Hello we chose for my Daughter’s Birthday, a dolls house from studio.co.uk which advertised that it had 20 furniture pieces and 3 dolls. It not only said this in the product description but also photos of the product showed the furniture. Myself and Partner thought this was great for I think it was roughly £50. We opened it up tonight and the paper instructions show 8 pieces with 2 dolls included in the 8. There is no fridge dog mini dolls house 2 other beds bathroom sink crockery bedside table Bedside lamp. To put it bluntly my daughter is missing half her gift. I rang them up and said you are falsely advertising a product and I would like the rest of the items sent to me ASAP. My Mother rang up as it was her card used as she got it for my Daughter. They said they couldn’t help her as I now had the item in my possession. So I rang up and they said they can’t talk to me as my Mother hasn’t given authorisation!!!!! I said that she had etc and they said they won’t pass me onto a Manager and they have told me that’s not an option to get the missing pieces sent and in short just be happy with what I have. I again explained that I have purchased an item from them that was wrongly advertised and she said I can’t help you. Please could you advise what to do as I can’t send it back as they told me the box has gone out with the rubbish today and the dolls house is already put together. We have now gone back and forth over a week and I’ve now just received an email saying ‘I’m sorry your having problems with the storage box you ordered and that we can get you the missing items’ Well that’s the final straw with me…..they do not understand that the items will never arrive as the producer/maker of the product doesn’t make it

Studio have really gone downhill - they don't deserve even one star. Ordered 60 personalised Christmas cards on their website last month, arrived 7 days later with a mistake on them. Spoke to a member of their Customer Services team (with poor command of the English language) and after 20 minutes, agreed that a mistake had been made and arranged for them to be printed again and the faulty one collected by their courier company, Hermes. After another 7 days, a replacement pack of cards arrived (and the faulty ones were collected) - but the same mistake appeared on this new pack of cards. Another prolonged phone conversation with their Call Centre (the female who I spoke to "came clean" and admitted that Studio no longer deal with customer queries in the UK, all are directed to their centre in the Phillippines - hence the communication problem with their poor command of English). At least this employee understood my problem and promised that it would be sorted urgently and a third pack of cards would be delivered within 7 days. She also advised that Hermes would collect the second pack of faulty cards on either November 26 or 27. No sign of a Hermes courier calling to collect, so I emailed Studio on November 29 - their response "we will arrange collection within 7 days". OK, fair enough. The third pack of cards was delivered yesterday, Friday, December 3 and, thankfully, the Hermes courier was willing to take back the second pack of cards. However, when I opened up this third box of cards, the very same mistake had been made again. Unbelievable! I will never order goods again from Studio and, despite the fact that, in previous years, I have not had problems when placing orders, this latest saga indicates to me that outsourcing your company call centre is not a good idea. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE AVOIDS ORDERING GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful, customer service is terrible, no one seems to read your emails properly and understand anything. I ordered something using the pay now option my money was taken and nothing was ever sent to me I never even received an email after 30 emails back and forth they still don’t understand the situation?!

Please, please, please! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed an order for a monitor, waited 3 weeks and it was still not dispatched. So after countless calls of them lying to me and saying it was in stock and would be shipped on this and that date. I ended up getting frustrated and cancelled the order only to place an order for a different monitor. I Placed the one order and was told it would be on a 6months 0% interest plan. Have checked my account and seen that it was not placed on a plan and are now expecting me to pay straight away. I asked if it could be placed on the plan and they have now told me that I have to send it back and re order the product. So upon trying to return the item, the delivery man turned up and said he was from express gifts. Naturally I assumed he was dodgy as I was returning my £350 monitor to studio and not “express gifts”. I feel like they should have told me that was the collection name. So now I have booked another collection, the man arrived and said that he needed a returns label and form, which they did not tell me about nor supply me with. So I booked a 3rd collection, I wasn’t told when they would be arriving but managed to get it shipped back with the returns label. Guess what? They collected it from my house and shipped it to my house. Brilliant! So now I have to book a 4th collection, they didn’t send me the returns label again. So I could not send it back this time. So on the 5th booking, I have now been waiting for over a week to return the item whilst they have been charging money to my account and destroying my credit. rEaLLy GrEaT cOmPanY!? WoUlD DeFinitely RrreCcommmmend 02£:?/ Ahahahahahahahahaha

My parcel was lost ,and I had to wait 30 days for an investigation ,still waiting !! They do not ring or contact me ,I've rang twice to be told they will be in touch after 30 mins kept waiting , NOT GOOD enough !!!

I made a purchase Of £70.94 and they Took the money Out Twice from My account and had to Wait atleast 15 days for the refund back into my account

Nope Nope Nope!! Do not use. Delieved a faulty item in February 2021. Took me several e-mails, phone calls and instagram messages to get them to collect (they wouldn't replace) and they wouldn't refund until they had collected. 2 months later, I contacted my bank for the refund, which I got and then 2 days later Studio arranged for Hermes to collect my broken item. It is now Nov 2021 and Studio have contacted me telling me that I owe them money. No, I do not. They are unable to trace the delivery...this is hardly surprisingly seeing as it took them 2 months to organise. I have sent them proof of collection, evidence of the chain of e-mails and instagram conversation in the hope they finally leave me alone. Incompetent company, not worth the time and I will avoid at all costs. 'Sorry you had a bad experience' yes....well learn how to do your job properly and stop harassing people unnecessarily.

I ordered a chromebook which came on the 8th November it wasn’t working properly so arranged return on 9th November. I purchased it on buy now pay 6 months later . On the 16th November Hermes collected it . On the 22nd I had my monthly statement which included £18 for the chromebook?! I asked why I had to pay this when it’s buy now pay 6 months was told still need to pay something . And was told they received chrome book back on 19th . I commented on their fb post yesterday saying still not been refunded . Had a call today saying they’ve not received it back ! Said they’ll refer it to a different department which could take an additional 7 days I demanded to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes was finally told one would call me in an hour! This was 3 hours ago. and if you ask them something they don’t want to answer they say the line is not good! £310 I’m owed by STUDIO do not order from them

Ordered Christmas pyjamas end of October for the children, delayed twice and now cancelled so close to Christmas. Have had a nightmare now trying to find some elsewhere, they advertise cheap prices but can’t deliver I won’t shop with studio again!

Won my business with a keen price, took my order on their website showing item in stock and took the money, then sent an email the next day saying now out of stock. Not to be trusted if you need a present for Xmas and don’t want to be let down, as the item may have sold out with their competitors in the meantime. Probably worth spending a little bit more with an established supplier/company.

Order taken at end of October. Nothing delivered despite e-mail promise for 28 November. On enquire from customer service was told date would now be 29 December. Useless for Christmas present.

Ordered items on the 15th of nov, parcel Was meant to be delivered by the 24th called studio 3 times tracking wasn’t being updated dust said for 8 days the parcel was delayed and would be delivered the following day. Very incompetent staff who refused to cancel/refund even though my order is lost by Hermes! Absolute joke of a company! Made a complaint was told a manager would call me in 20 mins never heard a thing!

Cancelled my order on 23rd October still have not had a refund keep getting replies saying its with the correct department 6 weeks later still no refund and no reply from complaint absolutely appauling customer service do not use this company

I have been trying to return a damaged received Christmas tree for the last 3 weeks every time I call up customer services all I get is an apology and they say your collection has been booked.

Xmas order of 5 pairs of Elf pyjamas ( Mummy, Daddy and 3 kids) beginning of October, 3 pair arrived after 5 weeks however, 2 pairs still not arrived and now I have just had an email telling me they are going to cancel my remaining order!! How incentive. Because of Studio cancelling my order!!! I have no option but to go and try to get some Christmas pyjamas in stores. I try to buy my children and grandchildren’s gifts on line, I have had both vaccines and booster but at my age I’m still vulnerable.

Terrible service. I ordered my items well over 10 days ago, with a delivery time of up to 10 days. The item finally arrived both boxes were damaged and had been ripped open and my items inside were damaged. I have looked all over the Studio site for a contact number and couldn't find one, I found one on google instead. I was informed that they have 14 days to collect the damaged item, although unable to tell me when somebody will be collecting the item. I spent over an hour on a premium rate number trying to explain that I was not at that address in those 14 days and can I request a collection for when I will be there, they are unable to do this, so I am left with a damaged item. A terrible returns service and what sort of company sends out damaged goods? I have other goods which I am still waiting for from Studio after their 10 day delivery time. I hope they do not arrive damaged, I will be very upset if they do.

Well where do i start I ordered my item 7th Nov should have been delivered 12th still no delivery by that evening, so got straight on to the phone to studio, well the staff there are unbelievably incompetent and sooooo rude..... I've never had such bad customer service, since the 12th dec I have been trying to get this resolved, and all they do is fob me off, this was a birthday gift so disappointed, but I am in touch with financial ombudsmen and citizen advice

Disgusting service from Studio, I placed an order at the beginning of November. They haven't fulfilled the order and won't acknowledge an order cancellation and refund. Don't use them they shouldn't be allowed to trade, read the comments below they're committing fraud.

I ordered some gift wrap at the end of October and never received as it went missing from their couriers Hermes.i have requested a refund as Studio are aware it is missing but they now say they have to investigate and will send me a claims form. I just want my money back so I can reorder from a good company. Don't use these as they are a shower of s__t
