I ordered november 28 and was sent an email on december 3 with my tracking information. My package was supposed to come December 8 and on that day when tracking my package it says “exception” that my delivery date information will be provided once details are provided by the carrier. My birthday is December 15 hopefully my package comes before then. I believe the delay is from the black friday sale but fashion nova should hire more employees especially with their call center.

I always order from fn & have Neva had any issues except now .. I ordered dec 4 for my bday dec 15 & received an email that cyber Monday has orders backed up as if cyber Monday has anything to do with a Friday order .. you would think thea logic would be to not combine those sale orders to prevent exactly this .. it’s not fair for others who now have no choice but to wait even longer . Now I won’t receive the orders until afta Christmas which literally defeats the entire purchase .. get it together seriously .

I am so frustrated rn. I made an order on November 28 and I was told my order would be delivered between 6-8 business days. I got another email from them stating that my package would take 24 to 48 before ship due to cybermonday sales. On 7th of December I got an email saying my package was delivered and I was in my front door and I could not find anything. I tried contacting the customer service but they keep on repeating the same options that doesn't connect toy issues. I wish they could still deliver my package because I love everything in it😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

I really do not recommend this page or store they tell you a shipping date... so when you buy the item after you pay they tell you that it will arrive in almost a month. and you just have to wait. so those who read this already know. Do not buy on FASHION NOVA

Do to not order from this company. It's extremely frustrating getting in contact with them for certain things. I have been trying to get answers as to why my tracking info has been at "ready to go" for weeks now. I did very early xmas shopping so I didn't have to worry about in later. Well now I'm worried because at this point it doesn't look like I'll be receiving anything by then.

please do not order from this company. Their clothes are cute, but they lie about everything like charging you for faster delivery and it coming even later than what it would have for regular delivery. Also, one of my items came damaged, and it was an expensive one so of course I wanted to return. I had sent probably over 5 emails, and filled out around 6 help forms on their website to get help with the damaged item, as it says on the site that reporting damaged items must go through a specific process. Well, it has been almost two months and nobody has answered back. I’ve called, emailed, filled out multiple help forms, and nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and non existent. I will not be ordering again, unfortunately.

I have been a customer of Fashionova for a few years now always thought highly of them until now. I checked the status of my package order #63238141 it said it was delivered I sent many e-mails, tried calling and it's impossible to reach anyone. What's sad is no one is trying to reach out to me. It's very frustrating don't think I'll order from this after that. It's unfair people spend their hard earning cash and not getting what they pay for not faiir!

Delivery date keeps getting extended. Was December 12 then 14 and then moved to 18 and moved AGAIN to the 21 of this month. Worst company ever.

Really wish I could give them zero stars. Guys stop posting here it does nothing, report them to the BBB and you'll get results. They lost my package and refuse to give me a refund. Stay far away from this company

Ordered my items over a week ago and have only received an email that my order has been confirmed. My delivery date keeps getting pushed back and I have emailed the support 3 times and they say the same thing. The phone line is busy to where you cannot call. After reading reviews I am starting to think I won't even receive my order. First and last time ordering from them. Ridiculous.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I KEEP ON CHECKING THE TRACKING NUMBER AND IT STILL STATES THAT IT IS IN TRANSIT DESPITE BEING PAST THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME. I CHECKED WITH THE COURIER COMPANY AND APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE MY PARCEL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.

I have ordered from Fashion Nova several times, only because of the prices, but the sizing is pretty off and they won't refund you, only give you a store credit. The worst thing about them is their customer service is the most horrible in the industry. They never answer the questions asked when you reach out to inquire about where your order is. They just keep giving a general response which has nothing to do with the question. I placed an order at the beginning of November and was sent a tracking # but it is not 12/07 and I still have not received my order and the tracking info hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks. When I reach out to Fashion Nova they tell me the same thing over and over that Black Friday orders will ship in a couple weeks. But, I didn't place my order on Black Friday so this response doesn't make any difference in my order. Their shipping used to be pretty good but it seems like they changed shipping services in the past few months and it's really caused shipping delays. I am not sure I will continue to order from them if this doesn't improve, especially if I never get my orders and the customer service cannot help me.

I have been a loyal Customer to fashion Nova for almost 4 years now. Its a little sucky to see all the negative reviews, because I have only had 2 minor issues with Fashion Nova in the last few years. Just a heads up for anyone wondering; When you order during a black friday or Cyber monday deal it always takes forever to get your packages because of the large amount of orders that are placed. Unfortunately sometimes the items go out of stock before the company has a chance to change the status of certain items to out of stock on the web. My issues were typically during Cyber Monday or black Friday deals, as I had to wait a couple times or reach out to cancel my orders. Since then I always place my orders through pay pal incase a need a quick refund. The company is legit and the clothing really is good, so if you just don't have patience I wouldn't recommend ordering during the sales events. After 2 weeks if you still dont have a tracking number or a status update I would call and cancel the order. At that point the chances of your items being out of stock are pretty high, and you will literally have to wait until the warehouse gets another shipment in.

I ordered some items on November 26 2020. The order was shipped out and I’ve tracked it since get the tracking number The delivery said dec 3rd but here it is the 7th and my package had been sitting at the same location since the second which is less then 30 mins from me. How do I find what shipping company and when I will receive my package

I ordered on 12/3/2020 and recieved an email on 12/6/2020 that my order may not be processed (not shipped) for 7 business days because of black friday deals, so called customer service for clarification. Basically I asked to give me an idea of when I would receive the items (95$ worth) and said I may want to cancel the person I spoke to said she would need to talk to my supervisor to even see if I can get a refund. we talked for another 20mins and my order was already canceled! when I asked about a refund she said I'd only get credit even though they cant meet the stated delivery requirements for my order!!! Luckily I ordered though quad pay and my order hadn't even hit the warehouse because I got an email stating the full amount was returned to the otherwise I would of been stuck with store credit!!! this company is SKETCHY!!! Use a 3rd party payment if possible and even then (even on quad pay) you will probably be stuck with store credit... even if it hasn't been picked or packed yet!!! I got lucky!!!

Ordered at the beginning of November received 2 packages quickly, probably because I paid for express shipping. I returned 2 things from each order costing me $7.99 for each return box. They received one and I got a gift card its been 2 weeks and nothing on the other return. UPS says it was dropped at the location. I need my return gift card. I still reordered because I didn't want to miss the deals Im getting no info on shipping of these 2 packages. The first says it was fulfilled and is on its way, that was Nov 27th 2nd order says unfulfilled. Im getting worried now that I've read all these negative reviews.

Y’all keep pushing my order back. I ordered something back in November 24 and now my estimated date is December 18. It was supposed to be around the beginning of December but they just keep pushing it back. Am I supposed to wait till Christmas? Cuz last time I check it was supposed to be delivered from 3-7 days. Made like 6 orders and didn’t even receive one. No delay notification or anything. I’m about to sue yall.

Ordered on Nov. 24 checked shipping and it states it was delivered on Nov. 27 yet, It also state on tracking that it's in Elizabeth NJ. USPS.com tracking states they're waiting for the package. Went to Fashion Nova site to check order scrolled down and it states expected delivery is Dec. 18. Wtf These are Christmas presents! Can't get in touch with a representative either. Did a google search and found they were sued by the FTC for just that... failing to ship in a timely manner. Stop lying and being deceitful! Next stop BBB everyone else should do the same. Posting here gets no results. Post on the BBB site does. You can call them as well.
