why do you have people who do not speak english clearly? They have very heavy indian accents and understands very little english. I PROMISE TO NEVER EVER ORDER FROM GRUBHUB EVER AGAIN. i CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND SPOKE WITH 3 PEOPLE AND NEVER GOT ANY SATISFACYION BECAUSE OF LANGUAGE BARRIERS GOODBYE GRUBHUB FOREVER!

Yes, it’s the only way to get a refund sometimes. Their score is abysmally low, but who’s surprised?

Has anyone else found that on their order Grubhub charges sales tax above what they are legally allowed to collect. I have discovered that in all my orders GH has chawed about 11.2% instead of the legal percentage here in Los Angeles of 9.5%. This has happened on all my orders over that past 3 and a half years.
