UPS sucks on timing they took all day just to get my package at the front door they need better Service.

Consistently terrible in all respects. I only use them now when they're a seller's only option. Dishonest brokerage statements. Absurd brokerage fees.

Package stuck in "customs" for months. Nobody willing to even check why. Package only contained personal documents, still waiting for them to arrive.

Be careful with UPS I rejected a parcel because the item was $29.99 but UPS wanted $38.70 in their own shipping charge calling it fee for calling duty on behalf of the government. I rejected parcel and seller got their product 3 month later I got sent to a collection agency for the UPS PROFIT CHARGE NAMED: DUTY COLLECTION FEE SEE PIC:

This company just scammed me for 74 euro for imaginary package they never delivered. I told them I haven't ordered anything from them, so they should refund the fee because it's a mistake. Then they send me a debt collector. Absolute scammers. Avoid in all cost.

This must be the worst company I have dealt with. A clerk at UPS Canada grossly overvalued a package of old camping gear I wanted to use on a holiday in Europe, and then take back home, for which UPS UK want to sting me about $1,000 'brokerage' fees. It's one thing when a company stuffs up, it's quite another when it's impossible to resolve the issue. UPS Canada have told their UK counterpart that they stuffed up, but nothing moves at this end. Phoning them merely takes you to a powerless, and often incomprehensible, underling in a Manilla call centre. I have asked several times to be passed up to a manager who could push things along, but they instead push you sideways to another underling. The managers are safely out of reach. Every time I have been on hold for one, the call went dead. This has so far taken nearly 3 weeks for a delivery that should have taken about 4 days, and given their total lack of response I have no idea when/if it will arrive. In the meantime my holiday is on hold while I beat my head against the wall of UPS sloth, incompetence and indifference. So the below questions are irrelevant, like how long did the delivery take. Er, I still haven't received it actually.

Took me nine phone calls today to get through for a simple question. Received a text message that my package had been delivered and there was nothing there. After almost an hour of arguing with their AI, I finally get through to somebody because it misunderstood something I said and I saw a window. Then I was told that it really hadn't been delivered, it's not coming till Monday... Then why the text message? Nobody can really tell me where or when my package is going to be here and their customer service is disgraceful.

Package was delayed, sent back to previous places, out for delivery but didn't show up so went back to the depot (I was in for the entire day waiting for it) delayed after that and idle for 2 more days, in total it has been 10 days and my package was ment to take 2-4 days and that was with priority shipping that I payed nearly €100 euro for because of the package contents. Not very happy with how UPS has handled the package, ups isn't that big here but they still carry a good reputation but there worse than the government run post service, at least they deliver things on time even if it's a little beat up

What went wrong? You mean what went right? Very little actually. I sent a box of camping & cycling gear from Sydney to Calgary, Canada with DHL. It arrived without a hitch 4 days later. As I was to continue the holiday in Europe, I sent the box to London with UPS. Big mistake. The cost was nearly double what DHL had charged for a twice the distance. Two weeks later I still don't have it. The tracking page said it was 'Out for delivery', but when it didn't arrive I phoned them, only to be told UPS were applying a GBP £440 brokerage fee. Worth more than the contents. The only department that can help can only be reached by email, which is ignored. I am stuck in London, my holiday on hold while I try to extract my possessions from UPS's sclerotic bureaucracy. How are they still in business?

A package was delivered at 1105am Saturday I check my porch at 1107am no package I check two houses to the left and two houses to the right(nothing) I check the photo not my property I call ups customer service explain situation gave them all the details said someone will be in touch within one hours they said will have driver recheck-no offense but with gps they know we’re the truck was at 1105am why no response-i spent 40 years in the business

I wouldn’t even give you a one… when a package is express over night delivery it shouldn’t be driving all over.. and your customer service representatives and so called supervisors do not do their job either…. Worthless company especially since we paid 40 dollars for next day air and this package landed before my other express delivery package at the same location and got held an. Extra day but I sure got my other package right at 930 since it was express…

My package was supposed to be delivered overnight but as always UPS has issues. My overnight delivery won't happen for 2 more days and I'm traveling. By the time Mt package will arrive I will be going to my next job site. UPS sucks. Next time I will request FedEx! Thanks UPS

Very poor service they came to pick up a parcel didn't receive any call that they are on the way or a text message. After they left property they call me that they came I wasn't at home. I just went outside for about 5 to 10 minutes In that period of time they came and dropped the letter and went. I receive a call but obviously driver was on the area they did not bothered to come to pick up. In the arrange for the next day and I have to be at home all day.

If I would give 0 stars, I would!! Worst courier ever. Avoid this at all costs!! I have been told that they made a delivery attempt while I was waiting the whole day— no one came or knocked or rang my door bell. I have called customer service and rhey said that it’ll be delivered by the end of the day and they advised the driver about it (as soon as I pay the duties and fees which I did). And guess what?? My package never arrived! They gave false hope to customers!! The customer service agent even hung up on me because she couldn’t answer my questions!! Worst service ever!!!

Waited a whole day for my package and it never even showed up. Package was then delayed for 4 DAYS. Contacted customer service, they didn’t do anything to help my delivery or give me any kind of compensation. All I can say is I’d rather have urethra cancer than get delivered by them.

Horrible customer service. No one EVER calls back, like they promise they will. Delivery status doesn't change for days, UPS website is useless! Just keeps you in vicious loop without any resolution at all. I'll. NEVER USE UPS FOR ANYTHING, EVER, EVER AGAIN!!!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a package that on the website says 5 working days. I was tracking my order online and I could see that never left for delivery, just sent back to sender. I cancel that order and I order again from another website but same delivery company - UPS. I paid €16 extra for a faster delivery (3 days), again I was tracking all the time, I created an account on UPS website to add more information, as a phone number. I order it on Monday, the tracking says out for delivery after 7pm that I waited until 12 and nothing on Thursday. Next day the order didn’t come out for delivery and and I got an notification saying that they will try to delivery next working day, which will be on Monday. So one week to delivery something that I paid extra for faster service. The chat is extremely limited and the only answer is: “you will get an update soon…” frustrated and disappointed

I should have had a delivery Wednesday, it now Friday and despite a guarantee my items would be here first thing this morning, it’s now Friday 3.30pm and nothings here. Stupid text message saying they will now let me know when it will be delivered. Total amateurs, avoid using UPS at all costs, you can’t talk to anyone just frustrating.
