Worst experience with any delivery service. Spent the whole day waiting for them and they never came. Instead there was a notice online that the receiver was not available for delivery which is a lie. Very unprofessional, no way to contact them. Avoid using them.

Absolute joke of a company, when you pay for next day delivery (1-2 days) you expect to receive it, after over two hours on hold trying to find out what’s going on to be told you might get it tomorrow but you might not, whats the point of paying for premium services when a tortoise could have delivered it quicker

Disaster - the UPS driver left my house because my name was not on the front door - is that normal !!?? They did not call my phone to check if I was home. There is a reason eircodes are included on addresses !!They left with my parcel. I called UPS that evening, waited 40 mins to speak with someone who was not very helpful. Told me the driver would be back next day with my delivery which is today - still no sign. Very frustrating and can't face waiting on the phone again !!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I would have had my parcel quicker if I had walked from the North of the country to the South and back myself. Same as everyone else's bad reviews my parcel has been coming now on 3 different dates then it gets rearranged to another day. No way of contacting them don’t reply if you do other then robotic chat. Absolutely shocking service and way behind its competitors such as Hermes and yodel. The tracking facility is shocking and you can’t trust what it says anyway even when it says out for delivery and due that day it still doesn’t show up! I would urge companies not to use this as a means to ship their products as it will damage your brands customer experience by doing so!

Don’t use them terrible company 2 delivery dates given than they change them still waiting for my parcel 14 days and counting . Ups pull your socks up your a nightmare, stop changing deliveries and saying reschedule requested I have not just do your job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well another day wasted waiting for UPS to deliver. I'm a key worker and wasted my two days off waiting. Ive now cancelled my orde with the company because of UPS incompetence.

Seriously, what is wrong with this company? Never deliver on the day they are supposed to. Was expecting a delivery on Wednesday, but got rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday I received a message saying it’s been delayed until Friday. The item is with them, but they are simply not delivering. Calling them is a total waste of time. 40 minutes before they answer the phone and you simply get shrugged off. Their excuse is that they are busy. Quite happy to take the money for a delivery and they don’t give a damn after that. If they are too busy, perhaps they should start thinking about employing more drivers? Or stop taking on so much work? I will avoid sellers making use of UPS from now on, it’s not worth the headache.

I sent one package UK to USA with UPS - excellent super-speedy service, couldn't have been better. I have sent another package UK to Canada .... ohhh dear! Meant to be delivered on Monday, it is now Thursday afternoon and the UPS tracking system hasn't shown it moving in the last 3 days. After waiting 45 minutes on the phone to UPS, the customer "service" agent tried every trick to get me off the phone without actually giving me any factual information - they had no idea where the package was, no idea why it hadn't been scanned, but she could assure me it would be delivered the next day! This nonsense on the phone went on for some time where the agent tried to get me to go away, constantly coming up with nonsense that had no substance but clearly she just wanted to get rid of me. Eventually she promised that the Canada office would call me the next day - there was no particular reason to believe they would or that they would have any more "useful" information but the bottom line is that UPS are totally useless; you don't need to take my word for it just read the other reviews here, I really wish I had read them. UPS is another Courier to be put in the "Never Again" category.

Sent a large parcel to bristol, it was returned 5 days later and I was charged again. Stated incorrect address yet the same address has managed several parcels with other carriers and no problem. Rude and unhelpful customer service when I initially contacted them. Refused to refund anything. Will never use again.

keep sending delivery dates then leave you delivery in permanate tracking says in transit but never deliverd

1 star is a generous rating, out of three deliveries 3 arrived late, parcels were food stuffs, so when they actually arrived to me they were out of date, all parcels marked and paid for as next day delivery, 1 parcel was 5 days late. Not only a totally useless courier service but also a small business out there has lost a regular customer

If there was an option to give lower than a 1, then I would. How this company is even still in business is beyond me. First of all they leave a parcel on someone else’s doorstep and I only discover this after contacting the sender, case and whose doorstop it’s left on is still ongoing, and now they try and deliver something that should have been here before 6pm Thursday. Having received text messages to say the delivery would be before 6pm Thursday and then a message to say the delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances I received another text to say it would be before end of day (usually before 6pm) on Friday so wasted yet another day waiting for it to not show up. I’ve heard nothing since and then get an email at 14.31on Saturday to say they’ve just tried to delivery and nobody was there! No kidding, you weren’t expected! The website and app are just as useless as the company, so no point even trying to use them as you’ll end up going round in circles. I’d use carrier pigeon before using this company again. Utterly shambolic with zero communication, professionalism or reliability.

Hi, according to the schedule sent by Ups I had to receive a package Friday, 29/05/2020 end of day. Around 6 pm I called customer service and I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone who told me the package would be delivered Monday 01/06/2020 but the surprise on Monday I received a rescheduled delivery date for Tuesday, 02/06/2020 end of day. Tuesday morning I called customer service to find if the package would come. After about 40 minutes of waiting someone told me that it will surely be delivered by 7 pm and I will be notified one hour before delivery but it did not happen and the package did not come. Tuesday afternoon I called again to see what happened. After a long wait on the phone someone told me that he doesn't know what happened and that I will be rescheduled because there are not enough drivers. Finally Wednesday morning the package arrived damaged, without rescheduled. In conclusion I wasted 3 days waiting for a scheduled package, useless customer service. P.S. dear Ups do you think your customers have time to wait for a package between 9 am - 7 pm? because you have no scheduled time. "End of day" is ridiculous, most couriers have time schedules and tracked cars. Avoid this courier until he solves his problems.

The UPS website showed my item as out for delivery before 9pm it never arrived, the next day showing in transit the next day the same, phoned customer service waited 30 minutes to speak to someone then he said he couldn't hear me and hung up, I'm so annoyed at the poor service I will avoid using this company in future.

Possibly one of the worst companies for shipping I have ever encountered. 2 experiences - one with being 3 days late for a gallery show in London, after next day delivery was assured our delivery meant we missed the exhibition, the driver then decided to leave thousands of pounds worth of paintings outside the venue and refused to pick them up when discovered by a colleague in London who recognised the name and saved the discarded packages. The other was a return of a warranty repair sent to the states, upon return of the item full charges for the original purchase price was added for import duty and Instead of fixing the mistake they changed the name on the invoice to an unrelated colleague and tried to add the charges to his account. When questioned about this they refused to comment, admit guilt, and lied to mitigate themselves from the situation.
