Worst provider. Worst Customer service ever. I know have 5 missed payments on my credit score because Vodafone never informed me of an outstanding Bill. Its on record I asked if there was anything left to pay and I was s told NO. Only found out when I received a letter from a debt recovery agency. Do not get your mobile contract from Vodafone. They are 💩💩💩🚽🚽🚽🚽

Modern day theives. I cancelled my contract back in August 2020 as I switched to better providers. I paid my last bill of which I have proof and I have just received a letter from debt collectors saying I owe them money. Customer service and complaints department were rude and wouldn't even listen to me/understand my English accent so I just paid it off as I have more important things in my life. Just avoid vodafone forever. P.s if you ever join vodafone and then decide to leave you will get bombarded with spam calls, emails and texts.

I wanted to send my Ipad for repair out side of warranty (happy to pay for it). Request was made on 5th of January and been told that DPD will come and pick it up within 2 to 3 days - that didnt happened I called back and been told that I should give it one more day dispite the fact that DPD did not got in touch with me to schedule anything but I waited for nothing. I called back again and been told that there was an issue with system between DPD and them so they will send return back via Royal Mail and that cam 2 days later so I send it on 12th of Jan just before weekend and accordingly to tracking number Vodafone received it on 15th of January. Accordingly to the procedures within 2 to 3 days I should get a quote for repair so after 3 days I called them back asking for the quote as no one called me. I been told that I have to give them another 48h (working hours so weekends are overlaping). Suprise suprise no one called me so I called again just to be told that for some reason my repair case has been canceled by someone ( while my Ipad was delivered to them) so they have to put a new job for it and I will get quote within another 48h which guess what no one called again so I called back. again I been told that they have to put a new job number as the person who did tahat 2 days ago didnt actually do it (what a joke but hold on it gets better) So they did that and you guest it I had to wait another 48h just so no one calls me so I call back again just to be told tha I have 3 differet job numbers on that Ipad which one of them was cancelled and that when someone created new one they should merrged them together so that person told me she will merged them all in to one and I have to wait another 48h which didnt change anything as still no one is calling me back. I called back (at this point it was 2nd February) and been trransfered to the Customer Relations team who deals with complains as after nearly a month I lost my patients and decide it is time to complain. I been told that this guy will now be taking over this case and will be communicating with me all updates personally so I will stop talking to other people (you guest it I never spoke to that person so far as since then he is offline and no one thinks it is a good idea to assign differen case hendler to my account while the one in question is not returning to work) and that he will send email to repair team to get an update that I wll get within 48h yes again no one called me back I call back again just to be told that there is still no update and only this case handler will actually see what update is if there will be one and other consultans are only able to see if there is one, so I have to wait 48h again. No one calls back so I call them and I got informed that repair team give anupdate on 4th of February (yes day that I called last time and been told there is no update) and that they starting a manual search for my Ipad as they dont know where it is and they need 5 working days (starting from 4th Feb and call was made on 7th with weekend ahead of us) So after another call promised 5 working days after the update I call them back as no one calls me - that is when I been told that case hendler who started all of tha on 2nd of Feb is offline for last 6 days lol and that there is still no update but they will send further excalation on that which means I have to wait anothe 48h and if there will be no update I should get alternative solutions to be provided to me and if no one will call me I should on the next day call them on provided number and quote provided reference number which will allow any consultant to deal with that. Happy days over a month and I'm looking at the light at the end of the tunell ( hahahaha jokes on me as that was not the end of the tunnel - probably not even close) as 3 days later as no one called me back I call them on specific number with ref number and being told that we have to wiat 48h and that until update wont come through they are unable to provide me with any solutions and that my case hendler is off now for 8 days and still no other been assigned - so I requested manager call back (that was saturday as it overlapped in to weekend again) I finally got a call back on 15th February (nearly month and a half since everything begun and exactly a month since they received my Ipad) just to be told that I have to give them some more time (they dont even bother with providing specific deadlines) and that they are unable to tell me how long and that they are unable to check how long my case handler is off line for just that he is offline today regardless of me confirming that I been provided that information by 2 different consultants in the past and that it is vierd that manager is unable to do it. he than told me that they worked on old systems that shows wrong information that they should not provide me with (joker). So now I have to wait another week for updated that most likely wont come through and no one will call me back.

I have a Vodafone broadband phone and sim contract, I pay £61 monthly its been about six months I have contract with them. I am almost calling twice a week because my broadband. they waist like one hour over the phone. it does work for a while and drops again. If we ask to cancel the contract if you cannot provide the service they are asking for cancellation charges. I will never suggest Vodafone to anyone cause the customer is horrible.

Guys avoid Vodafone they are just scammers, they make me pay 63 euros EVERY MONTH because my cell phone contract has expired! MERCY!

Does not deserve 1 star either. Had issues with Broadband over 2 months now, complained several times; only wasted my time and energy, never tried to help or stick with what they say. Worse decision I made to go with Vodafone. If you are working from home or home staying person would not recommend Vodafone at all.

If there was a rating less the 1 then I would have given that. Since December I'm having this strange problem where I can make a call but can't receive it. The IVR system does not allow speaking to the customer care, in fact, the IVR sucks and does not let you choose options. And worse with all the drama of Privacy concerns with WhatsApp Vi insists on having a conversation on Whatsapp. I had this number for 10yrs, now I'm forced to change the operator because of their extreme inefficiency.

Besides the constant internet outages and lies they tell you over the phone, they use predatory practices. Their customer service requires you to wait for hours on end and you have to pay for every single minute you wait, worst company I've had the displeasure of being in business with. Never again will I use their overpriced and bad services. Hope they go bankrupt. Thank you and have a great day.

Vodafone has to be one of the worst companies in existence. I wish I had come across these reviews prior to me signing up for home broadband. From engineers being booked in to come to install and no one turning up with 0 apologies, to the truly awful call centre wait time. Its been months just trying to get this resolved and no one there is interested in their customers. If you care about your mental health and value your time, STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE. You have been warned !!!

My email and password were part of a company database leak a few months ago and hackers managed to access my Vodaphone account without my knowledge. (Vodaphone has 0 security in place, they don't even offer 2FA (Two Factor Authentication). Anyway Just before going to sleep one night, I checked my phone briefly and noticed a text.. (See Attached Image). Vodaphone had ported my number to another sim card without any verification at all.. One text and that was it.. (Funnily enough they ask you to call them for support, but they had ported my number so I had no phone or any means of contacting them). Within 15 minutes my life was upside down. I quickly realised I was now obviously not able to contact anyone or do anything with my phone as my sim had been canceled. These fraudsters had waited until the Vodaphone has shut on Friday afternoon before porting my number using vodaphone.com, knowing I could not visit a store for help. They then proceeded to recover my passwords for over 500 accounts as they were able to use my phone for the two-factor authentication. They stole tens of thousands of dollars and made my life a living hell! I spent the next 3 days doing everything I could to stop them. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do as they now had my identity. I was locked out of every account I own and essentially had my identy stolen. They cataloged all my backup passwords, recovery keys, and much more so that in the event that I did get my account back they could instantly recover it again. I managed to get my number back after a few days, but it was far to late, the damage was already done and they had my life in their hands. Vodaphone did nothing to stop this and has 0 security measures in place to prevent this from happening again. I would highly suggest if you do not wish to lose everything, you find an alternative telco that cares about you're safety and security. Keep in mind I am a trained ICT technician with 10 years of IT experience.. So if this could happen to me then you're all at risk! And I can tell you right now if you have little IT expertise you would certainly be hit 1000x harder. This is the kind of event that could ruin your life, especially if you don't know how to fix it and how to reset recovery keys etc. (These keys are often extremely difficult to find amongst account settings). Vodaphone had nothing to say after this was said and done, they did not apologise, they did not offer ANYTHING. And when I requested additional security and/or verification to be put in place in order to stop this from happening again, they told me they had no measures to prevent this. In fact, the representative I spoke with even went on to explain how easily it could be done... Completely insane and utterly disgusting! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

I ordered an Apple watch 40mm back in November 2020 , I had it for a few days then spoke to Vodafone to return the watch as it was too small and get a bigger one 44mm. The watch were returned in the 14days cooling off period. It is now 3 months later and the the 40mm Apple watch has still not been removed from my account. I have been on the phone with Vodafone hundereds of times, also been on the Vodafone chat , I lost count how many times and I still gets charged for the watch. They then charge me £5 for a late payment in Decembe even though I were in talks with them about the returned watch. They promised that the watch has been removed and received my bill this month and I still get charged for the watch. I have had enough now as they expect me to pay for it every month and then need to wait weeks to get my money back. I have been on the chat today again for 2 hours and they keep handing it over to somebody else but the problem is still not sorted out.... I have 3 different connections with Vodafone, wish I went to a different provider!

Worst provider by far! Finally leaving them! I have never seen my £20 credit for being wrongfully overcharged despite receiving two confirmation on my phone the credit will be applied towards my next bill, so where is it Vodafone? Do I need to call for the third time to receive another useless message from a useless provider? I guess you need the money more than I do, soon to be bankrupt with such a "great" customer service, Vodafone App which never works and you are always "working on it". Not even 1.3* here, shame on you! So many disappointed customers. Fraud! Leaving you and cancelling direct debit, good luck taking any further payments.

Aweful companies, stealing from people 1.99 for antivirus on the phone that I never asked for, vodafone TV that I never asked for and was charged 100 euros what a joke, stay away! too bad I cant give 0 stars

Worse network I ever purchased very poor signal or no signal at all customer service won’t help you at all I am paying for a service I can’t use if you live in RM16 postcode I will recommend don’t go for Vodafone at all they are rubbish and there customer service is rubbish to they won’t give you any kind of help to fix the situation pathetic.

Customer service is useless, been waiting 6 weeks to resolve problem with my broadband, closed account eventually, now vodafone is issuing refund since September 2020. Never ever again getting contract with them. Worst company in years I had to deal with

Hi friend had no signal on hes phone that was vodafone I phone vodafone on my phone Vodafone customer services Said that he couldn't Talk to them unless He phone them on hes phone I said how can he phone on a phone that has no signal Vodafone is a stupid and bad company One star was too high My friend and I now with 3 Much better company
