I was sent the wrong dress, honest mistake by the seller. Vestiaire refused to send me a return label (to this day, 3 days later) although the seller acknowledged the mistake. I was visiting the UK for a wedding, not only I ended up with no dress, I had to leave the country with the wrong one because Vestiaire was unable to give me a solution. So far they have not refunded me or told me anything but that they are investigating. Avoid at all cost. In Vinted if this happens, in 3 minutes you can print your return label.

I purchased a tennis dress and paid extra for it to be delivered to my home. As it happens, I was home all day when the alleged delivery was attempted and certainly no delivery service turned up. My CCTV confirmed this. I was told to collect the item from a collection point which is 40 minutes from my home. I then contacted the seller, the delivery company and Vestiaire. The chat box assistance was disgraceful. A £15 voucher was offered (and refused) to be used against a future purchase. I was told point blank that no refund would be given despite me paying for a service which was non-existent. It is impossible to email the company using their site. The chat box remains unanswered. I will never use them again. I had to pay for a taxi to take me to the collection site. Appalling.

Bought Bottega Veneta sandals. Vestiare customer service does not have capacity to see messages between buyer and seller, and you cannot leave feedback to warn other sellers of no communication WITH THIS SELLER, and NOT SHIPPED AFTER 7 DAY TIME LIMIT! Although after many messages to seller requesting to ship they finally responded once saying they were shipping. Never shipped!! This company does not support the buyer whatsoever!!!! Sellers can sell at higher price to other buyers on a different platform, and leave someone who's an honest buyer, hanging!

I sold several items on Vestiaire Collective, the problem is that, even if all my info for get paid are correct, there’s an issue to get the payments. I wrote to them several times, just copy and paste replies, no help. They sold my items and kept the money. This is the biggest scam app ever! I want justice. This is so unfair! Please, let’s stop them.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, the package hasn’t been delivered and it seems to be lost. So far, the only thing VC has done is sending “we are still working on your issue” without solution. As of today, I’ve requested to receive my money back as the package is clearly lost. VC has refused to do so, stating that once an order has been placed it can’t be cancel. Hence, if they lose the package, I lose the money. This company is a scam. Keep yourself away from them.

Been loyal customer for many years I’ve bought many items and sold. I never completed sale elsewhere In attempt to explain to brand new seller that I cannot share certain details. My messages got banned and hers did not. It’s always good to check legitimate items and asking to know brand new sellers is nothing wrong if I am not buying this from her elsewhere. Which I also tried to send offer to seller to complete sale but I can’t as I am banned . This was not worth the effort. They won’t review or reconsider situation. lost a customer that enjoys buying and selling. The visual inspection of authentification is not enough given how many super fakes there are.

Bad people, bad service! Don't use it! I bought a pair of pumps which were supposed to be under excellent conditions and I received them very used, with a half rubber sole added by the vendor. Asked VC to return them, they refused!

VERY DODGY COMPANY. First time customer (yes - I should have checked the reviews first!!!) Made expensive purchase almost $4k worth. Immediately after purchasing, they "deactivated/shut down" my account. After 1.5 weeks of hassling them for an answer why to this ABSURD behaviour, apparently I'm chatting outside. WTAF?? Never happened. Ludicrous. No evidence of this when I asked them to show. I'm very aware of scammers and am vigilant of not discussing anything outside of the companies chat systems. I'm not stupid. When asked for evidence of this, nothing, absolutely nothing. I had a 15% voucher to use too but of course I can't use it because my account is shut down and it's not reversible and "sorry for the inconvenience". I hope my items arrive!! Disgraceful. No customer service despite "being available 24/7. No resolvement after 1.5 weeks.

I still feel heart broken writing this. I was manipulated and conned by a scammer I met on tinder. I still don’t understand how he got me to send her $880,000. I still feel really dumb. I am here to share to everyone that reads this that the world did not end for me as I was introduced me to CONTACTZATTECHRECOVERY @ GMAIL COM . These guys recovered all my money lost to this scammer and also assisted the authorities in prosecuting the scammer. Justice was done. Don’t give up if you have been in my situation contact them now and get not only your money back but also justice.

This site has scammed me out of a pair of Chanel cloth sneakers. I sold a pair of shoes on the site and never received payment. They kept sending a useless receipt saying they've sent payment to my account but it has no name of bank payment was sent from nor a tracking number. My bank has guaranteed me theres no payment awaiting from Vestiaire Collective. A Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed by me.

WARNING; Despite the item being ‘authenticated’ by Vestiaire, what arrived was not the same as what was advertised in the seller’s posting. And after 10days of trying to get any response from Vestiaire, nothing. BEWARE; if there is an issue with your item there is nothing you can do. Their ‘Contact Us,’ is an automated chat-bot. ADVICE; use EBay (where most to the products are also listed) and if there is an issue you can contact EBay and even….speak to someone. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Awful company. Made over $4000 in my first purchase. When I went to purchase again, my account was suddenly shut down after “being reported” by a seller when asking a question about a bag. No explanation. No reason. No reversal. Super super dodgy. Customer service not there, and only “apologisies for the inconvenience “. DO NOT USE!!!!

Awful algorithms. Their pricing suggestions are ludicrious. I listed a Jean Patou hat in great condition which cost over £300 just 2 years ago and the Vestiaire suggested I sell it for £28 I tried to list a vintage necklace and I had proof of purchase and serial number but because the hallmark had faded owing to be being vintage, they said it couldn't be verified. This company has gone right down the toilet. Avoid.

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with Vestiaire Collective. From the moment I signed up, I encountered significant issues that reflect poorly on their customer service and overall management. Despite providing all the necessary proofs of authenticity for my items, my account was inexplicably deactivated. I reached out multiple times seeking clarification and assistance, but the responses I received were shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. The customer service representatives responded in a monotonous manner, often forwarding generic messages that completely ignored my specific concerns. What is even more troubling is the lack of transparency and the discriminatory attitude displayed towards me. They failed to provide any valid reason for the deactivation of my account, and their dismissive responses made it clear that they had no interest in resolving the issue or respecting me as a new user. This experience has left me feeling mistreated and discriminated against. Vestiaire Collective’s handling of my situation has been nothing short of appalling, showcasing their lack of respect for customers and their unwillingness to provide adequate support. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Vestiaire Collective. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, marked by rudeness, a lack of transparency, and discriminatory practices. They need to make significant improvements to their approach if they hope to maintain any credibility and trust with their users.

I declined a low ball offer, pointed out that I mention this is my lowest price and that my offers are switched off, the other person then proceeded to racially abuse and threaten me (she has no picture, I have a picture up where it is obvious that I am fair skinned and strawberry blonde), several of her messages were deleted by the system, I can only assume due to the profanities she used, her new approach was misspelling profanities, I blocked her, she moved on to another item and opened a chat there, again with insults and threats. I reported her as it was really getting to me, the app was constantly letting me know somebody had asked "a question" and I really didn't enjoy the gutter language of said person. I sent it with the required screen shots, as a result I got the same copy and paste message over and over about how to report, I replied I had reported it, they kept sending them and telling me they would close the issue should I not reply. So I did it again, they told me that they already have it and why I opened a separate chat (because they told me to) and now my chat is blocked. So I assume that Vestiaire stands with people who utter threats and abuse, what a lovely company.... I would like to stress, I have not once used profanities, I have asked this person repeatedly to leave me alone, yet I am the one who is banned from chat!

I bought a bag, which was supposedly verified. First time I used it the handle snapped. It had clearly been glued, however because it was after 72 hours nobody will help me. The seller is still allowed to actively sell on the website. Be careful seller is mybunbag. So disappointing and I’ve been ripped off.

Bought several items from different sellers on this site. I have only ever received one. The sellers usually cancel days after payment is processed with no reason. Vestiaire Customer Service are useless. These sellers are allowed to keep their accounts as if nothing has happened, so there is no penalty for withdrawing sales after they have taken place. Have seen the same items subsequently re-listed at higher prices, again, with no penalty to the seller. What is the point? Avoid.

Worse experience ever!!!They have blocked my account before I even started!Probably smbd loves me up there,because I did not stand a chance in front of them,didn't even have the "opportunity" to have any ugly experience with them while actually buying or selling!Lucky me!!! Fraud,"we don't give a f*ck!",and lack of honesty and profesionalism is what's coming first to my mind,but who cares...?!They don't give a chance to a newcomer,so I'm happy to get rid of such nasty app!Brrrr!👎🤢
