Delivery time over a week. I had to wait a week for item to be despatched. Then took 6 days to arrive.

Got sent DermAllay conditioner for cats and dogs instead of shampoo for horses. As far as I could make out from customer services, conditioner was sent because shampoo wasn't in stock. Not good enough. As in other reviews I have read I would caution customers to beware of VioVet's drop down menus. I've certainly come away with the feeling that they'd sell you anything rather than sell you nothing.

My order was dispatched on the 4th of January 2019. It included food and medicine which my dogs needed to take by the 22nd of February. A month and a half later, on the 18th of February, it still didn't arrive at my destination. VioVet offered a full refund, which I had no choice but to accept. At that time I had already bought all that stuff from other shops (besides the medicine). Because of VioVet, not only did I payed more because I had to buy from other places, but my dogs got their medicine almost a month later (!!!) and suffered during that time because of it. VioVet didn't offer to resend it with a faster delivery, or compensate me for all of their mistakes. Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life.

10800775  Order from 9 days ago not arrived. £41. Of products have had to e bought from Amazon as it's taken so long. Ridiculous. . Don't offer free delivery if it's this bad. I will not be using again.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order for veterinary diet dog food on a Friday and was given delivery timeframe of the following Monday or Tuesday. That Monday I received an E-Mail and text message from FedEx stating delivery would be that day so I reorganised my work day to be able to receive the delivery. This did not happen. The delivery apparently took place on the Tuesday when I was unable to reorganise work commitments. FedEx notified me that somebody had signed for it but with no indication of the address and no delivery card through the door. Following multiple queries to VioVet I still have not received the order or been informed where it might be. Each time I called I was told that the order has been delivered so have to repeat the same story (this would be O.K but I've only spoken to one person, whose phone manner is pretty poor too) I have been repeatedly fobbed off with 'I'm waiting for FedEx to get back to me' or 'I've left that with my account manager'. The food has run out and I have had to use alternative food which defeats the purpose of the specialised diet. Today I have requested a refund though I doubt that this will happen in a timely manner. I cannot find a single reason to give VioVet custom in the future and would recommend people look beyond the competitive pricing to other companies that might actually fulfil the delivery component of a purchase commitment. I have put over 7 days for delivery as though requesting a refund after 7 days I have no confidence VioVet would have fulfilled the order. I cannot answer WET refund but have E-Mail assurance that one will be issued but must allow a 'Fed's days. Don't touch this company with your worst enemies barge pole.

Original order did not arrive. According to vio vet fed ex attempted to deliver multiple times to a working farm with someone home at all times-lies. When contacting vio vet to discuss this I was assured that they would re send the order however I received an email to say they had received my return and would refund my money within 24 hours. I had to wait further to re order the items I needed. Extremely disappointing service given I had used the company many times before I feel let down from the courier and vio vet.

The product advertised said Whiskas hairball treats X8 for £7.10p which I thought was a reasonable price. On arrival it was one 55g packet for £7.10p In the shops they're only £1 to £1.25p a 55g packet.. Very disappointed with my first and now the last experience of VioVet :(

What a shame - Viovet recently acquired Berriewood pet foods, they were excellent, prompt delivery and great communication all at a great price. I stayed with Viovet in the hope that these standards were going to continue .... not so. Deliveries for pet food (I order 100+ packs at a time) took over 2 weeks to arrive, partial orders were held back instead of delivering what they had. It seems that they don't hold stock as when I did get through to them, they told me they were awaiting stock from their suppliers . This happened both times. Anyway, I have now found another supplier at the same price who do postage free next day delivery, Lesson for VioVet - If you buy a business take what is good about it and make it better, not trash it!

I bought a bit. It didn’t fit. I rang and asked if I could have an exchange for bigger size. Was told to package it; with my details in to their address which I did ( also bought a special Royal Mail sealed bag and sent it recorded delivery) of which my stupid cleaners at work threw away my ticket with the tracking number on! I’ve rung 19 times since I posted it & apparently they still didn’t have my package! No refund, I even cried as I knew how important it was for my dad to give me this for my last year of riding due to health. I have no money to buy another and now I’ve not only lost the bit my father bought me but the money I would have had to get a bigger size! I’ve had nothing but ‘ well not our fault’ and ‘ nothing we can do loves’ from their customer service team and I’ve even written to Royal Mail about this who have formally confirmed it had arrived at the local depot near to their business so no reason according to RM that they wouldn’t of got it! I’m so emotionally drained from ringing almost 3/4 times a week every single week for the last god knows how many weeks! Thanks a lot for nothing violet! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I pay and order fod for my dog and dont get it. When I ask them why i dont get my order they told they have status Royal mail get this and this is not theys case anymore. IT was 1.5 month ago. Still dont have my order. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered 3 toys and 2 came in pink as I have a male dog I wasn’t happy with this as it didn’t state at all anywhere that colours may vary. I had to wait for two toys as well as they didn’t have them in and couldn’t return them and get new ones before Christmas. When I emailed the company they didn’t seem to care at all.

I ordered a two year supply of a medication which cost £253.99 plus £18.99 overnight shipping. Viovet sent a medication that expires within one year. When I contacted them to tell them that this medication is a two year supply, as specified by the veterinarian on the prescription, and that the medication expires in less than one year, thus making 1/2 of it useless, Jessica’s response was “it is your responsibility to check the expiry dates with us before purchasing. ” How would a consumer have access to medication and expiry dates before we receive it? And how can the company justify sending medication that will clearly expire before it Is scheduled to be used per the prescription? They refused to replace the portion of the medication that will expire before it is scheduled to be used and basically said I’m stuck with the purchase. I’ve ordered the same two year supply of the same medication from Hyperdrug in the past and it was not short-dated and did not expire before it could be used. And Hyperdrug’s prices are £20 less. However, I wanted to try VioVet since I’m inundated with their promotional emails. Do not use VioVet unless you want to be tricked into buying expensive short dated medication. Order #10342278

Customer service has been declining rapidly in the past few months, got two packages damaged on arrival in a row , wrote a letter to complain and got a reply from Bev C to tell me to move my business elsewhere

I placed an order on 1 June and Viovet debited my card and sent an acknowledgment to say the goods would arrive between 7 and 14 June. On 12 June they sent an email to say the items had been despatched and would take three to five days. I called customer service on the afternoon of the 14th to advise the goods hadn’t arrived. Bridget said they had been despatched so they were on their way. When I advised that they were due by today, and any later was too late for me as I needed them for a trip, she said she couldn’t do anything. Their customer emails are clearly dishonest and their customer service attitude is awful - despite them being closed for service training when I called earlier in the day!

One week after placing my order it still hadn’t been dispatched from the warehouse. Two weeks after placing my order it still hadn’t arrived. Rang VioVet was told I had to give it another two weeks for my order to arrive before they will refund me. Amazon can deliver same items the next day and for less money.

I ordered 1ltr Btl Buteless for £22.17 I was delivered the 30ml paste which is £15+ I contacted viovets and they are disputing my original order . I have paid the £22.17 so how could they justify sending me the lower value paste. I won't buy from this firm again. Ann from Malvern Order #08881572

Paid for my repeat item on the 12th January - still haven’t received it! Phoned Violet and was told it couldn’t be recorded as lost until 12 days had elapsed. Horses now without joint supplement for over a week.

First order was great and super quick but second has been a nightmare. Text message tuesday 26th Sept out for delivery then the same day get an email saying it's been delivered- no it hasn't! Phone call to customer service and its been returned to them as damaged. Text on Thursday 28th Sept it's out for delivery - still waiting on Thursday 5th October, phone them and it's not even been dispatched but they'll send it today and I should get tomorrow- we'll see. Won't be ordering again. Customer service is appalling. Quick enough to take your money but not despatch goods!
