NO RECOMIENDO FLIXBUS EL 24 DE OCTUBRE TENÍA QUE IR A SAN FRANCISCO CA, DE ANAHEIM CA, AGARRÉ UN BOLETO CON FLIXBUS PARA SALIR 10:15 LLEGO LA HORA DE SALIDA Y NADA DE BUS, LLEGUE UNA HORA ANTES TUVE ESPERANDO, AHÍ ESTUVE 12 AM Y NADA DE BUS, LUEGO LES MANDE UN MENSAJE QUE PASO QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO, Y ELLOS TODAVÍA TIENEN EL DESCARO DE DECIR QUE YO PERDI EL BUS,, EN TODO LO QUE YO ESTUVE AHÍ FLIXBUS NUNCA LLEGO, ME SIENTO ESTAFADO POR ESA COMPAÑÍA DE FLIXBUS.. Flixbus is a most dishonest bus company, unreliable and lie to the passenger. After Flixbus representative made a mistake and resulting I missed my bus, they instead of correct their mistake, they lied to me and the company won’t even care about their dishonesty, and told me that I have to pay for all the damages. I have missed my connecting bus to London at Lille, it was caused by the wrong information given by Flixbus Chief Lille. When I was at the Lille bus stop at 2:35pm and asked the Flixbus Chief Lille, about the bus information ( the bus to London departure at 2:45), he told me that the bus was not here yet, most bus drive doesn't speak English, also the Bus Stop is at the street of outside of train station, there was no monitor or any other information for the bus arriving or departure, so Flixbus Chief Lille was the only person who I can depend on, he asked me to sit down and wait. About 15 minutes later, he came to me and told me that the bus has left. he said that he made an announcement, but it was in French, I don't speak French, so I didn't know that the bus was actually parked there already. The Flixbus Chief admitted that he had made a mistake on this bus, so he called the Flixbus dispatch and see if the bus could stop at any of gas stations, I would take the taxi there because the bus just took off about 5 minutes, the dispatch told him that they would contact the bus driver and ask him to turn around to pick me up. I waited about 1.5 hour, and there was no bus coming back, so I asked the Flixbus Chief again, he tried to book me another bus for 18:10, but he could book that bus, so he called the dispatch again, after he spoke to the Flixbus dispatch, he told me that they couldn't book me for another bus, the solution is that I should buy a Eurostar train ticket, after I arrived in London, I should send both tickets ( bus and Train to Flixbus, they will refund me both ticket money. I asked him again that is for sure, he said to me with booking number, there will be all the explanation from his supervisor, so the flixbus will certainly refund my money. He wrote me an email address and his title for this refound. After I wrote email to Flixbus customer service,and verifying from Flixbus Chief Lille, they refused to refund my money and told me that it is just too bad that this has happened to me.

It's always terrible! No one ever knows where the buses depart from, and the drivers leave whenever they want, even if the passengers who bought tickets in advance did not get on the bus! The driver just decided to go early and sneeze, they wanted you to waste your time and money! The service does not return money and you will be guilty and have nothing to prove. Even we have prove.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all mind you I travel monthly on Flixbus and I purchased a ticket and got to the destination early with time to spare as I see the driver pulling off. I stopped my car infront of him and got out waving my hands and he drove round me and left. I still had 10minutes left until departure time and called customer service complaining. I explained please help me today is my daughters bday and she is really expecting me to arrive this afternoon. They said sorry we cant help and said I had to pay full price for the next bus. I went and booked a new ticket paying double the price and adding an additional 6 hours to my trip for the next bus. He showed up 45 mins late as a greyhound bus. Since the tracking app DOES NOT work on the website to figure out where your bus is at and since the GREYHOUND bus driver did not make an announcement saying this is the FLIXBUS replacement then I lost my money on that ticket as well not realizing that it was the bus I had to get one. I called customer support and they could care less, no refund, no understanding to put me on the next bus, no compassion on any level all they care about is taking my money. U am now out almost $100 for a simple ride to Kissimmee that costs $36. Now I have to pay another $60 to ride on a competitor. Dont worry Flixbus I will copy and paste while posting a negative review on every single review site while im here kicked back riding your competitors bus to my destination today and I will never ride your bus again or delete my reviews until you resolve this.

Terrible service. The bus was late arriving and on my return trip, it was multiple hours late. I was stranded in another country during the middle of the night. To make matters worse, I had to pay for an expensive uber because the local trains were no longer running at my destination.

Absolutely awful trip from Buffalo to Rochester (USA) the bus came 1 hour late from the arriving time, the driver was quite rude and contentious. I had a seat place 20B, which was not existing in the bus, so I had to change my seat 6 times. It seemed that noone care about things and not even trying to hide that.

This review is just about customer service, as I’ve not yet been on their bus. I gave only 3 out of 5 stars, because I don’t appreciate that there is no number to call (USA), or that I had to wait about 15 minutes after typing my first question to get a response (Greyhound responded immediately, and shortly afterward gave me their customer service number). However, once the customer service representative responded, everything went well. Mirjeta (the name used by the customer service representative) was polite and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I already knew that I wasn’t going to get any money back as I had read about this ahead of time, but was relieved to hear I would get all but $20 US of my fair in flixbus credits if I cancelled more than 3 days in advance. (I would have lost 25% (over $185 US) with Greyhound since there are less than 30 days before the trip). She (?) also let me know I have a year from cancellation to use the credit, which I expected. I asked about leaving a rating for her (?) and she (?) said I could do so after the chat ended, so I assumed I would be redirected to some rating survey. This didn’t happen though. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough, or maybe it’s because I was using my phone? Either way, since I didn’t get redirected I decided to leave my review on here. Thank you Mirjeta for your help! I hope I will be able to leave a positive review for the actual trip(s)…we’ll see!

We were at the bus stop half an hour before departure time. Four more people were waiting along with us. The bus never showed up. We called customer service, and they said the bus had already left and that they would not return our money. The worst bus service ever. People should boycott this company so the company learns how to treat customers.

Oh pls you couldn’t care less. Most uncomfortable ride ever, nearly thrown into the aisle of with every turn. Driver spawn of Satan. First due changing the bus time 3 x, he said not my bus and wasn’t going to let me board. Was sorry he finally did. I just had back surgery so when I stood with my cane and bag, he acted affronted I hadn’t put it in the hold yet. Then stood there and watched me struggle for five minutes. A prince. No bathroom breaks so wear adult diapers. Never again.

Yeah dont book with Flix bus, if you cancel with them, your penalised, not issued a full refund & only a part of a refund as a voucher with them! Effectively stuck with & without any of your MONEY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 👎 Flixbus Uk

FlixBus....o companie care nu isi asuma nici o responsabilitate...soferi care au impresia ca sunt autocarele lor proprietate....si care sunt dispuai oricand sa te lase in statie si sa plece fara tine mai departe....nu exista nici un stop de unde iti poti cumpara o apa macar....o exerienta clara ce te lasa cu un gust amar...dupa o calatorie cu ei nu mai ai curaj sa circuli cu autocarul ....vorbesc un urma unei experiente peraonale....calatorie Amsterdam via Pisa unde au avut 3 stop 5 minute fiecare si in una dintre ele la Nurenberg era sa ne lase in statie si sa plece asta chiar daca au vazut ca suntem jos

I found Flixbus to be sleazy and a garbage service. Flixbus cancelled my bus trip then included only the option on the web site to get a voucher refund rather than cash refund, which should be illegal in my opinion. I tried calling customer service to get a refund but was kept on hold with no estimate of how long I would continue to be on hold and no callback option. It feels like they deliberately make refunds difficult to keep more money.

Bad experience!!!! I booked a ticket for the route, MIAMI- Fort Lauderdale. the bus was delayed 116 minutes and in order not to miss the plane I had to book an Uber ($40). after making a complaint on the Flixbus website I was told that I could not receive any refund, neither the bus ticket nor the Uber ticket, This will be my last booking with FLIXBUS!

Some of their operations are literally akin to a SCAM. False advertising combined with the most clueless, incompetent customer support team equates to probably intentional manipulation and theft of consumers by the higher-ups. Very unethical company in more than a few ways.

Very bad service. Last Dec/22, we booked through my cellphone going from Vienna airport to Bratislava. At the exit followed Flixbus signs leading to Platform 3. No bus on this platform for more than 30 minutes. The customer service number listed at the platform did not attend our insistent calls. Asked other Flixbus drivers passing by who told us to go to platform 5. At the end the right bus left from another platform, so we missed it. We had to wait for another bus and pay for another trip directly to the driver. Answering almost a month later, Flixbus service did not want to reimburse the missed trip. So, my advice is to take a taxi/Uber or another bus company, as you end up paying less and have a better service than Flixbus.

They do not refund fees even if THEY cancel same day. The service fee to book the original ticket plus another cancellation fee is charged to you. Plus a secondary service fee to cancel! Crazy. One ticket cost me $22.98 but they will only give me back $12.99 if I request a refund. I have to rebook for same value and go through the anxiety of being cancelled again last minute.

They publish a schedule, which they cannot meet. They do not mention that the bus has to cross a border, so the advertised time will not be possible to met And then when people lose flights/trips, they just apologize, but don't refund nothing.

I would give flixbus zero stars if I could. I traveled from vegas to california. The bathroom was locked throughout the entire ride. It took a while to get the driver to know because I could only communicate with the assistant driver and she was asleep most of the ride! So we later stopped at the rest area nearly 2 hours later, where I thought we were going to get food and relieve ourselves for a bit. We didn't. The first male driver told us that he was leaving and another woman driver was taking over and if we got off the bus its are fault if she left us. Now I have a bladder problem and felt like I was going to explode from not being able to pee. Also light headed because I had no food and thought I would be able to get some. So I kindly asked the female driver and others did as well. If we could just have a minute to pee before we took off and she told me no! I was so surprised at how I was treated she even left a poor lady who didn't speak english and didn't know what was going on. We asked her to wait and she refused. I was so disappointed and still am because I reached out to flixbus by filing a complaint online and they still haven't got in contact with me about what happened. This was almost 2 weeks ago!
