Ordered a iPhone for my daughters 18th. Ordered on line and rang company to confirm that it would be delivered in time. Everything fine they said 5 days before her birthday email arrived saying not in stock didn't know when they would get it. Rang to ask when I could get refund. Couldn't tell me. Now I have received a credit note which is no good to me as I need a phone for her birthday on Saturday. Leaving me £729 out of pocket and a very upset daughter on her 18th. It was a lot of money and I'd saved a long time been a single mother. so I could get her what she wanted for her 18th. I did think twice about buying from them, and wish I hadn't. Customer service is a joke as all they do is read from a script and put the phone down on you if they can't answer. Disgusting firm.

Wish I could give a 0.. disgraceful company.. complaints procedure is non existent.. want a refund? No way will you ever get it.. I’m taking my complaint to the ombudsman’s bloody bbc watchdog if I have to! Furniture quality is disgraceful and customer service an absolute joke Ordered little items with them for years but after the last few days with them they can go away forever

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered a runner for hall on 4th September, still not with me by 24th september so emailed asking for order to be cancelled. Advised by Imelda Manalo from customer service department that it would be with me by 16th October- thought I'd waited this long may as well wait a couple more weeks! Checked my bank account this morning and noticed credit from studio.co.uk. I then checked my studio account where I noticed the order had been cancelled on 12th October without so much as a phone call or email. Really bad customer service. Why not just tell me on 24th september they couldn't fulfil order and I would of ordered elsewhere!!

I feel like it's my responsibility to inform people of the problems and anguish caused by buying from this company. I have been a loyal customer for years, yeah there has a been a few mistakes, broken items, missed deliveries etc but my last order is the last ever order I will be placing. I bought a bed, mattress and duvet set all at the same time and have a delivery time of 5-10 days for all items. Bed comes in 8ish days, but the matress doesn't come for a further 2 weeks! Despite this I start putting everything together, first thing I find is a massive whole in the headboard (probably delivery company) but when I ring studio, I have to add another bed to my account to get one delivered to me. This bed takes a further 2 weeks to arrive! Bearing in mind I still don't have the duvet set after all this time, I ring them about this, turns out they forgot to tell me there's none in stock! I cancel that order and raise an official complaint, not that there was any point, they have ignored all my messages and calls, send me letters saying they need more time, but funny how they have now sent me a letter saying they think that my curcumstances have changed, so they're putting my APR up!! Obviously nothing has changed, in fact it's got better, So it must be because I made a complaint. All I can say is that there is a reason why their items are cheap, you definitely get what you pay for.

I have been a customer for over 22 years, small mainly at Christmas shopper. I owe a massive £54 but have been considered 'a risk'!! I have been told my interest is going up to nearly 50%!! I can refuse this but bullying tactics from Studio say if I do I will be blocked from buying anything else and I would have to re-apply for an account!! Well block away, I am totally disgusted in these tactics especially when there are so many struggling families out there who use Studio a lot, the interest charged is disgusting. The way they have treated a 22 year long customer is plain rude!

I wish you could give them 0 stars but that's not possible. First of all their contact centre staff are useless. This is coming from someone who has worked in a call centre for over 12 years. They sound completely scripted, are clearly not based in the UK and have a limited grasp of English. Anyway onto my review... I ordered a Vivofit smartwatch for my son and paid for it outright. I then received an email a few weeks later to say there was a delay as they are out of stock (you'll read that a lot here) and thought nothing of it. Another week or so goes by and I find an identical product £10 cheaper elsewhere so of course I buy it (which I received in 3 days from Amazon!) and called Studio at 13p per minute to cancel my order. I was told by the girl on the phone that she would "pass the details to the relevant team" which raised red flags because in a call centre world that normally means either "I don't know what to do and nothing will be done" or "I might do it if I can be bothered". I left it at that under the impression I would receive an email confirming my cancellation and the funds back in my bank within a week. Fast forward to today, a week after ringing them to cancel and I get an email saying.... my item has been dispatched! I ring them up to complain about this and was told there wasn't enough time to stop it from being dispatched from the supplier.... NOT ENOUGH TIME?! A WEEK?! Oh don't worry, they said. All I have to do is wait (up to 4 working days) to receive the item, ring them back when I get it (at 13p per minute) and then they'll arrange for someone to collect it for FREE!! (which will be a further waste of my time!). I then need to wait for them to receive the item, process the return and THEN my refund will be started which will take up to another week to clear though the bank! I have now sent an email asking for a formal complaint to be raised, for a copy of their complaints process and for my account on their system to be reviewed to check the incompetence of their staff. SHOP ELSEWHERE, DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE'VE ALL MADE

Clothes are nowhere near the size that they should be and their returns process is dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous when it comes to returns or anyone being able to help you on the phone. Charges 13p per minute , understand very little English which takes twice as long and then leave you waiting on hold. Absolute waste of time as getting them to understand anything slightly complex is left with silence on the other end of the call. If you can buy it anywhere else then do so as most of the items are not worth the money anyway and tend to be very cheaply made.

Ordered 2 x 2 seater sofas in August. Stated all in stock, delivery within 10 days. 2 weeks later I phone customer service and told they don't have the stock and to wait 28 days. Spoke to someone via the Facebook page, who said they would be dispatched on 30th September and I would receive in 5 days. They weren't. Spoke to customer service today to be told they have no stock ( yet still says in stock on the website NOT low stock, it has in stock and delivery after 14th October) though I've been told today that they don't have a date for more stock. Never ordered from Studio before, never known anything like it over buying furniture. I specifically ordered them because of the 10 days fast delivery as they are urgent. Why are you selling items that you don't have and don't appear to even be able to get hold of. Why are they still on the website? I paid £120 credit onto my new account to cover the credit account shortfall. So if I cancel the order, I have a feeling I'm going to have a nightmare getting my £120 back. I'm so angry. You need to remove products from your website if you don't have the stock.

I would not even give a star at all. Interest is so high and it feels like i am not getting anywhere with paying my balance off. I am with everyone else on this one. I had an email from them saying that the interest rate was going to increase. When i have never missed a payment. You can opt out of this but you arent allowwed to order anything else and when you have paid your balance off your account will ne closed. I said to them that was fine by me because i will not be wanting to order from them again!! Disgusting.

My current order of a Google Pixel 3 was placed on the 4th of September, at this point, 24 days ago. I first waited the 10 days stated on the description and called to see what the delay was for. No one was able to tell me why there was a delay and that ‘due to the product coming from a supplier there is a short delay’. I got this for 2 weeks straight. After 2 weeks I managed to get someone to tell me when the next delivery to the warehouse of this item would be and that was put down to the 23rd September, leaving 5 days for the item to be delivered from this point. I’ve just called again, ‘we are sorry about the short delay, due to high demands of this product, we have a new delivery date to the warehouse of the 3rd October, to be expected to be delivered by the 8th. Why, on the 4th of September when they knew there wasn’t enough stock to cover the orders were more ordered? Why is it taking a month (if not more) for something to be delivered. Are they waiting for brexit or what? What an absolute joke.

Ordered kitchen floor mats with in 3 weeks they fell apart. Not a busy kitchen as only 2 of us live here. Very disappointing and waste of money.

Increase in interest rates as I am a bad risk. Really??? I have always paid above the minimum payment. Account now cleared and I will never order from you again. Shocking way to treat long standing customers. Reading other reviews you have done this to other customers as well.

Absolutely appalling! Ordered wallpaper in March which I never received. I sent complaint after complaint, made call after call and 7 months later they still haven't credited me! Even after telling me they would stop any interest being charged, they still charged me and had the cheek to charge me a late fee when I refused to pay for goods I did not receive. The items were tracked so they know I have not had them but still done nothing! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Where to start id say i was a decent loyal customer, but then started experiencing a few issues with online account payment service and automated service which resulted in further issues numerous calls to receive demanding txts calls an a few letters all my payments have been made but studios responce is that all my payments for the past 3 months are missing. Confusing as sin, iv now been told my account is being passed to a collecting agency an a default will be made against my credit file. Never in the past have i felt so insulted an belittled by a company that simply doesnt care. This issue is currently being taken further. Angry customer who wont use again once account is rectified. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Really unhappy customer with no plausible reason I have had the interest on my account increased to an unacceptable amount and also the credit limit has also been increased I have been a good customer for several years never missing a payment and always paying above the minimum payment due account will be getting closed ASAP can’t belive you our saying good bye to so many customers through greed!!! I will be looking into the legalities and speaking with Martin Lewis money saving expert on this as it seems really unfair to move the goal post with out reason !

I would AVOID this company at all costs!!! I have been a fabulous customer for a few years never missed a payment ALWAYS paid on time and above the minimum payment and like others have said on here they have increased the interest on the account and unbelievably increased the credit limit too! As others have said I won’t be shopping again with studio will be paying off the account and going elsewhere ! This company looks like they could be in trouble if they can afford to lose so many good paying customers as it seems they have done it to lots of there customers! I am financially stable and have never had this before with any of my creditors alarm bells are ringing with me with this company!!!
