If I could put minus I'd! Never used their services yet they keep sending their newsletters...I have unsubscribed countless times over years, spoken to customer service via emails and chats. every time they say it's all solved and then emails keep coming. change your service provider for newsletters if it doesn't work.

No one checks the items properly but you are forced to send them to be checked and thrown pay for it. It really is a shocking website and I wish there was an alternative. Bought this Hermes bracelet marketed at 6,5cm. I received it after it had been “checked” by the Vestiaire team only to find it was 7cm. I sent it back and they still confirmed it was 6,5cm. I have many Hermes bracelets so I know what 6,5cm is. Anyway after complaining they refused to give me any refund still insisting it was 6,5cm. Total crooks. So upsetting

App not working properly - Trying to reach customers support according to instructions multiple times. Nobody is responding, there no way to reach customers service. Terrible apps and company.

So I sold a coat from wool with a rabbit fur fringe around the hood, Vestiaire asks you to list the main material of your item, I listed it as wool as that is what the coat is made from and in the description mentioned that the hood has a rabbit fur trim, clear isn't it? Somebody buys it, I have to send it to Vestiaire and they reject it as apparently the item isn't exportable (is there a ban on rabbit fur or what?) screenshot added. This company is a total and utter joke. I had some good buys and sales, but that was mainly because the buyer or the seller were honest and helpful, if you do need help from VC, you are on your own. They use the cheapest shipping and it shows, all the time items get lost and you then wait for weeks until you get paid, they expect you to send your sensitive documents via email, not even an upload on a secure website but emails that can be intercepted and apparently they haven't watched the TV ads where the police warns people to send anything that can cause identity theft via email....

They sold me a fake Chanel bag for thousands. I only found out because 6 months after I bought it I sent it to Chanel to fix the clasp. It’s fake. No response from anyone at Vestiaire. Scam scam scam.

Hello ??? Hello Sold my sneakers brand new never use via vestiaire to romania regret had thought before to never sell to this country but I gave a chance thought that everyone is not a cheater after 24 the buyer reports a mistake contacting their customer service got 2 giant bad photo completely different shoes under wrong color wrong on the back of the brand that I have sold he has changed shoes fake photos and managed their so-called experts approve return without contacting me I send photo that I had taken before the shoes were sent with the buyer's shipping note and in the package completely new no errors how could they approve this them do not compare the pictures in my opinion are they amateurs and get answers that o we apologize when you get the shoes if it is not the same shoes contact us and send the shoes to us and our experts - ( amateurs) can check this I have contacted the fraudster and have written to hope that it is the same shoes he has sent otherwise even Vestiaire will be sued. have lots of evidence but these amateurs need to take both evidence and check before they do anything.

Horrendous customer service, do not buy something and try to return it because it is not allowed. Don't buy something and try to cancel it either because they won't help you. Communication between buyer and seller is scarce and that is a red flag in itself.

I was looking for a specific bag and stumbled upon this website, as I have previously heard about this company I didn't research much before making a purchase. It took the seller nearly one week to send off the bag so while waiting I got really worried as there aren't any options for cancelling the order! And all the one-star reviews gave me anxiety. Maybe I was lucky, the bag was sent through DHL, nicely packed and authenticated, I am actually quite happy with the item. However looking at everyone's reviews and situations, I probably would think twice before selling some of my bags through this platform.

BE AWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They charge you import duties but they don't actually pay any taxes. So DHL will ask you to pay again for import taxes to deliver your item. Of course, you can say that you refuse but then Vestiaire Collective will NOT refund you and they will keep your item until you pay again for shipping and import taxes (remember, they actually don't pay any taxes but they scam you). When you confront them, they say it is what it is. Stay away from vestiairecollective.com.

Ordered an item that was over 500$. The item was lost by the carrier and Vestiaire “investigated” and won’t issue a refund despite the fact they know the item was lost. They told me I was on my own and had to file a dispute myself. Shipping companies won’t let the buyer file, they want the seller to file.

It is their ridiculous spam again, they do not test their system on different operating systems, they only want you to use the app, where they can track you everywhere, it seriously is like a virus, so as usual when I try to confirm my items, it doesn't work, I try to point out it is a problem for people with an iPad, and I get the total spam from them that shows that "Pinky A" doesn't even read the mail. I copy and paste the exchange below, they must have recruited their customer service from the zoo! I tried the chat, don't even get me started, the person there told me to give him the item numbers, well I can't see them, he does not know of any email or confirming items, that guy works for VC! If I log in then click on the link on my desktop, I do not even see the items you want me to confirm, it opens up the site where I can list a new item. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE MY ITEMS DELISTED BUT YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONFIRM!

I had two orders of brand new prada bag for 2800eu and second hand LV bag multi pochette. The buyer ordered with authentication. I sent the bags in perfect condition. They rejected the bags as their "auth exerts" couldn't accept the bags without bill lol I paid to them to return my bags and i got them in this condition! They have only customer support that sends you templates over and over again… you cant contact any manager to resolve the situation. Shame! Their exerts should burn their diplomas if they cant spot if the bags are real or fake without bills of purchase…

Not to be trusted. I sent a pair of fake Valentino pumps to them to be authenticated and they confirmed they were genuine and were happy for them to be listed for sale. I will now never purchase anything there as they clearly have no clue how to properly authenticate designer items.

2nd time in a month that I dropped an item off at the drop off point and it disappears, this time despite having a receipt and sending it to Vestiaire, it doesn't even show up, I contacted FedEx, who sent me to the drop off shop to check there, the drop off shop said it has been collected on the 17th on the 22nd nothing on the FedEx system, obviously on Vestiaire it has not been updated. They first tell me to be patient, then give me the usual lies about how "unusual this situation is" and their "expert team" will check, so several hundred worth of items gone within a month, I have all the receipts but there is no trace of the items? On my account it impacts negatively as their "help service" apparently isn't interested. What a joke! I upload the receipt and screen shots! This is beyond the pale
