In Ireland: my package is still in the warehouse pending delivery 5 days on and still no sign of delivery. Truly terrible service.

TERRIBLE!!! My delivery was attempted once and then the driver left my parcel at a collection point so far from where I live it wasn’t possible for me to even collect it. The customer service (depot dept.) told me the driver could drop it convenient to him as opposed to me “the customer” and then told me how long she thought it would take for me to walk to (I know it would take an hour) even though there was a collection point 5 min walk away??!! She then excused the shambles at the fact they were “busy” heavens knows what worse state deliveries will be in December!! She was rude and then asked me “if I’d ever worked in logistics”?? Clearly defending their appauling service and my response was to laugh and tell her their service and the colour of their vans were extremely alike “shit brown” of course you’re gonna be busy you’re making EVERYONES life plus your own harder !! If I were any company thinking of using UPS as their main delivery deal then I can only say DONT !!

I wanted to send a package with a 2-year-old watch to Garmin for repair. Totally wrong. Constant nagging to the commercial invoice. While I, as a private individual, do send my defective 2-year-old watch to Garmin for repair. I have emailed my invoices separately and in the packaging. Apparently this is a heavy task. I have lost my package with the watch for which I paid 286 euros. Thanks UPS.

Their business model is based on a phone contact in the Philippines, and when issues arise they will say anything to keep you happy. It's impossible to phone the local UPS depo. The drivers know this and leverage it to be lazy and inefficient. My advice: AVOID UPS AT ALL COSTS

If you don’t want to waste your time waiting for unreliable UPS deliveries, I highly recommend using a different company. I don’t understand why some businesses choose them as a partner. I ended up canceling my order and will shop elsewhere.

Worst company out there. Three days I’ve waited for a parcel to arrive having to leave someone home all day for collection. Three times a day I’d get an email providing a new rescheduled delivery time and yet the parcel never arrives. I even had the warehouse promised me delivery at a set day and time and that didn’t happen on time. I thought Ervi were bad but UPS take the top stop of worst delivery firm out there. I’m thinking to sending them an invoice for lost revenue.

Ordered 2 items from Musicstore Professional in Germany who elect to use UPS, not my choice. Package 1 received by UPS on 14th Nov so far import scanned 7 times and still stuck in Stanford Le Hope. Seller can't tell me why or when it will be delivered cited "system issues" at UPS. Waste of time even trying to get info from UPS. Package 2 recieved by UPS on 15th Nov, delivered 18th Nov (outwith their stated time window). ?????? UPS are the most useless, customer unfreindly, outfit on the planet. I wouldn't trust them to supervise a chimpanzees tea party. NEVER USE THEM and avoid purchasing from sellers who do.

Had a delivery out of Tucson on Wednesday 20 Nov 2024, the driver was running late and said the packages could not be delivered. Need a better address. The driver on Thursday 21 Nov didn't have a problem with the same address. Now the two packages are being returned. Customer service on both ups and Amazon suck as they are computer driven, no live person to talk to.

Totally useless for real businesses that need a reliable service. We buy a lot directly from China, and are telling all our factories NOT TO USE UPS. They lie with dates, lie with updates, and have nobody to actually assist. Its not just once, but MANY times. I cant work out how they survive.

If there was a ZERO star option that would be a start. Numerous times on numerous orders they chose to deliver the package to an access point for pick up. The original address on the online order was my home address. No changes made on my part. Numerous phone calls later requesting a manager each time. Having to re-explain the issue each time because they do not have a system to accurately detail the ongoing issue. I was guaranteed the delivery at a specific time and of course it didn't happen. The agent on the phone actually hung up. I had to call back and ask for yet another manager who would "escalate the issue". All they do is read from a script and try to apologize and talk over you without giving you the opportunity to speak. Zero problem solving skills. No customer service system at all. Again my package was not delivered as promised. Online vendors who choose this company as there shipper put customers in an unreliable situation. I will NEVER support UPS or any vendor now that uses this company as their shipper. False promises. Zero customer service. Absolutely no training of their staff on how to deal with anything. Managers are useless.

Terrible Service and Communication Had a delivery scheduled for today, with a promised time slot of 10:30am-12:30pm. Stayed in all day waiting, only to have the time pass with no sign of the delivery or any update. Contacted customer service, which was an ordeal in itself due to the automated system. Finally got through to a representative who was unable to provide any useful information and simply told me to "sit tight and wait". Was assured the package would arrive by 9pm, but the call was then abruptly ended, preventing me from giving feedback—likely on purpose. At 5:30pm, after wasting an entire day, I received a message saying the delivery was delayed by one business day, with no explanation or apology. This experience has been a complete failure of customer service and communication. I will avoid using UPS in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone. Shocking service.

I opted in to have the delivery done on a specific date and paid the amount of money requested. The delivery did not take place when I requested it. I phoned customer service several times where they passed me from one department to another, been hung up on, I couldn't get any refund on the missed delivery... UPS is a waste of time and money

Got given notice that they would arrive on 8/11/2024 and they did not turn up. Then on 11/11/2024, while I was working, someone from UPS rang me on my mobile, while I was with a patient multiple times. I had to turn my phone off. I took one whole day off work on 12/11/2024. Took another day off work on 12/11/2024 and waited in my apartment the whole day, did now shower, did not eat, did not use the toilet as I did not want to miss out on the delivery. The man came, buzz at the gate and when I pressed the reply button, did not wait and left. I waited for a few minutes, in case he will ring again and he did not. I ran down to the foyer of the apartment and there was no delivery person. I missed my delivery. Rang the help line and was advised they will come in an hour and then received a phone call that they will not be coming and will come again tomorrow (13/11/2024). I told them that I work 6 days a week and cannot take another day off (as I have a mortage, bills to pay, was meant to go to the bank, had a car accident recently and did not get my car repaired as I was waiting for this delivery) and told the man that I cannot wait another day, for a delivery person who cannot buzz twice or wait a few minutes, the man's reply, "that is your opinion". I asked him "what it that suppose to mean" and he answered "that is in some people's opinion". Well guess what... it was recorded in the apartment camera, so I don't think it's my opinion. I asked if they could send it to a shop in Melbourne (my third phone call) -> a female shouted at me and told me that I will just need to wait until next Tuesday. Unfortunately, some of us have work, mortgages and bills to pay, we cannot wait 3 days for a delivery and a delivery man who cannot even wait 10 secs. A delivery man delivered my package FINALLY on 19/11/2024. I must admit, he was a smooth talker - he made it a point to "talk at me", told me that the delivery man from last Tuesday was "shifty" and that he was not at fault as there are "shifty" people that deliver for the company. Once again, this is not my problem and I do not have any obligation to listen to his toxic work environment. I paid for a delivery of ONE item, unfortunately, I did not pay to listen about his "lazy, shifty colleagues". My response was a polite smile, as I just wanted him "out of my hair" and more desperately, I wanted my package!!! Before he left, I think he thought I was impressed with him, as I continued to begrudgingly smile. He showed me his name card, REITERATED his name and surname and asked me 3 TIMES to give him a positive feedback. He then added that he needed a positive review to "keep his job". I smiled and replied, "I understand". It was at this stage that my blood pressure really escalated, as I thought about the three days worth of work that I had missed (with loss of income), and when I rung the company at least three times last week, no one seemed to care. What made me even angrier was that after I had PAID for this delivery, I need to succumb to his innuendos and coercive statements to give him a positive feedback so that he can "keep his job". The smooth talker annoyed me more, as he continued to state that he "likes to treat his clients as relatives". Before he left, he showed me his name card and reminded me to give him a positive feedback one more time. THE MOST INAPPROPRIATE THING FOLLOWED ON - HE MESSAGED ME HIS MANAGER'S EMAIL AND ASKED ME TO GIVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK, in case I forgot. I don't know the motive, of this narcissistic person who asked if I "really worked at a hospital" (I wore a t-shirt and shorts, as I was going to the rowing shed). My response was, "I do work in a hospital"; I then thought, for what it is worth, I could be.... a physiotherapist, a cleaner, a kitchen hand, an occupational therapist, social worker, nurse or a doctor... whether my delivery is dependent on what my job title is and where I work, is ONCE AGAIN inappropriate. Please remember, I did not pay for a delivery to listen to HIS PROBLEMS AND TO BE COERCED INTO EMAILING HIS MANAGER TO CONTRADICT MY PREVIOUS complaints. Before he left, he belittled me by saying, "don't stress... you stress too much... you know, its an expensive package... don't stress". I wish that a few condescending phrases, a lollipop, could help me make up for the loss in salary, erase the most abhorrent experiences that I went through during the various phone calls with the rude, obnoxious and UNHELPFUL staff that I had to deal with... but it doesn't. If the company wants a positive feedback -> please do a root cause analysis FIRST as to how your service is under par (as evidence by the number of one stars that I have noted in Australia, the United Kingdom and USA), please implement measurable actions that you can undertake to improve your services. Please audit your deliveries and try to improve your service. By doing this ostensibly menial task, most people that have given you a low rating, would already be satisfied, at least, their concerns were addressed and MORE IMPORTANTLY THE ADVERSE EXPERIENCE THAT THEY WERE SUBJECTED TO WOULD NOT BE REPEATED. Please educate your managerial staff and personnels as to the appropriate way to address and talk to clients and what professionalism truly is. I think one week is a long time to wait for a delivery of ONE PARCEL and a SMILE is really the best that I can do with these people to get them out of my life and more importantly, to get my package!!

Took a package to be delivered on Labor Day. It was supposed to be there by that Thursday. (Supposedly) Arrived at the city for delivery and then they started putting notes like severe weather and couldn’t deliver due to an unforeseen circumstance (called the UPS Store and they were told there was an accident). Called for the fifth time only to discover they supposedly know that it’s in Lone Star, Tx or at a Lone Star facility and had never even been put on a truck for delivery. They’ve been lying about even knowing where the package is for four days!

Rubbish company. I paid £22.49 for a letter to be delivered the following day, but it got to its destination after 2 days. They wouldn’t refund me for the inconvenience. I will never use ups ever again. Very bad company

They are terrible, lie about delivery, they say, that the location has refused delivery. It’s a drop off box/locker and once I got the message I went to inspect the locker and found it was in fine working condition, also this locker is open 24 hour a day, I’ve tried everything calling, but get cut off from customer service, trying to do all the right things to their website and their website is absolutely useless compared to someone like DHL. UPS are not in the same league as DHL. Still no updates after2 days weather it will be delivered. In fact I can’t be bothered writing anymore as this company don’t even deserve any more of my time, but basically my comments are the same as all the other comments which are negative on here
