The driver said he tried to drop off my package but I didn't answer but there was never any attempt to drop off package I paied extra to get my package the next day and now I have to wait another two days before they will "try" to deliver it again so I have to take off work so I can try to catch them before they don't deliver my package again.

Scott was so caring and helpful when discussing how to ship highly sentimental (and mostly fragile) items to my home across the country. In order to ensure they didn’t get jostled around too much, he suggested using one of UPSs freight shipping partners. This method uses less vehicles and although it takes a bit longer, it was the ideal solution and was less expensive. Scott and the team packed up all the items exceptionally well, and they arrived about a month later. Every item was secure and arrived in excellent condition. Throughout the process, Scott communicated clearly and consistently, and even kept track of the shipment and delivery date on his own time. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have specific needs for shipping. Thank you Scott and the UPS team at Franklin Lakes! You’re my heroes!

PATRICK COKER AND BRADFORD MOORE are 2 excellent employees. They went above and beyond for me tonight. I missed a pickup and PATRICK got in touch with the driver BRADFORD MOORE and as hectic as this time of year is for UPS BRADFORD turned around and came back! Great job guys !!!!! I appreciate you !!!!

A package arrived open, almost all items are missing inside. They stole everything and left a few cheapest items inside. It was my brother's Christmas present. He also needed to pay 41 cad just to get nearly empty box

They are scammers who steal your parcels. Their drivers claim their wifi signal drops out meaning they are unable to scan the item on collection. The driver then says there’s no need to worry as it’s scanned once it reaches their depot. The result being the item disappears from then on with UPS claiming it was never picked up! Then the fun begins with trying to make a claim.

Repeatedly atrocious service, or more correctly, absence of service. Every time I forget to tell shipoer to NEVER EVER USE ups UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES like I always do, this bunch of crooks lose my package. And this time it's not an exception, they lost it again. horrible ridiculous gang of thieves.

Our business has used UPS for years, but over the past 7 months they have become so unreliable as to have cost us one of our clients. As a result we're leaving UPS. They charge us for overnight air delivery but do not get the packages to the delivery spot for days (one case weeks); they don't guarantee their services - despite our purchasing insurance on packages; they like to play the blame game with the UPS store while they close their shipping centers intake desks; . . . Too much for one review. I recommend you use someone else.

Shame on them! They faked three times to deliberi my item. 2 times they pretended the address was wrong, 1 time they pretended my surname was wrong! After talking three times With The customer care I had to ask to send it to an ups point since the courrier wasn't able to recognise my surname on the door bell.

I spoke with the UPS customer service department and her soft anime type voice turned nasty when she was unable to offer additional help and put the phone down on me after I asked to speak to a manager or someone senior.

False advertising first of all. I looked up flat rate shipping rates at UPS as well as USPS and Fedex, and your website offered details on box sizes and rates so I went with you based on that. When I got there, the employees in the store at Commons Plaza in Chesterfield, VA said that UPS doesn't do flat rate shipping and when I showed them the website, they said that must be UPS online because in store they don't offer it. They then tried to charge me for packing and shipping when I just needed the box, because everything would have fit tidily based on the measurements on your website. Not only that, they take your loose items into the back to pack and ship. How do I know it's actually getting packed up and sent? What's to stop them from stealing items once you're out of sight if it's not sealed up? And the kicker was it cost more to send one package that had literally the least amount of items - I had 5 items that weighed the exact same. One went in one box with 2 cards, and the other 4 went in the other box with one card. It cost more to mail the small box than the big one. I will never spend another dollar at UPS. Hope you enjoyed jacking up the cost for that one time sale. If I'd not been in the time crunch I was, I would have left and gone to Fedex. Never again.

Never again! I provided the wrong address but the correct person and company name. When I called customer service they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked why they said because I gave the wrong address. I said the address is the only criteria to deliver a package she said yes. I said why do I need to provide a name and a company name? Dead silence! Any idiot can see that the name on the package does not match the address and at the very least return it. She said I could file a claim. Terrible company that cares little about the trust people put in them especially for delivering a letter for 75.00.

I would give UPS zero stars if that were an option. UPS has been a poor courier service for years, but they somehow manage to get worse over time. This month alone, I’ve experienced three instances of urgent packages stuck at a processing station just 20 miles from my company. My latest package has been sitting there for over a week with no delivery in sight. To make matters worse, they don’t allow customers to pick up packages in person. Calling UPS for help is a nightmare. You’re forced to wait at least 40 minutes on hold to speak to a representative, only to receive little to no useful information. The limited details they do provide are vague and unhelpful. In my years of experience working with other courier services like FedEx, DHL, and TNT, UPS is by far the worst. And as I’ve said, they seem to be declining further with each passing year. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternative options for shipping needs.

We mailed a package with UPS from France to USA. when it the contents were in a million pieces. We submitted a claim for the $230.00 cost of the item, which is the grant scheme is a trivial amount. They took forever and then said "its the UPS Frances fault", closed the complaint provided no further assistance or compensation. Totally unprofessional.

Did you know that was is in your traking number page is not the realaty? It is automatic! In my page it should be here today, it came from Sweden to Portugal. I waited 46 minutes for UPS to take my call and they said that it was not in Portugal and did not even arrived Spain... Shiti company. Ridiculous and we pay for this kind of mediocre services. No more UPS for me!

I have just had the most horrible delivery experience with this company and I would absolutely tell them that IF THEY HAD A LIVE AGENT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL What kind of company doesn't want to hear from its patrons? I received a delivery confirmation from UPS for a product I bought on TikTok. The problem is that the proof of delivery photo was of the wrong house. I have no idea where this house is. It is not a neighboring house. When I TRIED to enter a delivery claim, UPS closed it stating that I needed to reach out to Amazon. Amazon? Why? I didn't buy this product from Amazon. Then, a CS rep called me from a non-working number to again tell me that my claim has been closed. I could not even call them back because the number was non-working. Then, when I tried to enter another claim, the website said the claim had been closed and to contact Amazon. AND THEN BLOCKED ME FROM SUBMITTING ANOTHER CLAIM. Because when UPS says your package has been delivered, they don't mean delivered TO YOU. They consider the job done, regardless of where your package ends up. UPS, your customer service is as bad as your drivers. Lazy, irresponsible and uncaring.

UPS tracking shows my package was delivered at 9:23 pm, yet UPS has NO photographic records of it being placed on my front porch. Moreover, I have a Ring video camera on my front porch that shows NOTHING BEING DELIVERED at that time either. I opened an "investigation" into the loss of my package. The case was closed after 4 days of a supposed "investigation"......UPS said they could not contact me (I gave them a contact email address and phone number). I guess the UPS "investigators" spent all of 5 minutes with the very thorough "investigation". I thought the US Postal Service was bad, but I think UPS has learned from the US government. I guess I'll have to replace the $216 value of my package.

Driver threw our packages down which resulted in multiple candles breaking… due to this drivers negligence we now are out 8 CHRISTMAS GIFTS! I understand it’s a busy time, but this is not a good company standard, slow down and treat other peoples things with respect as I would do to yours!
