It has been over a month since I was supposed to receive my product and the tracking has not updated at all... worries me to think I've wasted almost $100 and have no idea where or if I'll ever receive it

Really bad customer service, delivery and product. Bought a photo wallet which is such bad quality. The photo looks like a caricature and isn’t centred and the overall quality is poor. Do not waste your money!

I tried to find somewhere to leave a bad review and I should have checked reviews before I ever placed my order. I also ordered a moon lamp on dec 11 for a Christmas gift and like everyone else I’m still waiting. Date on shipping keeps changing and gets pushed back. This is the worst company I have ever ordered anything from. I’m so disappointed and it sounds like it was just a huge waste of a lot of money. Please do not waste your money!!!!

i ordered an item the 10th of december and emailed for a refund a week ago. i would have only gotten 70% back so i decided to wait and was told it would take a maximum of two days to ship. it’s been four days and still no email saying it has been shipped. do not buy from here!

I ordered a moon lamp. I ordered this in November in time for xmas but it did not turn up until today. 3rd Jan. the product itself is so horribly cheap and nasty that there is no way I would embarrass myself in giving it as a gift to someone.!the picture you display is certainly nothing like the product you have supplied. I paid almost $70 for a plastic ball that I wouldn’t even pay $2 for. Your company is most definitely a scam. And I am very happy to say that I have not only reported you to Facebook but also to the police. You are nothing but scammers

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! I ordered custom socks DEC 12th.. I'm so sorry I chose their site.... Guaranteed by CHRISTMAS... BULLLLL SHITTTTT .. How bout YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR WHAT U ORDERED .. but they sure took my money !!! How embarrassing to show up with no gift !!! My emails & phone calls have all Been unanswered !!1 DO NOT ORDER.. I will be reporting to the BBB!!

Terrible customer service, terrible wait, terrible communication, I can only assume a terrible product. What a waste of money for a scam trash company. I hope everyone sees these true reviews, not the fake paid for ones that claim the products service and prices are great. Ha!! This company is worse than refuse. Garbage!!

I ordered a personalized moon lamp with picture on December 14th. It's now almost Jan. 1st and I still don't have my order. I was promised 3 to 5 days on production as stated on their website and I choose the 2 to 4 day ship method to receive this item by Christmas. That didn't happen obviously. I've called to complain numerous times and you never get anybody to answer in customer service. When you finally do it's always the generic reply of "thank you for your patience we are doing everything in our power to expedite orders". These people don't care about their customers. They lie to us and say they can get packages to us by the holiday when we need them then string us along all to make a quick buck. They don't answer calls or emails. They absolutely suck. Their website says they are based out of the New York fashion capital what a joke I researched them myself they are based out of Hong Kong. Don't order from this company. Finally after numerous complaints I was promised a refund as compensation for the delay. $23.95 compensation which was the cost of the 2 to 4 day shipping. They told me this over 10 days ago and still no refund. I am on a mission now to personally make every negative comment I can about this company. Horrible customer service, delayed orders and I'm sure poor quality products I will be the judge of that if I ever receive my order. But according to all these other reviews on this website I'm expecting nothing but the worst construction of a moon globe lamp that there is lol.

Ordered a chtostmas gift and paid $100 for it on dec. 6th its was supposed to ship on dec. 17th but they kept pushing that date back everyday. Here it is dec. 28th andni still havent recieved my package. This company is thw worst i have ever had to deal with. Customer service isnt very helpful either. I mean seriously people...i have gotten things from across the world faster than this. Smh😠

Horrible, horrible company. I ordered a personalized lamp for my wife's Christmas present. I placed this order on December 9th, after following very carefully all of the information about how long it would take to fulfill my order (up to 5 business days). I purchased an expedited 2 day delivery to make 100% sure it arrived on Christmas. It is now December 27th, and the order has not even been shipping yet. The estimated ship date has been continually pushed back day after day after day after day. What's worse is the customer support during this time (that is, during Christmas time, when everybody obviously wants to know exactly when their orders will arrive). I tried their Support chat and waited for 5 hours for someone to respond -- nothing. I sent emails and waited days for someone to respond -- nothing, until about 4 days later. The reply was a generic, stock message that tells me absolutely nothing. Just like the stock reply they'll leave to this review and the ones below it. Worst company ever. The BBB should shut them down ASAP.

I wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars. HORRIBLE company. AVOID THEM...DO NOT BIY FROM THEM. They are scammers ripping people off. I ordered some underwear for my BF for Christmas from myfacesocks.com (yes, same people). I ordered early and paid for VIP service to ensure Christmas delivery. Their website said I'd get it before Christmas. Time was running out so I emailed. 4 emails and several days later I got a response saying they would refund the VIP money. I asked when I could expect my order since I didn't get the service I paid for. The next day they said they weren't processed yet and it would be Christmas before they were done. THEN it would be another 5-8 days before I got them. I IMMEDIATELY told them to forget it. I didn't want them and to cancel my order. I expected a full refund. The next day I got ignored. So I sent another email. They then told me there would be a restocking fee because now, magically, they were in production. I said absolutely positively not acceptable. I do not want the underwear. They chose to ignore my email and if I didn't get a full refund immediately, I would be filing a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company as a backup. They finally said they would issue a full refund. That was 2 days ago and they haven't issued it yet. Since I paid through PayPal a refund would show instantly. Well, I am forced to file that complaint with PayPal. DO NOT buy from these people. They will try and rip you off.

It’s a shame I couldn’t give them 0 stars. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!!!!! The total for my order doubled when I paid for expedited shipping, so that I could have it before Christmas. It’s Christmas day and my order still hasn’t shipped. They word things to beat you on a technicality. Definitely disputing the charges with PayPal. Unfortunately, I can’t give a review on the product, BECAUSE I STILL DON’T HAVE IT!!!

They deserve 0 stars! Rip-off thieving company!! I ordered 3 pairs of custom socks in mid-November as a sentimental gift for my daughter for Christmas. Several attempts with “customer service”, a single response (finally) asking me “from which site I placed order on”. I responded. Then SEVERAL more attempts to find out the status of my order with ZERO response since. Infuriating!!

First, I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas two weeks in advanced. I was told processing would take, at most, 5 business days, and an additional 5 business days for shipping. While this was somewhat cutting a little close, I assumed this would be a decent amount of time. Given that it was also Christmas, I also assumed they would increase their effort by at least 1% to fulfill orders. I was wrong. Processing took 8 days, and got to the USPS facility two days ago and has sat there since with no updates. I acknowledge this is partly USPS failing to uphold their end, but if Soufeel didn't take 3 days longer than I was told to just make the necklace, the chance of me of the necklace right now would be far more likely. Absolutely awful, sloppy, incompetent business. Plus, the necklace was overpriced, but I could have easily dealt with that if I got it even slightly close to on-time.

I ordered personalized wrapping paper and stickers on December 3 for Christmas (through "CustomFaceStickers"), with express service which stated processing and delivery in 7-10 days. On Dec. 12, I received a shipping notice. Today, Dec.23, the only thing in the shipping system is Dec. 12 an electronic notice in Fremont CA. I'm on the east coast. There is no package in shipping anywhere. The company only responds with a canned note that if I ordered too late, it will be too late to receive for Christmas, otherwise, check the shipping number. I keep writing there is nothing in the shipping system after an electronic notice on Dec. 12, nothing physical. End of story. No wrapping paper, no stickers, no gift.

Make sure you plan in advance, and don't believe the shipping times they advertise. I ordered my item in early December to make sure there was enough time for it to arrive by Christmas. I decided to order it since they claimed it would take 5-7 days for production, then 5-7 days for shipping. I didn't receive notice that the item even was going into production until 10 days later, so I immediately tried to cancel my order before they started it. Now, they are telling me that I have to pay 30% of my order if I want to cancel. Go f*$%^ yourselves.

Ordered an engraved key chain on 12/6 and I was informed it would be delivered before Christmas. Today is 12/19 and it’s not getting shipped until 12/20. I’ve left msgs and sent emails, no response. The shipping date has been extended 3 times. When placing the order, I was advised it was going to take 3 to 5 days to for them in production, which means, by now I should have what I paid for. I do not recommend this company, poor service, lack of communication and they don’t deserve any business from people. I can’t answer most of the rating questions because I haven’t received the product and they are not returning my calls or emails. I’m getting my bank involved so I can get my money back. I’ve cancelled the order as of today, just have a feeling they wont accept it. TERRIBLE Company.

Wish I could give no stars. This is a horrible company. Believe all the bad reviews you see on this company. Placed an orderb3 weeks ago, still say in production and keeps changing shipping dat with no explanation and will not refund my money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. BBB HAS THIS COMPANY RATED AS AN F. Please dont order from this company. Save yourself some heartache.
