Placed the order for 'next day' delivery, 5 days ago and after speaking to agents for 3 days - today i am told there is some issue with the order and they can't find it! “My complaint relates to the sink detailed below that I purchased and paid for and was delivered on 14th May 2021 which was the wrong size. Even buying the item under the guidance of my professional plumber the website was confusing in terms of working out sink/bowl/cut out size.
I returned the item by dpd courier on 17th May 2021 at 9.09am to the required address. The tracking number has been retained and evidenced.
I am concerned that despite the documented return of the item a month ago i have still not been refunded and communication is virtually impossible. Other than the delivery driver, noone has spoken with me from VP at all.
I feel this is more fraud than poor customer service.”

“Just started trying to resolve a straight forward manufacturing fault but already it appears VP have all their business model set up to fob off, spend effort on getting sales and not remedying many issues. The business rolls on etc. Renzo Shower head 18months old max has split along its seam joint. Very slim unit so unlikely welded probably just pressed but not sure yet. Regardless it has split just under usual pressure from the combi boiler having pumped it upstairs so under reduced pressure. Not fit for purpose. Customer Service unavailable by phone. Reams of hurdles with FAQ and pages of BOT chat before any human chat interaction. Luckily the previous owner of the house has receipts so the cannot transfer warranty line didn't stick. It'll be interesting to see if they deal with this as the write ups on them suck. They can view the purchase from the postcode and it's not a consumable that failed but the carcase so you might think they may just see that as the fail that it is and take responsibility. Interesting that the guarantees list 5 years for Mode products but underneath the detailed list excludes all but the kitchen sink. No pun intended. Let's see how this pans out!! Will this be removed?”
“Disastrous from start to finish. Ordered approx £3000 worth of items in Jan for 2 bathrooms. Delayed part of my delivery due to one part being out of stock. Had to contact the me via Twitter DM as that was the only way I could get a response. Told them to deliver everything else as we had builders waiting to start. 4 weeks into our renovations and waiting for a sink (1 of 2 for a double vanity unit) which they seem unable to deliver. Have contacted numerous times and was told I shouldn’t have started building work until all parts were with me (what planet are they on?!) promised delivery every day only to receive a text in the day saying delayed to the following day. I have even offered to go and collect from the depot myself as paying builders to stay on the build, but the depot can’t find it now. Other parts of my delivery had small components missing so my builders have just bought locally so that can get on with the work. The service is absolutely unbelievable. P*** up and brewery is best to describe it. Awful, awful, awful experience and would never use again.”
“Awful customer service! Ordered a white bath panel and got sent the wrong colour firstly. Mistakes happen but not great when there are builders on site and it takes this customer service team 24 hours to respond to an email issue, no contact number to speak to customer service. Have to go through some stupid bot chat and then wait 24 hours for a human to reply to your issue. Delays things even further. They sent a replacement and it arrives damaged in one corner. No choice but to try repair this brand new panel I've paid for and ask the builders to fit it as it's their last day on site and no idea when we can get than back to refit after going through another replacement. Raised another email issue with Victoria Plum, waited another 24 hours for a reply and was then told they can offer me a partial refund of £7 on a £90 product! Thanks Victoria Plum, will never be using you again and will be spreading the word.
Be wary of using these clowns because you will get awful aftercare and no service from them at all. Don't waste your money on these jokers”

“Ordered and arranged delivery for the 19th, no update and no delivery. Queried the following day and was advised to contact back if the supplier hadn’t been in touch by midday. The supplier advised them that the order was now out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until the 24th (was in stock when I ordered). Victoria plum hid behind the supplier and that this meant they had no info to give me, but would not tell me the supplier so I could follow up directly. Again no contact and no delivery on the 24th despite being given a delivery time between 2pm and 5pm by Victoria Plum. SHOCKING. Delaying my bathroom, me repeatedly chasing with no contact from them. Really stressful. I would not have ordered had they been out of stock and there was any indication they may be late!”

What went wrong? Easier to say what went right? Nothing. Absolute shambles. If I'd known the quality of finish was going to look like a bunch of gypsies had fitted it, I'd have saved £5000 and fitted it myself. Deliveries were late, wrong, broken, broken again, wrong again. Fitters were incompetent, didn't follow the design, damaged the house and took two months to fit a bath, toilet and sink. Complaints team were just as bad. JOKE.
All in all: AVOID this company like a PANDEMIC !”
“Cannot contact them for replacement (no responses to e-mails) damaged products, the toilet was smashed into loads of pieces and the delivery driver just dumped it by the front door, there is no way that he would not have known that the ceramic was broken as it sounded like a load of smashed plates as soon as we tried to open the pack. several weeks after delivery there has been no answers to our requests for replacement goods.”
