The driver is stealing my packages. Second time in 7 days I have opened the parcel locker and it was EMPTY. My child's shoes, classroom things, and shirts. Where is my $hi+!!!

Totally rubbish.. they never come to collect the parcel even I paid for collect... put me to wait 9AM TO 7PM for 2 days , finally I drop item by myself and now item to be delivered after 6 Day when I paid for next day delivery more than £48 ... AVOID TOTALLY. FOR ME WAS FIRST AND LAST TIME . VERY BAD COMMUNICATION 👎 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I'm trying to spread awareness because there are some weird people who work for Hotsprings UPS store or are trying to trick people. so I ordered my package through Amazon and they sent it to this store near my house and I told the store I would pick it up and when I got there they told me when the UPS driver dropped stuff off at the store he picked my package back up because the owner of the store told him it wasn't the stores package. so I'm trying to figure out where UPS took my package and where I can get it. I call 1800 PICK UPS. and it takes forever to speak to a actual person, but when I finally get a hold of one and explained my situation and gave my tracking number and all of that she said around 4 ish pm I would get another call. so around that time I get a call from this lady who claims to work with hotsprings UPS from this exact number 1 501-910-7479 A Little Rock number. She ask me to explain my situation and tells me to repeat the tracking number. And she tells me she will try to find the exact driver from my delivery to see where my package is. She said she would call me back in a few minutes. She calls me back and says that the delivery guy for my specific package would be done and at this ware house past national park college at 7:30 pm. She said I could go over there and get my package from him. She claimed this UPS warehouse was past the college on mountain pine road and I take a right. i didn't think anything of it at first cause I really wanted my package so around that time I head that way and I put in my gps but I couldn't find a exact location for that just the regular UPS stores. So when I get to the red light on higdon ferry before u turn right to get to the college I see a UPS driver head that way near the direction they told me to go then I get a call from that same Little Rock number and it's allegedly the UPS driver telling me he is at the ware house and has my package. I'm already sketched out and wasn't going to go regardless at This point I told him it's to dark and this seems sketchy and I'll see about picking it up tomorrow morning. Then he proceeds to tell me that he's not sure I can get it in the morning cause there has to be a driver present in order for them to hand me my package which isn't true it's protocol for them to send it to the regular UPS store and I show them my ID and they give me my package so he was lying to me and he sounded frustrated and annoyed I didn't want to meet up with him and I told him again no I'm going in the morning and he hanged up. This happened yesterday I called that same Little Rock number that him and the lady called me on and it says it's a discontinued UPS number. Very weird and sketch. I still don't know where my package is I've tried calling everyone and they don't know. I tried calling the 1800 PICK UPS number again And another Lady said to wait by the end of today or tomorrow for a update.

I wish I could give them negative ratings. Worst experience, waiting for my package from last 2 weeks still not received. If I call customer service then they don’t pick up my call, 8-9 mints waiting time. Seriously, I’ll never ups again.

Well, it looks like a LOT of people have beat me to the lowest rating possible. I'll be another. I applied for a seasonal delivery person. A week later I believe I received a message saying I was hired. That's awesome! It told me the pay and had me verify it was acceptable. It then kept giving me links for paperwork to fill out. I immediately got started but I couldn't unlock the W4 and I9. I used my mobile first, then used the desktop, then visited multiple places all to get the forms unlocked. I tried calling the number given to me for help but couldn't get through. I finally got it. I was told of the photos I needed to submit then would have them ready only to be told I needed more. My insurance one was rejected then resubmitted the exact same photo since I only had an electronic copy. Oddly, it went through the second time. Same for one of the photos for my car. I spent an excessive amount of time with them coming back and needing more. Finally, I get to the end and now I need someone who is standing with me to get this completed because they wanted a witness to verify my documents instead of taking them to HR like a real company does. All going smoothly....ish and I get to the end to watch an onboarding video and watch it through to the end. They want me to confirm that I watched it and then I get taken to a page that said this position is filled and to apply for something else. I'm completely confused because I had been told I was hired and had 10 days to complete the process. I wasn't going to wait that long so I started immediately. The hold up was THEIR site not working, having to resubmit the same info, and thinking I had everything done for them to basically reply "kidding, we need this, too." (X5) I have never had a more lengthy and frustrating process. Ever. If you need a job don't take these clowns, seriously. I would like to add that I called immediately after that really confusing last message about the position being filled. For starters, they didn't say first come first serve (not sure if that would have made a difference with their site not working) but the guy I finally reached said there were openings in 2 other cities: one out of state and the other a 3 hour round trip. I told him basically to get bent and I was leaving reviews everywhere. Don't waste people's time and resources who are looking for employment. I will never use their service again. Ever.

I have never experienced such poor service as I have with UPS UK. This company consistently fails to honor their delivery commitments. Every time I receive an email and text confirming that my parcel will be delivered between 1:40 PM and 3:40 PM, only for nothing to happen. I can track the driver on the map and watch them drive past my house multiple times without stopping. By 6:45 PM, I get a message saying my delivery will be delayed by one business day. It's absolutely ridiculous! Their customer service is terrible, and honestly, an AI could do a better job with clearer communication. I don't understand how they're still in business with this level of incompetence. It's beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Trash Company 100%. Removed 2 days of service to our businesses route and many others. Company stocking parts has come almost to a stop and 2 days is crucial when ordering for consumers like myself. When originally asked about this change they claimed it didnt happen. Our drivers were the only honest people who actually informed us of the change.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I ordered from NYC to Hungary an 8 kg parcel with 19 items, and 6 items missing. High value!! And guess what; UPS does not take responsibility. Someone steal it, box was broken and someone rebox it. NEVER AGAIN UPS the worst.

I gave them my house address and even with my house address they delivered it to the wrong house 😩. I’m new at the area I’m living at so I don’t know my neighbors.Thankfully my mom found the owner of the house where my package was delivered to through Facebook and I have the package.

I purchased a £1900 gold chain, received my delivery update from UPS on the Thursday, between 1030am and 230pm, so I had to take the day off work due to them needing my signature, so I waited...at 215pm I thought I'll wait outside the front, due to SOME delivery companies nightmare lies about nobody being home....I waited until 330pm, and nothing ....then at 430pm they updated the tracking saying will arrive same day, but by 7pm....I had to collect my child from school at 530pm, so I got a friend to come round and wait in my stead, ....7pm comes, nothing...then an update stating actually, there's been a delay of one business day (Next day)....so today has come, another day's wages lost, the time frames were identical, 1030 to 230pm... 230 has come and gone, nothing , it's now 6pm, still no update on tracking, still says between 1030 and 230pm...there's not a single phone number where you can ring and speak to a human, and TRY and get some info....all roads lead to the app or website, where you are force fed the generic info...so now I'm thinking, this isn't going to come AGAIN! with no real reason as to why, it obviously was on the van, for 2 days....I am so angry about this service , and Saturday I am scheduled to have a tooth out, so I've literally been done over, by one of the biggest delivery companies on the planet, which I thought would be brilliant when the company said they were using UPS, I thought no issues there....how wrong was I! ....I'll NEVER recommend this company again...and no doubt will get the same generic response from this review, if any at all.

Your drivers need to smile. I know life is hard and maybe she was in a hurry but a smile will make a good difference to get us by. Your driver literally rolled her eyes on me just because she waited a few minutes. Not a very nice way to treat a client. Smile. Peace.

The shipment was delayed for 4 days and they changed the delivery time every time. In the emails, I ask one thing twice and they explain the other. The worst!

If I could give 0 stars I would. UPS updated the shipping address to a random persons house, only way I found out about this was the shipper told me, not UPS. It was attempted to be delivered at that random location, an address I NEVER entered, after I spoke with someone saying they had updated the address to the correct one. Employees of customer service all had different things to say.. some said they updated the address, no suprise it’s still out for delivery in a completely wrong city in my state. (Keep in mind they told me they had updated the address 5 days ago) Some said there’s absolutely no way they can update the address.. ??? How is there no way you can update the address when you were the ones who changed it without informing me… I paid 30 dollars for overnight shipping, 6 days later no sign of my package, still out for delivery in a completely wrong city. Not to mention it’s extremely difficult to even talk to a real person, and even they do absolutely nothing to help. Tried to contact the billing department to file a claim, waited on hold for 20 minutes, someone answered, said nothing, I heard talking in the background, then they hung up. What kind of customer service is that? USPS on the other hand consistently gets my package here 1-2 days early. I’m going to try my best to avoid UPS in the future.

I paid for next day delivery £30, my letter arrived in two days time and its incredibly difficult to speak to anyone about compensation / partial refund. UPS has somehow moronically allocated my order that I made on their website by buying next day delivery service and having a letter picked up from one company and delivered to the other, so are saying that because the company it was picked up from has an account with UPS it needs to be them asking for a refund... However, they never paid for the or even placed an order so they say they have no basis to ask for this refund. UPS also has no email so its not possible to email all the evidence through and you are dealing on the phone to someone with fairly poor English and 0 interest in getting this sorted. Basically Unreliable, Incompetent, morans, and a pain in the axxx.

I can’t believe this awful company still exists, thieves of the worst kind, frustrating customer service. Unprofessional bunch of cowboys won’t even care to handle the very basics. To this company a lost package is somehow normal, please do your best not to ever deal with them.

I have a package coming today, it was supposed to be here between 11:00 and 1:30 and then I do another tracking and then they say it's not going to be here till around 5:00 but I can change my delivery, So I can pick it up at a UPS store so I go through the process and this company instead of delivering it to me wants money for me to pick it up! I've never had a problem in the past but the next time I go in that store I'm going to ask them why does it cost money to change my delivery?

It’s crazy that ups doesn’t deliver to Postal Office they don’t go there at all so for 2 days in one week ups sent my package back to sender which made me lose two brand deals and as a Contant creator, I needed that to make money so not only did I lose money that was very unprofessional so the Brand did not resend the product. You have a service post office so that you don’t have product coming to your house, to be safe but because they refuse to deliver it forces someone to give out their address ups doesn’t care about your safety . .. because of the rules it doesn’t make sense
