TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The actual deliveries are usually good ...BUT I had placed an order, got it, was correct, and then I checked my banking and found out they charged me 3 times!!! For one order! Because the order was correct I had no reason to reach out. Checking my banking days later I discovered I was overcharged $236.32! The response was since I did not contact within 48 hours they gave me a $7 credit. OR YOU KIDDING ME?

I would give no stars if possible. So tired of receiving cold food because the driver had to make two or more deliveries from other restaurants prior to delivering my first picked up food. They have now increased the window on a late order so not even a credit for a cold order that took over an hour to receive. Worst customer service out there!

Orders are consistently incorrect, food consistently arrives late and cold, and customer service is not the least bit helpful. Go to Doordash instead GrubHub is absolutely horrible!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time that GrubHub has taken items off my list without knowledge. I clicked on a sandwich on the site and added a soda. And when I proceeded to checkout I didn't notice that the took the sandwich off and was charging me $12 for a coke to be delivered. Why would I only want a Coke? Also why is your site deleting items off my ordered. I'm highly upset and instead of them making it right they took my money and did nothing to help. I'm done with GrubHub. Poor third party delivery service.

When the driver picks up my food and doesn’t deliver my food till 45 minutes later, ice cold. Park a block away where it was picked up. What was the driver waiting for? There is no way to rate drivers and that is one thing you should have like DoorDash. I would give it ZERO stars if it was available.

OMG, I used DOORDASH for a year, little issues, I just paid for a year to GRUBHUB, what a disaster ! 50 percent of my orders with either delivery issues or customers service being bad …

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered from Denny's through GrubHub. When I arrived to pick up I was told they didn't have my order and I would be refunded. After 2 days a GrubHub charge appeared on my CC. When I called them they told me I couldn't be refunded after 48 hrs. I guess that's why they waited 2 days to actually charge me. Awful company. Awful service.

Delivery person left my food outside of the apartment building and sent me a picture of it outside in the freezing cold and snow. Did a chat for a complaint and they told me they will note this, but we can’t do anything about it because you have an unusually high amount of returns or something Which is completely ridiculous because I haven’t used the service but maybe once this past year and only had an issue one other time when the delivery person gave my food to somebody else, and I had to get a refund for the order

They Never get the order right. I ordered a taco salad from Wendy's. I got salad. No chili, no salad dressing just lettuce. They have not gotten one order correct. The dashers don't check orders even when requested. Will NEVER order there again. They do not arrange for order refunds. They NEVER respond to your complaints. Worst service in town. Love Door dash. USE THEM BY THE WAY, THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME.

The courier messed up my order, getting 1 unit instead of 10, so I had to place a second order. Grubhub still charged me delivery fees for both. Horrible customer service.

This is now the third strike with Grubhub, and I am officially done! Strike one: My first order was canceled without any notification because the restaurant had apparently changed its name. I waited over an hour before discovering this on my own-completely unacceptable. Strike two: I spent $90 on food, only for the driver to lock themselves out of their car. The food arrived extremely late and cold. GrubHub’s solution? A measly $10 credit. Strike three (and the last straw): Today, I attempted to use the $10 voucher from their prior mistake. I noticed the driver sitting at the restaurant for an extended period, so I took the initiative to call the restaurant. Turns out, they never even received my order! When I contacted GrubHub, they claimed they didn’t know why the order didn’t go through, then canceled it and offered a refund. When I reminded them of the $10 voucher I used, I was told it couldn’t be reinstated because it had already been “used”. After demanding to speak with a manager, I was given a partial refund of $17. That’s it?! This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is outrageous. I will never use Grubhub again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time, money, or a stress-free meal experience.

Never use GrubHub order was dropped at some random street and location. Driver notified and wouldn’t reply by phone call or text. Tried texting Grubhub online service and it wouldn’t allow me to type in #data it disconnected chat before typing could be entered. Consumer theft.

Several orders made. Usually came late, estimated time kept changing, and food arrived more than 90 minutes late on 2 different orders, but I never complained. When I did my most recent order 2items were missing and they refused to give me a refund, they kept saying I’ve received too many refunds (not true, I’ve never received anything!). I only started using the service recently because it was cheaper than DoorDash. But after 4 years with DoorDash, I barely had a problem, and if I did, there was always a resolution. Stay way from GrubHub, unless you want them to steal your money.

I ordered lunch from grubhub. To get a message that my order is canceled due to the item not being on the menu for over a year! No communication..I should have been able to change it for something else.... I only used it today be yesterday's order was a disaster and wanted to use the credit. Doordash is better!

driver told me he was on the way to pick up order then it was canceled. i called the restaurant my order was sitting right there waiting to be picked up. the phone app and the website are unstable and unworkable. have not had a positive experience with grubhub yet.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed a order with Bob Evans to have delivered to the hospital for my husband who is in the hospital. The directions were very clear for the driver. The driver Irian left the order in a wagon outside the hospital! there were wheel chairs around. He took the picture of the food in a wagon. The directions gave the room number and the name. It was told where to take it ect ect. There were 3 nurses looking for the order. They found the wagon but no food. The driver put the order in a wagon at the children's hospital section. He must have took a picture of the order in the wagon and took the food for himself!. I am so disappointed in GrubHub that I will not use them again and to figure this was my first time every using a delivery service for food because my husband is in the hospital and I thought sending him something that he likes to eat would help cheer him up and help in healing.
