I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, The website said I had to wait for delivery and then return which seems crazy so soon after i had placed the order.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND UPSET! YOUR INADEQUATE TEAM HAS RUINED MY MUMS 70TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT! I COULDN'T OPEN THE CELLOPHANE, TO CHECK THE BOTTLE, BECAUSE IT WAS FOR MY MUM! HOW CAN YOU ENSURE BY EMAIL THE ENGRAVING? WHICH TEAM MEMBER DID THIS ON PURPOSE???? DID THEY READ THE NAME AND THOUGHT "WE WILL JUST NOT ENGRAVE THE BOTTLE BECAUSE IT'S AN ASIAN NAME????" UNBELIEVABLE!! IS THIS COMPANY RACIST? I CAN'T THINK WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN UNLESS YOU HAD STEVIE WONDER WORKING ON THE SHIFT??? WOULD THERE BE ANY MISTAKES IF MY MOTHER'S NAME WAS CAROL? THIS PRESENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIAL! MY POOR MUM DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS LOOKING FOR! I COULDN'T BE THERE TODAY ON MY MUMS SPECIAL DAY FOR PERSONAL REASONS AND YOUR COMPANY HAS TOTALLY SCREWED (THAT'S A POLITE WORD TO USE TO REPLACE AN OBSCENE WORD I WOULD SAY IN PERSON ) UP!!! I WANT THIS COMPANY TO CALL ME FIRST THING ON MONDAY. SEND A COURIER TO MY MUMS ADDRESS TO PICK UP THIS RUBBISH AND ALSO AT THE SAME TIME SEND MY PRODUCT THAT I PAYED FOR ENGRAVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO PLEASANTRIES FOR WHAT THIS COMPANY HAS DONE! I WILL ENSURE I WILL BE POSTING REVIEWS ON EVERY WEBSITE I KNOW AND I AM ALSO A BLOGGER! I ALSO WANT DETAILS OF THE TRACKING NUMBER AND IT BETTER BE NEXT DAY DELIVERY! IT'S AN £80 BOTTLE!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH AN INCOMPETENT COMPANY! NO AMOUNT OF APOLOGIES WILL MAKE THIS BETTER, AS WHO EVER DEALT WITH THIS ORDER CAN SEE THIS BOTTLE WAS SPECIAL! UNLESS THEY WERE ILLITERATE??? FIND THE STAFF MEMBER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE! I ordered with Parfume Shop in November...Still not received .l have sent plenty e mails to Costumers Service after 3 weeks reply , that DX delivery service couldn't find my property (very funny).Since then no reply , no refound (l have asked many times).Costumers Service is the worst l have seen ever .Don't buy , if you don't want to loose your money , please .
