You delivered the incorrect sofa to me on Monday, the delivery guys called the internal line to report and I received a fault email from yourselves saying you aimed to be in touch within 24 hrs. Heard nothing by Wednesday afternoon so I contacted you, an hour long phonecall due to the wait in queue!! The lady I spoke to said she had made notes on my file and leave it with her, she would call me yesterday. Despite giving both my personal and work numbers heard nothing!!! I have now been on the phone to you waiting to be put through for 20mins and am only number 34!!!+ Terrible customer service when it is SOFOLGY mistake!!!!

Terrible service , had my suite delivered July . One of the chairs broken , they wouldn’t take the chair away left it . We needed a new wheel and the arm repaired. Haven’t had it mended the firm either send the wrong wheel or or just ignore our phone calls, or does not acknowledge our emails .They then said they will get someone to call me . No way . Like everyone else we paid cash . Took out the extra insurance . It’s not worth it . I would not recommend this company at all terrible service . Don’t waste your time on the 0800 number you would never get through . The number to contact them 01942 463018 Wigan, England.

Today is the second time that our sofa has failed to turn up! We ordered it on July 5 and paid in full on September 11 yet still no sofa. Trying to contact them is nigh on impossible with wait times of up to 1 hour!! This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Take my advice and buy from John Lewis.

Ordered 2 sofas only one turned up after lengthy problems and hours on the phone to arrange delivery…….they couldn’t locate the second sofa….and the one delivered had a rip at the back and stain on arm ……. The one delivered was eventually picked up and we were assured that as soon as this one was back at the depot we would get total refund. Well still waiting ……it’s been 6 weeks now and cannot get through to anyone either on phone or email…contacted my credit card company for help. Wonder…are they going bust??

Recliner chair hasn’t been delivered with sofa and chair.Have reported it to Plymouth store. Have sent emails and phone calls with no reply’s. Have had no explanation why this is happening. Terrible Terrible service. If I don’t hear soon I shall go to ombudsman, watchdog and even rip off Britain. It’s absolutely disgusting especially as I have paid in cash . Reading all the other reviews I think something should be done about this company. Would never never recommend this company NEVER

If I could give zero stars I would, had my sofa delivered today missing my £419 footstool & £39 care kit, no explanation given, can’t get through to customer service after an hour & a half wait. Delivery people broke a lounge door hinge - no apology given. Went down to sofology to be told my footstool had been allocated to someone else, terrible service especially considering we’ve spent nearly £4000. 11 weeks for another footstool to be sent out to us ….. never will I order from this company again. Store customer service very helpful & apologetic but this should not have happened

We ordered two sofa’s in June, the great customer service ended the moment we walked out of the door. Our order has been delayed by a month to the 10th November (we know it will be 2022) and then find out on Friday that only ONE of them is delayed, they have the other in a depot somewhere and asked when I would like delivery - strangely enough I’ve not heard back from the last 4 emails I have sent in the last 6 days to say ASAP. I wonder if someone let the cat out of the bag, it was meant to be a secret so they could deliver both in one go. Carrot dangled and taken away. Awful company, do not go anywhere near them.

I am still waiting for my order , impossible to contact them I have tried logging on to my account using my email , says not recognised tried the forgotten password route , says they have no record of my email address ( they have emailed me using it to confirm order ) Tried registering only to be told the email address is already registered !! I will take peoples advice and pay using a credit card for protection ( If the sofa ever appears )

Awful service! I've contacted the customer service number after several attempts, currently I am call number 31! After email there are no call backs. We're currently paying for a sofa that has not arrived, we're 4 weeks past our delivery date, the sofa has not arrived and we can't get through to re schedule!

The showroom experience was great and we came away very happy. Delivery slipped a couple of times and I started to get worried, so I looked up reviews of Sofology, which I have to say had me very worried that we wouldn't receive it or it would arrive long after our old sofa was collected. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times to check on delivery but I agree with what most people have said that they are very difficult to contact. Eventually, I spoke to someone on live chat and they did reply within a day or so. I am happy to say that delivery was arranged for before 10.30am today and it arrived at 9.30am, and we are very happy with the suite. I was convinced it wasn't going to come so happy to leave a positive review since it is here and we are happy with it. I knocked two stars off for the difficulty in contacting customer service.

Absolutely awful company. Don’t touch with barge pole! “Lost” my settee sent me wrong one, which was dirty and damaged and they were useless at resolving. Still ongoing 5 Months later. Joke Of company

Son and heavily pregnant daughter in law ordered a sofa a month ago from the sale. First delivery was postponed, second and third delivery were ‘lost’. Shockingly bad customer service, over 40 people in the phone queue and web chat not ever read. Absolute scam of a company ! Do NOT buy. Still awaiting refund !!

Terrible company we are still waiting for our chair where is ? Cannot contact you where are you? Any calls go in a never ending queue so we cannot even cancel and get our money back

Very poor customer service. Ordered a lamp in July was due to be delivered September, no delivery or despatch date. Contacted Sofology and got palmed off with they're very busy, eventually after 8 emails progress chasing the lamp delivery date I was told in October there was an issue with delivery so the lamp would need to be reordered and it wouldnt be delivered until after Christmas. Customer service is a complete joke.

Ordered the Nimbus corner sofa with foot stool in May 2021 to take delivery in Oct/Nov 2021 £2.400 i paid £250 deposit then i called into the shop 8th Oct to ask for a del date only to be told they forgot to put the order in .. Im beyond angry 😡

The worst experience ever with a company. Had a sofa delivered damaged then replaced with another damaged one. Arranged collection and the driver never turned up after waiting in from 8am-8pm. Re arranged the collection for 9/10/2021 and the same happened. No collection after waiting at home for another 12 hours. Disgusted with the poor service and lack of communication. BTW their sofas are made from poor quality hence I would stay clear from this company. Check out their 100's of NEGATIVE reviews online for poor quality and service.

Absolutelely terrible customer service. waited for months and months to get replies to my emails, near-on impossible to get someone on the phone, only to then be advised to go hire someone to fix it? ...baffling.

Order was late. Order was wrong. Almost impossible to contact customer services. They got all bullying and said they would charge 30% to collect their mistake. Lots of hassle & wasted time. Stay away from this lot unless you enjoy aggravation.

1st sofa arrived faulty, and to make it worse, their fitters damaged my flooring. Sofology sent an engineer to look at the faulty sofa, who agreed it needed replaced. That was 4 months ago. My replacement sofa was due 1 month ago and no contact received as of yet. Tried calling, but you wait for 4 hours and get cut off if not answered. Nobody in store can help so I'm at a loss! DO NOT USE SOFOLOGY
