Was the worst cleaning I ever saw and they changed my contact at last minute whated to change me more for 3 girl. Lot of stuff didn’t get cleaned in two hr I will never use you again

I had schedule a cleaning with Molly maids and the time was set the day before between 12pm - 2pm. I not only took time off my busy work schedule to be present at the home, I work from home from 1p-9:30p. I took off work and put my pets with a pet sitter for this cleaning from 2p-6p. When 2pm rolled around with no call or update. I call Molly maids office only to find out they change my time to 4pm. Not only did no one tell me the lady over the phone tried to say they called me yesterday. Which in fact no one called to tell me the time change which I told the relayed to the lady on the phone. She then stated oh I’m sorry I should have call this morning to let you know. Basically proving I was correct. Well again I waited for 4pm to roll around again no call no show. This time I sent them a message through there messaging system. I get a call at 4:30pm stating they are on their way and will be there in 20 minutes. They arrived at 5pm! I had of course take off the rest of work and extend my dogs daycare! At this point I am out a full days work because of their mix up and not informing me. They did not finish their cleaning until 8:45pm which is beyond ridiculous for not only the customer but the staff. The cleaning was good and the ladies were nice. Most likely will NOT use them again due to poor customer service and no communication on time with the customer after a time was established the day before then they tried to lie about it.

My husband and I have been together for 13 years. In our first year he got me a one if a kind porcelain dolphin. It was very important to me. I found it in broken after the maids left. No note or call from the company. I’ve since stopped using them and I will never again. They are not as home friendly as they want to seem.

Our family is highly allergic to fragrance asked not to wear it if possible. Came in smelling like they had bathed in it. Asked next time not to wear it. Just told hour before they where due after Christmas that we were rude and our contract was canceled

The Molly maids that service and customer service that services the Rosharon area is terrible. They come to your home and after evaluating and pricing they dont explain all the details of their service which is completely dishonest. Some of the ladies working for them are inept and don't clean up to the expectations that is advertised. Would never refer or use Molly Maids in none of my homes. When you address the issue with the office they make you the bad person. Horrible Cleaning Company

I payed 460 .00 the day they came I complained about my service they someone out at no charge to fix it. I called my credit card about a charge made to my account that was not valid I found out someone at molly maids charged 844.54 cents to my credit card. So for about 2 and a half hours of service I was charge a total of 1304.80 . So they put 844.54 on my credit card without authorization .

I had an appointment with Molly Maid in Newark DE to come to my house and give me an estimate for cleaning. No one showed up or called to cancel. I called and left a voice mail but they did not return my call. I would never use this unreliable company.

Team five Lucas county area stole a silver necklace and alligator skin boots. I paid to have my thing stolen. Diane even wash the floor in a 400 square foot park model. Very poor cleaning and stole my belongings. Stay with them. Need to babysit this company.

My first visit was team five. Didn’t touch my room. Never clean my floors. Terrible job. Also had a 21” silver chain come up missing. These people suck. This was supposed to be the deep clean, first time visit. I live in a 400 square ft Park Model.

Hi called them to do a move in clean for my elderly parents. My mom is 87 and my dad 77 with stage four bladder cancer. Their health is not great to say the least so they cannot clean like they used to. They just bought a house in Henderson and when I called I explain what I was looking for and what I needed and the age of my parents and the condition my parents are in. I was promised that they would clean everything as I paid for a move-in clean. I wanted all the filth and dirt from the old homeowners to be gone so my mom and dad can move into a clean house and not have to worry about anything. We had to keep bringing the housekeeper back to wipe out bathroom drawers as there was hair from the previous owner. During their time in my parents house, they never change the water use the same dirty rag started in the bathroom ended up in the kitchen. I don’t know how this could even be sanitary. When I looked in my parents cabinets and in their island, old food was still there, my parents was not happy at all. Unfortunately, I was not able to call right away but when I did call, the lady told me pretty much I am SOL saying that if I would’ve called sooner, she would’ve sent them out in 24 hours to re-clean. I let her know that my parents do not want them back to their house at all as they were not listening to them and not speaking enough, English to communicate with my elderly parents. She told me that there was notes in there that the blinds was already broken which that is a lie. She tried to tell me that they do not do clean inside cabinets on a occupied house. My parents have not moved anything into their house. They sat on to outside lawn furniture, have a blowup mattress and paper plates. How can you say that this house was already occupied so you cannot clean in drawers. I am very disappointed in the customer service as I work as a manager in customer service and get these types of calls. Even me, not being able to call them right away the manager, or the lady I talk to really should’ve had more customer service and not tell me oh so sorry you called too late. To keep great reviews you try to make the customer happy if they’re saying the service was not done, right You try to fix it if you can’t send them back out understandable as but you try to do some thing to compensate to say I’m sorry for your experience. Let me try to make it better. This company does not do that at all . They just want to charge you a very high rate to come in and say that they are going to clean every baseboard over the door frames and every cabinets, the showers everything and did none of that again same dirty rag throughout the entire house with a dirty bucket is their type of cleaning and to charge so much. Do not use this company as they will not clean like they say they will over the phone, the housekeepers will rush through the job and when you call, they will have some excuse on why they can’t make it right. Worst company ever. I would really appreciate a callback from someone in corporate. As I say, I am a manager that deals in customer service and with corporate, so I know that these reviews are seen. I will be waiting for someone besides the lady I talk to today to call me back. I want them to know how their customers are treated. Do NOT recommend. We hired Molly Maid at a rate of $180 an hour for a move-in/out cleaning. We agreed to pay for 3 hours, which adds up to $540. The cost is very expensive, however we thought it was worth it if they did a good job. There were 3 cleaners that came and the cleaning they did was nice, however they only stay 2.5 hours, which means they shorted us 30 minutes ($90). My husband and I both called to express our dissatisfaction. We both spoke with Moni. She said she would talk to her manager and get right back to us. We never got a call back. I assume they called the cleaners because they were sitting in their car in our driveway for 45 minutes before they left. The cleaners could have just as easily came back inside to finish the 3 hours that we agreed to pay for. We have renters moving in this weekend and will now need to do the remainder of the cleaning which includes baseboards, walls, cobwebs, windowsills, etc. I am very unhappy with not only being shorted 30 minutes, but also for the lack of care and concern from the office staff.

This is the first time I've ever taken service from them. Three people arrived, and the leader of the team dawn's attitude was simply horrible. They parked in the driveway at 2:15 but did not start working until 2:35 but they estimated their time from then, moreover, at the end they were simply trying to do a rush job. At the end when she wanted me to sign the document when I wanted to have a go through she told me I walked over the kitchen when she was moping, then I answered back did I ask them to re-do the moping, or told anything about it? Why is she even asking? I had sofa covers on my couches and she told me she would clean them, there were dust particles all over the cover and she did not wipe it, when I asked did you do it, she retaliated in an extremely haughty way. I would have forgotten or forgiven these minor things, but the attitude she was giving was terrible and I paid $330 dollars for 2.25 hours of service not to get crappy attitude!! I tried calling back to the company. They are not picking up my phone!! So that shows their professionalism. I'm not taking their service or recommending them ever again and tell my friends and family not to use their service!

For almost 2 weeks I’ve tried to give Molly Maid my business and money. They clearly aren’t interested. It started with my free in home estimate which was cancelled last minute. Ok, I understand that life happens. After leaving a couple of messages someone finally takes my call. I got the estimate via email. Great! Now I try to book an appointment, but after leaving 3 messages no one called me back. Finally today I spoke to someone only to find out that they can’t accommodate me for 3 weeks. Basically my experience proved that Molly Maid has horrible communication skills and isn’t adept at taking a message which includes my correct phone number. I ended up by asking the person I spoke to if she could recommend a cleaning service that actually wants my business and money; she laughed. I wasn’t joking!

Avoid… Booked me an engineer for washing machine for changing door seal. Talked to them they said we have got the part and we come to sort it out. Service charge is £78. He came and didn’t do anything because he said I don’t have the part and still charged me for call out. I had conversation that if don’t have the part dont come in and waist your time. Gave sure that he can sort it out. Unfortunately the NAC customer service is rubbish keep avoiding to answer what I need. The dont care whatever happens. I pay just for welcoming engineers to say good morning WTF is

They are theives. The stole several items out of my closet. Unfortunately cant pin point to who did it as they sent different people all 5 times. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

My mom was looking for monthly cleanings for a one-level townhouse. They didn’t show up for the appraisal appointment, then said they would do it over the phone. Said they would charge $170 for the regular monthly cleaning, which is a bit expensive for the size of her home—but she was required to first have an “initial” cleaning that would cost her “somewhere between $350-$420.” If they had bothered to come for the free in-person appointment that they advertise, they would have seen that my mom’s home is very tidy and clean—certainly not worthy of a $400 cleaning. Sounds like a rip-off of an elderly person and very disappointing to my mom.
