Ordered giving bank details..thinking they take payment there and then...then get statement.. 3 days after delivery requesting payment..6 days after delivery. I was sending all the items back because they were really poor quality..and post office charged me £14 for the honour! Absolute joke...didn't know you had to pay return postage. Hence will.not buy from again unless buying a well.known name from them

Customer service is a complete and utter joke.. blatent lies Today they told me I had no right to tape the conversation between him and myself. Ten seconds after he told. Not asked that my phone call was being taped. His so called supervisor then proceeded to blatent lie he did not say it. Four times they have sent me the wrong item. ..it's not even close to being that item in colour or description...I'm disgusted by the poor service and the way the operator tried TO TELL me incorrect laws .. The Investigatory power act 2000 (RIPA). STATES..ITS NOT ILLEGAL TO TAPE A CONVERSATION .. THIS is my last ever order from a poor company..

I’m waiting for PPI from Studio since October and still not had it - I think the Company Is in FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY and am not holding out much hope here!!! Very very dodgy !!!!

Ordered some silver earrings for my partner s they were in stock in plenty of time for valentine's Day .never arrived contacted studio.was told waiting for stock from supplier 22/02/19.what a bunch of misfits, I cancelled my account I wouldn't use studio ever again.very poor service.

This is second time this company has not sent a payment slip or statement out they send leaflets with tat in I believe this is on purpose so they can add late payment charges lucky I had extra payment slip Avoid this company poor quality goods and terrible customer service

Customer service do not understand had to return an Xbox but had no returns address label , explained 3 times to customer service that Hermes will scan label and issue a receipt unless your dropping of where they have a printer. We actually know our Hermes guy and he does not carry labels or printer for collection just a scanner They would not rechdeule and said it was booked in and to hand write address and give to courier Courier never arrived but we know him and messaged him and he said he can’t collect without a label to scan as will not go through returns process. Called back again and same issue return arnraged (even though courier never came) Lost a days wages waiting and told he will come tomorrow so will need to take a day of again Have actually been on website and arranged a separate return on my day if for Monday and suprise suprise but website states need own printer for lable for collection

Poor quality item. I’ll fitting clothes. Chargeable returns Delivery charges. Should you over look your payment you won’t get a reminder just a £12 default sum. I wouldn’t bother with them. Poundland is better than this

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can rate this joke of a company. I ordered a table before Christmas and it was in poor condition once set up, I emailed studio and they offered a discount of £6.99. I decided to request a new one be sent in the hope it was just a one off. Whilst waiting for the new one to be delivered the current table was falling apart. I decided the send them both back when the new one arrived. I emailed studio who at the time were happy to collect both. I was told to allow 1 working day. The driver never turned up so I emailed again, I was advised this was re booked. Much like the first time the driver never came to collect, I have since forwarded this onto resolver after repeating this process a number of times. This has been going on for 6 weeks or so now, despite a number of advisors telling me this is booked in for collection. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company. The advisers are polite enough but that makes no difference if your request is not being dealt with. I have been assured this is being investigated and I am sure eventually they will realise all they need to do is collect these items.

To start my husband ordered a mobile phone on the 4, the website shows it was dispatched on the 7 and shows the following information : Parcel reference: 0856579315611634 Parcel despatched on 07/02/2019. The parcel will be delivered on or before 13/02/2019. Because we didn't receive the parcel we called and texted on Facebook page. On the Facebook chat from the moment I mentioned I wasn't happy with the service received they just stopped responding to my messages. The lady on the phone said to my husband that we will have to wait another 15 days and told us to track the parcel, however the tracking number is invalid... The costumer service is rubbish... Seriously... They lost the parcel and can't even tell us.. It's unacceptable....

I have been on to studio for about a week now trying to change the delivery address. AS it would be easy for them but no the item is still coming to my address. I noticed that the order has just been despacted today what are they doing its so simple to change a address. of course if they employed people who understand the english language it would help

Purchased a 8kg washing machine from studio, 7 months later it breaks down, I've had numerous amounts of attempted fixes from engineers. Parts ordered, parts delivered broken. Left without a fully working machine, I have a family of 5... Laundrette fees were mounting up. Emailed studio billions of times, I just wanted them to take the machine away, but nope if it was repairable than it was getting fixed. 8 weeks I was messed about, until they decided I could have it taken away and reorder another one, plus delivery charge, free of charge. I've complained to their complaints team, and I've been to the cab, as they are trying to charge me £34.99 on my account for something, no idea what. And also £16.80 interest. I've been through so much nonsense with these people they can not organize anything, or themselves. They are rude incompetent and should be shut down. I've now had to take it up with the financial ombudsman and I don't feel hopeful and the interest on my account each month is going to put me massively in debt until it's investigated. Nobody at studio seemed to care about my concerns. And Daewoo 0800 repair team phoneline manager was extremely rude when I asked who's responsible for the laundry fees, and she said it was my choice to go there. And I wouldn't get compensation. I have kids that need school uniforms, a partner that needs clean work clothes. Whilst this is all happening I'm still paying studio my installment plan. It's a joke DO NOT SHOP WITH Studio!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Wedding ring on December 18th 2018 still hadn't received it by January 11th 2019 so emailed customer service who told me Hermes received the parcel damaged and therefore could not deliver it. I asked for my account to be refunded for the price of the ring+postage so I can buy another ring but this has not happened. I have emailed customer services twice and telephoned customer services twice to be told I need to "be patient" I have been more than patient. My account is now accumulating interest on a balance I DO NOT owe and minimum payments are being requested for a balance I DO NOT owe! Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not a manager available, asked to be put through to the complaints department and was told it was not possible as they are busy! With such awful service I am not at all surprised the complaints team are busy!

Customer service is really bad on the phones, returns take a lifetime to processes so you have to pay for the item or get charged interest. Then you end up going into credit on your account once they have processed it and forced to spend it with them. So in fact you never get your money back on an item. Very poor accounting practices. They also re labelled an item and tried to palm it off as a better product very different to the Item pictured.Closing the account now..
