So I orded off studio. In September 2018 I orded some personalised elf’s for the Xmas tree an a bag!! Delivery wasn’t an issue as this was for Christmas!! So it’s jan 2019 I have looked at my bank statement and £15 a month has been takin out my bank since September!! This was through studio buying on line!!! I apparently have clicked a button for compleat savings membership somethin that I did not want!!! I’m a single mum and provide for my children alone on a part time wage!! Hence me buying in advance!!! For them to be taking £15 and giving my bank details to someone else is completely disgusting!!! Please warn your friends an family!! As they coned me for 5 months!!! £75 money that I don’t have!!!! Check your bank statements is £15 exact and comes up with a free phone number!! Please be aware don’t buy off the studio!!!

Worst mistake trying to place a order with studio after nearly 6 weeks nothing arrived so messaged them they reordered the wrong items then expected payment disgusting customer service AVOID

If I could give them no zeros that would certainly be the case! Having ordered a 4 pieces bedroom furniture set 10 days ago it has been delivered today. The pack was supposed to of included 2 bedside cabinets, 3 door wardrobe and a set draws - All in oak. What arrived instead was a sliding, grey wardrobe, No bedside cabinets, 1 set of draws and box full of random bits of wood - Which wouldn't of built anything given the shapes and sizes of them. I then contacted customer services, Which is offshore so the lady didn't understand my full complaint, For it then to be esculated to a UK based contact centre for them to tell me it would take 14 days for someone to pick up the parcels to take them back!!! So instead of this they said 'they would contact the courier company and hopefully get it collected by Friday' Never known a company to constantly get orders always wrong!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Company is set up to trap low income consumers into debt. By offering you credit at one rate, and then increasing your spending limit, to encourage you to spend thinking interest rate is manageable. They they hit you with a 19% interest rate rise per month!!!! On top of what you pay already, with hidden charges such as late payment fees which are £12 plus interest on top of late fees. Everything this company does is to trap consumers and maximize profit. When you complain or ask for your credit agreement, studio will ignore you, and will refuse to freeze interest while they investigate. They will drag out the complaint for months and months and months, in order to keep claiming interest, and even when you complain to the ombudsman, they will require you make a payment plan outside your credit agreement, instead of actually honoring their original credit agreements. They lie, manipulate, and have usurious practices. I would advice everyone with this company to request there credit agreement, and account information under the LEGAL SARS request, you can find a template online google. Look at all monies you have paid, and the invoices and add up charges, and compare with your credit agreement. Also if they deny you your account information outside of 8 weeks, which they will do, complain to the ombudsman and Information commissioner. With enough complaints, about how this company treat its customers, it will come be held accountable.

I spent £46.51 and paid £40 00.a week before payment was due then on next statement I still owed £8.08 not £6.51 so where did extra money come from.A absolute disgrace .hidden extras the catalogue will go straight in the bin.stuff I bought was no good after wash so still paying for load of rubbish

Iv always liked shopping with studio that was until before Christmas where I ordered quite a few things which where either damaged didn't arrive & had the wrong personalized name. After sending back the wrong or damaged items there now charging me for them items & the items I never received on top of that adding late payments. I will not use them again!!

Avoid This company needs to be shut down, I have ordered once and it was fine after spending over 400 in a month or so..this is where the problems began! I paid straight away online for items for my daughter for Christmas and was in stock when i ordered, time was going on and I didn't receive anything to my surprise, it had money available to spend I wouldn't have known this if I didn't go on the account to track items, I ordered my daughter a personalised puzzle to be told it was no longer in stock so I called to complain this was 4 items I paid for in stock wasn't actually in stock.. livid I was.. Then knock on the door 4 days later yes middle of December I received a personalised puzzle...to a male name not my daughter's name, well this made me angry some poor child with this name now doesn't have one maybe he got my daughter's name! So I went on to customer services yet again! To be told I will be given my money back I offered to send back the puzzle with the male name they said i can't return it why? Huh. I have been waiting since the 7th December for a refund of a few items and all I keep being told even tonight after speaking to a manager it is with another department awaiting for the refund to be done,I said I was disgusted and the manager told me the reason it's taking so long is because they have a lot of refunds to be done.. Wish I read all these reviews before even placing one order angry is a understatement!! Fuming... How can this company get away with all this???

Terrible customer service didn’t refund money they took out for unavailable item after a few weeks of me ringing weekly they done it the after I closed account sent me red letter demanding payment for money they owed me complete joke don’t touch them

Ordered a Christmas Tree during their black Friday deal Nov 25th it said delivery within 10 days. Hermes sent a notification on day 3 of ordering, they had the tree and aimed to deliver in 48 hrs. No tree arrived. Called Studio they told me to wait until Dec 11th then file lost item report. Ive emailed numerous times for refund and they are refusing to refund and just respond with it was sent to Hermes.

Ordered a battery powered ride on on the 28th October, to put away for my 3 year old for Christmas. Opened it at christmas and the lights and sound didn't work. Contacted customer services today, whom said they would arrange to collect the faulty item. I asked if they would send out a replacement, I was blatantly told no, I would have to reorder it and they would issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the faulty item!! I was told it was out of the 28 day period, but surely at christmas time they would extend this, clearly not!!! Terrible service considering it was for a 3 year old from Santa. No Christmas spirit with studio!!!!

Dont order from this rubbish company!! Ordered a Christmas present 2 weeks ago they said it would be here before Christmas but its not!!! Absolutely appalling. Angry is a understatement

absolutely shocking company my mam died over 11 yrs ago i’ve lost count the amount of times i have rang and emailed to stop sending a catalouge to mams address, dad even placed a order for something after mam death which he received when i rang again to complain they said he could not order anything on the account as it was in mam name but he ordered a item and received it in my mams name.i had to send a death cert in at the finish and asked for its return as it cost me £10, never got returned even thought i supplied a stamped address envelope now i get another letter (11yrs later as my dad is now dying )to say they owe mam £2,25 refund for insurance she did not ask for for a delivery the want death,marriage and mams bank account the get the refund. how the hell shes dead no bank account what a shocking company preying on elderly people selling over price tat(check ebay most is half the price) and placing the catalogue in elderly people’s magazines discusting company please never use them as it’s very upsetting when people you love die and they still keep sending stuff out i complained two weeks ago via resolver and we are still getting post from studio PLEASE PEOPLE TAKE NOTE

If i could give them a zero star I would, sent me a despatch of order email and tracking number with Hermes then 2 days later another email saying order cancelled no stock how does that work if my order was ment to be despatched... now 5 days from Xmas and I am without what I needed. Not the first time either many times it says order complete online then the next day you get email and nothing is in stock, why can't it just be live stock count so you know if your getting it or not, this one hit the nail on the head and I will never shop with them again after been a customer for many years this year the service is terrible, how they can despatch an order then 2 days later take it back and say no stock. Joke of a company stay away and use a propa company

I have been a customerof studio for a number of years. but. my recent experience of hermes delivery has put me off shopping with them again. i was out when the first delivery of my order arrived. Ihad put a note on my front door where any parcels could be left. this was totally ignored. slip stated redeliver at the weekend. I stayed in all day . no parcel. if I hadnt check the parcel tracker yesterday, I would never have known they failed to deliver . which is odd,as the time on the notice I was at home. redeliver today.I had to go out today so did the same and left a note to leave parcel. usually with a neighbour. slip in the letterbox when I got home returned to sender couldnt be left. couldnt get the advisor when i phoned STUDIO to understand what had happened. said items where still on the system for delivery. but did get them to cancel redelivery when they get the items back. all in all frustrating

Order acknowledgement received and told 5-10 days for delivery. When ringing to find out where my order is after 15 days, a rude and unhelpful staff member said my order was never processed. Couldn't really explain why, no email explaining this was ever received and I was still none the wiser what had happened to my order after 10 expensive minutes on the phone other then it definitely wouldn't be arriving for Christmas. Asked for a full refund and I better receive one. Don't waste your time.

I havent had anything bad from Studio kind and helpful friendly staff apart from a phone ordered for Christmas this year no phone arrived after ordering it 5 weeks ago rang and spoke to them hopefully it will in arrive in time for Christmas if not I will not be pleased. I will probably cancel my account.

Made my first order with studio. Hermes said they had delivered my parcel when in fact they hadn't.. so had the hassle of calling studio to report lost parcel. They 're did my order but the original parcel turned up. Called studio to cancel the duplicate order but they would not cancel it.. despite it not even been despatched. Then found out to return I'd would have to pay postage costs. So I just refused to the delivery when Hermes turned up. All well and good until you need to return something. So I won't be shopping with them again
