Are you kidding me?? UPS is the worst!! Package not delivered from Amazon due to “bad” address. Checked their website address is correct, called customer service they have the correct address! So WTF? Now going to re-deliver.. oppps guess what not delivered again why? Due to bad address.. lol checked my ring cam the driver on first day at 742pm never showed up at my address, the 2nd delivery the truck pulled up in front of my house sat there for 30 seconds at 133pm and just drove off... Got a hold of JR the supervisor and was told the zip code is wrong, but when told the day before your customer service read the correct address including zip code, he had no clue.. JR tells me it WILL be delivered tomorrow.... lol I won’t hold my breath!!! Do NOT use this shitty company!!!! Amazon do better!!!!!

The WORST delivery experience of my LIFE!!! NEVER USE UPS! Due to COVID I couldn’t go back to my family for several months, so my family sent me personal stuff for summer: clothes, toiletry, books… It was a France to UK shipment. First of all, my parcel got stuck at customs because of “missing documents”, documents that we were never asked to provide in the first place. When this issue was finally solved (it took more than a week), they delivered my package to the WRONG ADDRESS (100% their fault, the address was perfectly written and visible on the box). I obviously contacted them and claimed for lost package, and it eventually arrived the day after. 2 weeks instead of 48h to get it. Now. The box wasn’t the one my family used. They opened my parcel and move everything. It was a TOTAL MESS. Everything was incredibly dirty. Things were missing (worth more 120€), things were damaged (worth more 50€). I was shocked by what these savages did to my personal belongings. Now the fun part. I wanted to open a claim for damaged package. Well, I couldn’t do that, because a claim had already been opened (for lost package) and apparently they don’t believe it is possible for a package to be lost AND damaged. I tried to call customer service instead. They basically never picked up despite me spending dozens of minutes on hold. We also tried to complain through UPS France. They never bothered to answer our emails. Now the cherry on the cake. Two weeks later, I received a bill. I was expecting it, as I was explained I would have to pay VAT on my parcel because of the missing documents. Fine with that. Listen. They charged me 144£ for “Complex Entry charge”. This is not money for the government. This is UPS stealing from a customer. What do they need the money for? Not to store my parcel safely while the custom issue was ongoing, considering the miserable state of my parcel. This is just how they make money. They lure you with a cheap service and then they make money on your back by holding your package hostage until they have a proof that you agreed to pay (pay for what? They don’t bother giving you details before they send the bill). When I paid the bill over the phone, the woman asked me if I ended up receiving the package (not to help me or anything, it was just a « by the way, I am just curious » question). I said yes, but things were missing and damaged, and I try to complain but I couldn’t because nobody never picked up the phone or answered my emails. She just completely ignored my comment and ask for my credit card details. So, to sum up: - UPS kept my parcel for almost two weeks for a missing document they didn’t mentioned we needed - UPS delivered the package at the wrong address to a total stranger - UPS ruined my package. Things incredibly dirty. Things missing. Things damaged. No compensation. - UPS customer service plays dead - UPS charged an insane amount of money without telling us beforehand. Despite everything that happened. This is extortion. This company is just interested in stealing money from customers they absolutely don’t care about. They disgust me and should not be allowed to do business. This is not business, this is stealing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. NEVER. PICK. UPS.

Utter rubbish. Waiting over 2 weeks for a parcel held at Donnington.No updates other than about 10 meaningless overnight scans. Customer service non existent, just a lot of automated replies that are not relevant, before UPS hang up on you.

HORRIBLE! Sent a basic document via 2nd day air and it is lost. OK, things get lost. BUT, when I was at the local UPS store in Boonton, NJ the clerk took my docs and put them to the side w/the envelope, I had to ask her to put them in the envelope before I left, which I said nicely and thanked her. She rolled her eyes but did it. Then it gets lost, coincidence, maybe not. When it did not arrive at it's destination I called the 800 number, that's a freaking joke, you can't talk to a human. I called the local store, he said I'll call you back with information, NEVER DID! My attorney who was waiting on these docs called his local UPS and opened a case. A few days later the tracking site said sender was sent claim form. I wasn't sent anything. I call the local store again, the manager said she would look into it and call back. She did call back, said UPS gave up looking for my package. REALLY?! She said she would call them again and see if they could continue to search and call me back, well that was a week ago. Again, NOTHING. Don't use UPS, don't use the Boonton, NJ store. Cost me over $100 to replace those docs, but sent them FEDEX and they got to their intended location.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL WHICH WAS ORDERED ON THE 14TH OF MAY AND DESPATCHED ON THE 20TH. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. UPS IS A RUBBISH COURIER AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. APPARENTLY IT TAKES TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS FOR THEM TO FIND OUT WHERE MY PARCEL HAS GOT TO. WHAT TYPE OF ORGANISATION CANNOT EVEN TRACE THEIR OWN PARCELS?

Two expensive packages lost in two months I can't believe that very heavy packages disappear be careful buy a good insurance or use other company,I been using fedex almost 3 year with out any problems,if you live in avondale az in rancho santa fe area and you have the same problem maybe is the driver the problem report it

Import from Germany to UK they charged me 28% import VAT in addition to the other charges. They then blamed Thomann for the 8% addition to standard UK VAT despite it being their paperwork based on a 160 euro purchase.

At home all day waiting for delivery, driver did not bother to ring door bell or attempt to knock on door. I called customer service and no options other then deliver next day. I guess I will make a bigger sign by the door asking to ring door bell and I will drop my whole life and sit out side from 7am-7pm to insure deliver of package. I was given no option to pay more for better service or insure certain time frame or pick up at a store location.

I would like to give UPS Madrid no stars at all. My brother sent me a parcel of Lady Grey Tea bags.(Enough to last me a year) I was told by phone that I would be emailed a Customs Declaration for importing. No email. A message was sent to my brother saying the package is being returned because it contains a "prohibited substance." ITS TEA BAGS !!!

1 Star is too much for UPS. Worst delivery company ever, worst than all the national post services. My experience with them: My friend bought for me a second hand laptop in Germany, and he paid 250E for it. I then looked for a shipping service between Germany and Ireland, and found website Packlink (which is like a search engine for couriers, similar with parceldirect.ie) , entered all details and choosed UPS as delivery courier. All good, UPS collected the package from my friend house and I got it 1 week later. Because I was not home, the driver decided to throw the package over my 2m height gate and the laptop broke unrepairable. (how stupid is this???) Of course I ringed straight away UPS, they sent a driver the next day which collected the broken laptop for investigation and here starts the fun. UPS doesn't want to compensate me because the sender of the package apparently is Packlink, I spent hours with Packlink on chats and emails, I got nowhere, and they said they can reimburse me 18E (based on it's weight) because I don't have a receipt for the second hand laptop. Now I am trying to at least get my laptop back from UPS as there is some personal information I need to recover of it, UPS won't send it back as Packlink needs to ask them to do so, Packlink doesn't answer my emails anymore so here I am, no money, no laptop, my personal data is compromised (I am pretty sure this violates GDPR, so I will rise a claim to the small court here in Ireland).

UPS are demanding a £330 charge from me for a delivery on goods I know to have a 0% import duty. In their invoice they have labelled the cost 'Government Charges' I have spent nearly three days trying to reach the UPS customer service team to request that they prove that this charge is genuine, additionally I have sent two emails. To date, no response. Having spoken with an import/export specialist, a suggestion has been made that this is a method of profiteering following Brexit and the uncertainty and confusion this has brought about. I am trying to give UPS the opportunity to prove otherwise, but they seem to be an inaccessible corporate. Even their Drivers are told not to give out a Phone Number.... They only get one star because there is no option to zero stars

Had a pressure washer ship UPS from Florida to Massachusetts & the bottom of the box was blown out so they had loaded it upside down on the truck wich deformed the hose reel & it caused oil from the pressure washer to seap out & get all over everything the box looked like it had been left out on a loading dock in the pouring rain the UPS guy literally had to put the pressure washer on a dolley when he unloaded it because it was soaking wet and he couldn't carry it across the street to deliver it by carrying it because the box was destroyed & soaking wet plus there are major scratches on the frame and the hose threading where you connect the pressure hose to the pump was dented so I won't be able to connect the hose properly without any leaks very dissapointed with UPS I won't ever use them for shipping items.

Worldwide company, customer service is behind this era. I feel like customer is 0 for this company. Never had such a bad experience all around world, however bad news for me I am still in the middle of dealing with UPS. Package was sent from Italy to UK January, stuck in customs (even customs were paid), lost location of parcel by UPS. Investigation took almost 2 months, package found, but never delivered. Constantly excuses: Brexit, waiting for further instructions, can not move parcel as is not they warehouse, relevant team is dealing and etc. Meantime package was lost again for the second time!!!!!Other investigation with new location of the parcel!!!! It has been 4 months when I am dealing with their poor customer service: 1. lack of customer's care. First email answered after 2 weeks. Plus unprofessional replies, please see below actually sentence from it "Also, I am afraid to inform you that this parcel is lost in transit, but please do not worry, It is now under investigation". Asked to speak with management team and first email received after 1 month and 10 days- to hear that an issue will be passed to relevant team. So disappointing. Meanwhile dealing with customer service via phone and here some insights: 2. Customer service via phone - every time have to repeat the same details, imagine how it is upsetting after 4 months. Every time I am transferred to other department. Previous team member dont even bother to explain situation, have to repeat again situation. It looks like there is no records of the current issue or limited information or just CS representative not bothering to look at notes. It is so disappointing to hear constantly promises that somebody from management or department, who is dealing with a situation, will contact me within 24 hours.Never happened. It is so a shaming to receive broken promises. As a company if you cant do, do not promise. There is nothing more upsetting as broken promise to your customer. There is so many negative details about CS of UPS. The outcome : finally some light what I was hoping in the end of this story. I received one mail from manager, that relevant team finally is dealing on delivering package, just have to wait and they will keep me updated. Guess what I seen update: my package is abandoned by sender and receiver. Which never happened from us (sender and receiver side). This is just proves that it is definitely missing ownership in dealing with customer service issue, that problem is not solved and passing to so many different departments or relevant team. In the end result is 0. I want my parcel back :(((((((((

Absolutely awful, claims forms you cannot fill in online if you do not have an account, parcels lost in London and in Slovakia, customer service senior investigator that informs me my parcels are lost after apparently trying the track them for the last 3 weeks, and then informs me I now have to go back to customer service to request a claims form, which I cannot fill in online as I do not have an account. I was under the impression that customer service where already investigating, so why do I now need to go back to customer service to request an investigation?. Plus I found out when I received my credit card statement UPS have taken out 2 unauthorised payments. I have demanded a full refund of all the money they have taken out of my account and compensation for the anxiety they have caused me. If not then I am off to the Ombudsman. If I could I would give no stars

Do not trust ups with your items I have been given the run around in regards to my item which I still have not received various phone calls email's etc they just continue to lie it's almost feels like I'm being trolled by this useless company I very much doubt if I will ever receive my item I am thinking of reporting them to watch dog

UPS agents are Thieves We paid for a package in Algeria to be sent from Treviso in Italy to Constantine in Algeria Track number: 1Z4364YX8694096581 UPS agents passed by the house located in Treviso and took the package in the morning of 12/04/2021 then they stole it the package contained a Gucci bag, 3 Furla bags, a sweater and a Twinset dress and a Jimmy Choo shoe (invoices in support) when they saw that it contains luxury items, they stole it after the package was not scanned on the internet , the tracking number was blocked, and when we got closer to our local UPS office, they told us that it is weird and that the package is not scanned The problem is, with UPS, there’s no one to file a complaint and do a thorough researches, there are cameras, right? The customer is not protected and the theft is recurrent, without the agents of UPS being worried, they steal with complete peace and impunity Here at UPS Constantine, she pushed us to make a false declaration of the cost of the package, in order to avoid, according to her, the customs tax when the package arrives in Algeria Since these thieving agents are used to still packages in complicity, they could have known that the real value of the package which is 1500 euros did not correspond to the derisory declared value of 200 euros, they decided to steal this package, saying that in the end, UPS will refund the customer 200 euros We request that a thorough investigation be conducted at UPS Treviso to uncover these thieves and stop these hijackings and thefts to other customers in the future and return our goods to us
