Don't waste your time or money I've been waiting a month for delivery, taken the day off work and never received

Never buy from wilkos suppliers products! If you purchase some products that has been from them suppliers and it's something wrong with it you won't get your money back! I have been sending numerous emails to just get the labels for 3 different items to send to 3 different suppliers and been touch with the suppliers as well to put wilko on them place and send me the labels so I could return them back and get my refund. I had feelings that they won't issue my refund anyways so I escalate it to PayPal and I did right. When I finally after a month get labels from suppliers not wilko and sent the items back,get the proof from each supplier that they received the items then wilko still tried to rip me of saying that they already issued my refund when they didn't. I let know PayPal and screenshots all our conversations that they said they issued refund when I haven't received anything and on top of that they tried to charge me a fee for returning some of the items when nobody informed about it. All I just want to say do not buy from wilkos suppliers because if there is anything wrong with it get yourself ready that it will be a long battle with them. I get my money back just because PayPal forced them!

I ordered a bed for my daughter and it arrived 6 days later than the arranged delivery date. Customer service is shocking and very slow to respond & reply as its all done via email. Will not use Wilko ever again!!

Customer service is abysmal. I requested help on an order I was trying to place on October 4th and am still waiting for a proper response over 2 weeks later.

Everything went wrong. They delivered a black boucle storage box in a battered smelly dirty box. The item was damaged with the gold headwear hanging off leaving a part attached to the box with sharp pieces and I cut my finger trying to get it out. That’s not the worst but although it’s terrible. I was told they would send dhl to collect between 9-5 took the day off work guess what ? That’s right no one arrived but that’s not the bad thing although bad enough. Trying to communicated with them is set up do they can just cut you off hoping you get fed up but I’m not leaving thus !! No wonder they went bust. Absolutely atrocious so I am going to go on socials if it’s not collected tomorrow and puts the screenshots showing the history of trying to return good that are damaged cheap rubbish !!

Terrible experience. Items arrived missing parts (it looked used). Confirmed a collection and they no showed. Now it seems all to hard to arrange a collection and refund.

Ordered table and chairs. Never received my table. Been two weeks and still no table and a lot of automated messages. Never buy from this company again and I am taking this further and opening a dispute to get my money back. Do not order from this company. They shouldn’t be trading anymore.

Abysmal service since takeover. Items missing, sent not ordered items, order wet & stained -looks like 1 missing Flash spilled in box, dirty plastic stuffing in box. Complaint not dealt with, but now 3rd email requesting repeat of complaint.

I requested to return my £250 the day after receiving it only to be a week on and still no information given of how to return and just been informed my request has been closed! DO NOT ORDER unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return. Distance selling rules seem to not apply to Wilko.com, very disappointing service, I shall not be ordering again!

Bought a garden furniture set on Wilko.com for £1499.99. The first payment attempt took me all the way through the checkout process and just returned me to the homepage. I thought it odd so just tried again as the transaction on the bank said pending. Online chat said it would be fine and that one would come back to me. Upon completing the 2nd attempt and getting an order confirmation, Wilko cancelled the order and refunded the money. Great. Apart from the initial payment didn't ever get refunded. Wilko still delivered the set. You would think that everything is done and finished with. Nope. Wilko are insisting that they haven't had the 1.5k in payment and that I owe them for it. You unfortunately come up against a brick wall going by the name of Becca when trying to get some help. I have sent her a copy of my bank statement, I have sent her a photograph of the online chat with my bank including the ARN which has been confirmed as received by Wilko and yet still Becca is saying I haven't paid. She has treated me like I am so completely thick and told me that two transactions on a bank statement are actually just one payment. If this was the case there wouldn't be an ARN for the payment and there wouldn't be 3k coming out of my account that day. I have repeatedly asked for contact details of someone in accounts that I can talk to so I can actually get some help but she had repeatedly ignored me and still insists on answering the email telling me that she is listening to me. What more am I meant to do? I have given them a bank tracking code (ARN) of the unrefunded payment, I have given them a copy of my bank statement. They know I don't have the money and Wilko do have the money just from these two pieces of information alone. The problem comes that they have the money and no order number to tie it up to which according to Wilko means I haven't paid it. (It doesn't take a genuis to take the order number they have created after it was delivered and tie it to the money which doesn't have an order number to the goods they have delivered to me.) This has gone on for over a month now! Irritated doesn't even start to describe it. To add a little more insult to injury the set has also now been reduced to £1199.99 which is £300 cheaper than when I paid for it. A little goodwill will also be going amiss no doubt for the hassle they have caused me. Utterly useless company.

I received a faulty item from Wilko over 2 months ago. I still do not have any resolution or a refund. I arranged for the large item to be collected several times and no courier showed for the collection. Each customer service agent is different and therefore has no record of the previous emails sent. Wilko seem to use third party companies for large items and third party companies for their carrier service so again the communication and resolution will never happen as it seems not only do they have bd communication with their customers but also their partner companies. Absolutely shocked that they have not been able to come to a resolution after 2 months!

We ordered a shed and received the wrong item, contacted the customer service team at first and they seemed happy at first to resolve the issue but then we have seemed to be fobbed off time and time again, every time we email its the same automated service saying give us 48hrs to respond, the item we received was significantly cheaper than the one we ordered so we have asked for a refund and after numerous attempts are still no further forward and still awaiting an answer. I can honestly say i would never order from this company again and warn others not to either. They have literally no customer service and when making mistakes they hide away but are happy to take your money and run

Appalling customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM WILKO ONLINE. If there's a problem you will not get a refund. 62 messages so far to try and get a refund for a faulty item. They even offered me £10 to get it repaired!

Bought a polycarbonate greenhouse and while fairly happy with the end result, the communication was awful. A courier service which i've never heard of with no website or business address came a day before delivery date and left a card saying it had been returned to depot. The contact number they left was a personal mobile which went straight to voicemail. No customer helpline at wilco and the only communication is by text or email which can take 2 days to get a reply. The product finally arrived at the last minute 2 weeks after the original delivery date and the guttering for the sides of the greenhouse which stop the glazing from slipping out didn't fit. I ended up having to use cable ties instead. I would have returned it and asked for a refund but if their returns service is anything like their delivery i'll give it a miss.

Ordered a rocking chair for £89.99 which I decided to return. I have proof they received it. After 4 weeks I had, had no refund. Emailed them I to ask where my refund was and I then received £9.99. So they have had £80.00 of my money since the 13th June 2024. Despite emailing, sending formal complaint letters (which they should reply to within 7 days) I have had nothing back, and have been fobbed off with excuses. Eventually got in touch with the credit card company , and hopefully they will sort it. Please do not waste your time and well earned money on this company. They do not deserve it!! And you may well regret it!

Shockingly bad customer service. Do not order anything online from Wilko. The chair I ordered is not only very poor quality, one of the leg fixings has a manufacturing fault. There is no Customer Service phone number and the only means of communication is via their messaging system. 27 messages later Wilko have offered me £10 towards getting this chair repaired or a replacement chair. This contravenes the UK Distance Selling Regulations. They are ignoring my requests to return the chair for a refund. Be warned, do not buy anything from Wilko Online.
