To overcome all of our fears and negative emotions. To feel healthier and more at peace with ourselves, to feel more energised, creative and more inspired. To start using more of our brainpower, so that we can begin to access our fullest potential and to ensure we are living a life that brings us fulfillment and happiness at all times. All of these things are within the reach of each and every one of us.

I got told about Will Williams Meditation from a friend of mine who had been on a weekend course. He had found it really helpful, and importantly, accessible / down to earth. I had wondered about doing some meditation before (I lead a fairly busy life) but was slightly put off by the perception that it may have been a bit too hippy for me to bare. So when my friend told me about this course, I thought I would give it a go. The place we got taught was really lovely. A nice relaxing, friendly environment, full of a variety of lovely (/read: normal!) people, all just looking for a way to help them counter balance a busy life, a busy mind, or both. The teachings were clear, helpful and (importantly for me) backed up by research studies and science. For me, that was one of the most amazing things about the space: how conclusive the scientific evidence was. The more i practiced it, and the more I read, the more confident I was in meditations ability to give me a calmer, more focussed mind. In hindsight, I guess shouldn't have been so surprised - given the importance of our minds - that taking some time each day to rest and relax the mind would be a helpful thing for us. We spend so much time thinking about / exercising the body, why shouldn't we take the same attention when it comes to our mental health. Needless to say, I've kept going, and have continued to see the benefits. I've now been on a weekend retreat as well, which was full of amazing food, great people and further techniques to help me get the most from my meditation. If you lead a busy life, feel troubled by any anxiety, or are simply looking for a way to inject a bit more mindfulness into you day, I would absolutely recommend giving this a go. Andy

Will, Jess and the team are truly lovely, genuine people so it was very special spending a weekend with them. I found the meditation to be relaxing and soothing. Will gave us some very practical tips to make meditation at home more rewarding. Also, a special mention must go to the food. The nut loaf and the curry were both excellent! We were even given some recipes so i can try them out at home soon.

I started meditating at the end of my first year of University. Workload was getting bunkers, the pace in London was getting faster tan usual and day to day life had lost that sparkle. I knew this was not the life that I wanted to live but I didn't know how to change it either. Meditation came first and little by little the puzzle pieces started unraveling the scenery. I started to know myself at a deeper level, connect with others in a more honest and profound way and live life from a place of feeling and joy rather than anxiety and anguish. The list of changes for me and for those around me that started meditating goes on and on (I got my family of 4 and best friends to meditate, they all loved it). However, I will like to share the most meaningful change so far for me. Previous to meditation I felt like I was looking in every corner, under every rock, in every book I read for the meaning of life. In a sunny morning, three months after meditating I suddenly realised that all of this is not about looking for the meaning of life but rather bringing meaning to life. Now, I look back and see the day I walked through the doors of meditation and thank myself for taking that decision, Will and Jess for giving this to the world and for all the wonders and surprises that have come since then.

I met Will and Jess after struggling to settle into life in London on moving here with my husband from New Zealand. The tools that Vedic meditation has given me has truely changed my life. Will and Jess are such kind hearted and approachable people. I loved the fist course I did with Will and left feeling confident in myself and able to cope with the busy life of London. I have since done a weekend retreat and plan to do another soon. I would recommend Will and Jess courses without doubt and am so grateful to have met them both.

From the first time I heard Will talk about Vedic meditation and its benefits, I knew this was something I needed to try. His enthusiasm and knowledge were inspiring, and his gentle, easy going approach made learning the technique so simple. Vedic meditation is so user friendly and very quickly became a part of my life. Its benefits were soon apparent; a better sleep pattern, more energy and a new and positive outlook on life. Every day brings its joys and challenges and I'm ready for whatever comes my way. I shared one of their retreats several months ago and what an experience it was. I met a great group of people, the hospitality was amazing and the food was delicious! I left feeling truly refreshed. Will and Jess make an incredible team, with their warmth and gentle approach. They are always there to offer help and advice if it is needed, and I can't thank them enough for giving me such a wonderful tool to help me on my journey.

Since I've learned Vedic Meditation I have been practicing regularly - twice a day every day. I have tried different types of meditation in the past and used to struggle doing it consistently, however Vedic technique is so great, I look forward to the practice and don't even think about missing it! It is the most powerful type of meditation I have ever came across and I am blown away with rewards even though I have only been practising for about 2 months. I have never had troubles sleeping but whats interesting is that the morning after learning VM I woke up before my alarm. Since then I have been waking up very early naturally just because I have had enough sleep. They say VM takes you 2-3 times deeper than the deepest moment of sleep. It is amazing to feel clear headed, focused and full of energy every day. I have never thought it is even possible. I have noticed that I get a lot less stressed and worry a lot less too. Little tasks and projects that used to end up on my never-ending ongoing to-do list for months (and years!) are being ticked off and if I need to do something I no longer procrastinate, I feel like I have energy for everything and everyone. I also feel a lot more present with friends and family and I found myself enjoying simple things that I used to find boring or meaningless, its quite remarkable! Will and Jess are amazing people and fantastic teachers, they help with any questions I have. They host weekly group meditations and other events like Savasana disco and Monthly movie nights where people share their stories and advice which is very helpful. I am inspired by VM, it has already changed my life for the better, however I am planning to attend one of their retreats next year to learn new techniques, I am fascinated by the whole thing and can not wait to discover more!

I first met the lovely Will who did a free talk about the Vedic meditation at the university where I work and it's just happened that I came along. It was so interesting and seeing Will's passion and hearing about the benefits of Vedic Mediation, I decided to do the course in February 2015. I have been meditating ever since, also went to the Retreat weekend in November (which was great experience with delicious healthy food) and I must say that this was the best decision I took for myself! I used to get so stressed which I don't anymore!, I sleep better, I wake up easier in the morning, I have more energy, I seem to make better decisions, have clearer mind and my friends often compliment me on how vibrant I seem. I have tried different kinds of meditation in the past and none of them was as simple, pleasurable and so ease to incorporate into my daily routine so that it becomes a part of my life like this one. Now I just could not do without it, it's a brilliant habit to develop and I will always be so grateful to Will and Jess for this and for their on-going support, and for running regular meditation and Q&A group sessions. Will and Jess are both amazing and beautiful souls and I could not recommend them enough!

This has been something of a life changing experience. I can now sleep soundly for the first time in many years. The process itself makes perfect sense. It's a natural way to restore our own factory settings and let the body fix what it has the power to. Brilliant!!!

Having done the initial WWM beginner's course in late June I recently attended a weekend retreat in November. Quite apart from the fact that Will and Jess are the most lovely people to spend time with, many people have commented on how much less stressed out I am since I started to meditate. The retreat really helped me make progress. In summary these guys are fantastic. Oh, and the healthy food is great too.

Before meeting Will and taking the course I had tried many different kinds of relaxation and mindfulness to help reduce the stress in my life. I wasn't sleeping especially well, unable to concentrate during the day and stressed and anxious beyond belief. Within just the first session with Will I experienced more in the way of relaxation and stress busting than countless hours of other techniques. The huge advantage of Vedic meditation is that there are very few rules and you don't need anything except a comfortable place to sit. It's now been nearly a year since I started meditation and I haven't looked back. The benefits are simply amazing, I sleep better, I'm nowhere near as stressed as before it has only had positive impact on my life. Will and Jess are a delight, and once you've taken the course things don't just stop there. There arrange regular free group meditations, and run retreats throughout the year.. Can't recommend it enough!!!

This is a real LIFE CHANGER, although I was not particularly looking for one :-) initially I was just looking to learn a meditation technique that was easy and convenient. I was first confronted with the fact that indeed you still need a good portion of discipline to overlap the first critical months... once you pasted that bridge OOOOH my a new road was in front of me .. I am still on that road with Will & Jess they are so genuine and supportive. the knowledge they share is just mind blowing ( if you want to know:-) get started, don't hesitate its all in the NOW Namasté

After trying a few different meditation techniques over the years, none of which I managed to sustain on a regular basis, I came across Vedic meditation and wow since then what a shift in many aspects of my life. I'm less anxious or stressed by work, have more physical energy, mental clarity, feel compassion to others not just my loved ones and overall a massive zest for life. Since starting Vedic mediation with Will in November 2014 on the beginners course, I have managed to fit in this practice twice a day every day and also enjoyed a stunning retreat. I can't recommend the team highly enough and thank you to Will for his extensive knowledge and the warm welcomes and ongoing support from Jess.

It's been over 3 months now since I first encountered Will at one of the free talks in Soho, and I am still meditating and feeling the positive impacts from doing so. I welcomed Will's approach to meditation and the utter lack of woo woo nonsense around it. Can only recommend people try it and see for themselves and I doubt if there is a better place to learn in London then with Will.

I have done an introduction meditation course as well as a retreat and am now blissfully immersed in the world of meditation without which I could not imagine surviving life's daily troubles and stresses. Unlike other forms of meditation, Vedic meditation does not require you to clear your mind of all thoughts which is extremely hard to do but to simply let those thoughts wash over you while concentrating on a mantra for 20 minutes, twice a day. You might think that 20 minutes is a long time and that you will never find the time in a busy day, but once you start, you realise that 20 minutes go by very quickly and you begin to wish that the meditations were longer! This wonderful technique has taught me that life is a journey and not about reaching a destination and now I can truly say that I understand why we should focus on the present and not the past or the future. Will & Jess are not only lovely teachers but have also become good friends without whom life would not have started to change for me in wonderful ways which are only perceptible if you are willing to let go of any outcomes and enjoy the process of switching off twice a day for 20 minutes. I highly recommend the course as you not only gain an insight into the technique but also access to weekly group meditation sessions (free of charge!) and a community of meditators who offer a wealth of knowledge and support.

Aside from being very interesting, the course itself was beautifully practical. Before attending I had a misconception that while meditation sounded nice, it was impractical in the modern world. Well I'm happy to admit that I was very wrong. Vedic meditation is marvellous in every sense of the word. A grateful gift for not only coping, but enjoying the demands of modern life. I no longer headbutt my computer.

Like Will has always maintained, meditating is easy, but saying a few words on just how powerfull it is, not so simple!! I was just a humble plumber with no desire for spirituality or religion,I DID however suffer regular headaches and migraines and I've always been a terrible sleeper. I was sceptical when it was suggested I try Vedic meditation and I was quick to tell this to Will when I went to one of his free intro chats, he just gave me the Knowing smile that he has and talked me through some of the things that can be achieved. I've had my mantra now for almost a year and I still haven't had a head ache and I sleep like a baby, I'm a happier and a lot calmer these days too.My thirst for knowledge is in over drive at the moment and luckily for me, Will can provide that in abundance as well, very powerfull stuff!!!

Relaxed, informative and very worth while. The 4 day course i was part of was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the calming initial ceremony, where i received my mantra to the rich and well delivered information, and of course the vibrant range of delicious tea! You wont look back.

Will & Jess are an amazing team and extremely talented teachers. They have an infinite wealth of knowledge that they share with such eagerness. The beginners course gave me such positive changes I haven't looked back. Since starting in April 2014 I've been on a retreat and am currently attending one of the advanced courses, which is just mind blowing! If you want to feel less stressed in your daily lives, more carefree & compassionate towards others then I can't recommend Vedic meditation enough.
