEE THIS PACKAGE being left on the SIDE of my house…. And NOT THE FRONT PORCH! Let me find out UPS hiring thieves to deliver ppls Holiday packages… smh Made a claim and WAS SUPPOSE to hear from them in the next hour or so. Didn’t get THAT call.. so I called BACK. And was told It wasn’t on file that I made a claim.. smh. What’s really going on. Ppl work hard for their money for someone to put TRUST in a company that says they will deliver your goods. SAFELY sad sad world WE are living in.

I have seen some pretty poor reviews about UPS, from the mistreatment of packages, to packages arriving damaged, to packages being delivered to the wrong address. So, when I got the email saying, "Your package has been delivered." I wasted no time in going to check that my package had indeed arrived, not only had my package arrived, it had arrived EARLIER than the tracking said it was going to be here too, so it was actually a nice surprise, I also checked the condition of my package and it was in immaculate condition.

Email noticing that my parcel was delivered. The driver of UPS passed in front of my house and have delivered my parcel two street corner away from my house. Said he can't deliver at my house, same day Canada Post delivered a book without problem. I went myself at the other address taking my parcel knowing that it would consume a lot of my time to get it from them. Very bad service.

The delivery guy never called or rang the building's bell for that matter. I receive on the same day messages from UPS via email that I wasn't available, even though there was always someone in the house! Liars and worst of the worst
