I have ordered an item from Wilko which they never delivered. I have tried all ways to reach Wilko's Range team to get my refund back via emails, web chat, and WhatsApp, but they just give you false assurances of a 5-7 day refund and never refund the amount for a missing item they never sent. I have contacted the vendors from which this item was delivered by Wilko, and they said Wilko is their worst client, as there are several customers who are still waiting for their refund. Both Wilko and Range have not refunded my amount, and to my surprise, their CEO, whom I mailed, hasn't cared to reply for 3 weeks now. This company just takes customers' money and uses it for their own purposes. I would suggest never buying from Wilko and Range as they are really a pathetic company.

It’s been over 6 weeks now and I still haven’t received my refund. £500 out of pocket. Emails back and forth, I was finally told the refund had been actioned on the 7 June but still no money received and it’s the 22 June.

If I could put zero stars I would Placed a large order to make pamper hampers evri delivered it at 9:59 I was at work all neighbours were home but they decided to leave it in front garden in a open greenhouse ( my garden is in a public footpath next to a woods very open)! I sheets state if not home deliver to neighbours but they didn’t I got home at gone 6 no parcel checked with neighbours nothing! Contacted both evri and wilko evri said wilko should get in touch with them to sort out missing parcel they’ve excepted that item shouldn’t have been left ! Wilko refusing to resend order or refund a site. Was delivered to a SAFE place!!!! Clearly ur wasn’t safe and evri has excepted I have never said leave parcel here wilko refuse to contact them refused to resend and refused to refund I’m not £74 out of pocket and no item! Not sure where to go next tbh

Ordered patio set and parasol in March was advised that they could not fulfill the whole order so they refunded the cost of the patio set £499.99. They have now emailed and sent a letter asking for the money to be returned as this was sent back due to a technical error. Do they really expect me to pay for something they never delivered. Tried all contact options. Spoke to live chat who said all ok but still receiving e mails demanding payment with 7 days. Do yourself a favour and never use this company. Appalling!!!! .

Ordered a large item for the garden with a delivery of almost 4 weeks which I was prepared to wait. However, it’s been another 4 weeks and no item. Trying to talk to them via the chat is useless. Really poor communication and I am still awaiting a response. Had my money for 2 months now and I am fed up with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Ordered 8 beech revolving rolling pins, was sent the wrong items. Contacted customer service they despatched replacement order, yet again wrong items delivered. Contacted customer service again, they offered replacements, I queried whether the right items would be delivered, they said they couldn't guarantee it. Seems they just send anything in the hope people will accept wrong items, plus customer service don't admit this unless questioned. Total waste of time and energy.

I bought a pressure washer online from Wilko. £100 Item was not delivered and now I am in an endless email trap. They have taken my money and now have not answered my past 4 emails. I feel totally scammed. Would never use this company again. Beware !!

I ordered a product that never arrived and wonder how many people have been in this position. It was £23.95 with delivery fees it may not seem a lot but if this is happening to lot of people they will accumulate a lot of money . Totally disgusted

When they failed to deliver an item with express delivery using DHL You Can't contact anybody and they don't have a 'customer service' department just a third party company that takes emails and chat messages. I strongly suggest to any one that you don't use them. When things go wrong there is no one to help ! They are owned by the Range and their customer support is extremely poor !

AVOID - company missold product, sent wrong version, told me I ordered the wrong item and changed the web page but I have the invoice to prove the purchase. 3 weeks of back and forth with them saying they will send a courier to collect the item but never following through with it. Will likely need to pursue legal action.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Trying to return a large item. Wilko have informed me four times of dates that it would be collected by DHL. I have booked time off work and waiting in all day FOUR times and no one has come. Do not buy from the store as you will never be able to return it. I have wasted so much time with this company.

This is the worst company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. We ordered something from them in the middle of April. They took my money, then sat on it for a month. They refused to deal with me until after my given delivery date, when they did eventually deal with me it turned out they hadn’t put in my order with their supplier (I only found this out from their supplier). I now have to wait another 5 weeks and they still refuse to deal with me or apologise for what has happened. I am in an endless loop of email tag with them. They know about my questions, they just refuse to speak to me or answer my questions. I won’t be using them ever again.

Delivered a broken table, and after almost 2 months have failed to resolve it and then offered me a 10% refund of the price paid to close the matter. seriously poor service.

I placed an order for 2 plastic plant pots and 2 palm plants costing £50 for 2 plants have been sent 4 plastic plants pots so basically have been charged £50 for 2 plastic plant pots no telephone number to talk to anyone disgusting

problem with delivery, I have been waiting for 11 days, it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days, the courier explains to Wilko that he came three times and left information, nothing like that happened. He told me to pick it up myself and I paid for the delivery

The worst customer service, or rather non existent. I would not buy anything from them again. Waited in all day for a desk to be delivered (taking annual leave to do so ) no one showed up and no update from them. Contacted the courier and they said contact Wilko. Could not find a telephone number, tried online chat and they said they would update me, no response, then further emails to say they would update me, I think they are just auto bots, have again emailed them. I just want my money refunded now as no one has apologised let alone given me an update and the delivery date was 2 weeks ago now. They have over £200 of my money . Shocking

A friend had a problem with a Wilko order but eventually sorted it out through The Range. I thought that her experience might have been a one-off so decided to order from them principally to get some of the own-brand Wilko cat food that my cats love. How I wish I'd read the reviews on this site before ordering ! The parcel which arrived was 36 packets short of one variety and 12 short of another totaling over £20 from my order; I stated this quite clearly in the course of my complaint. E mails have followed thick and fast (each bearing a different name from the Wilko end) and I have been asked to provide order-codes, a photo of the order and other types of information so that a basically simple problem has been turned into a veritable Gordian knot. The latest e mail from Wilko has asked me to confirm the figures of missing items as they have stated, but they are considerably less than the actual case. I 'd like to think that all this is down to incomprehension of basic arithmetic and English on the part of the Wilko team but I'm beginning to suspect delaying tactics after reading some of the other reviews in this thread. I suspect I shall have to contact my credit card company to try to sort out the mess and obtain a refund for me and my cats will have to get used to other brands in the future as I won't be ordering from Wilko again. Absolutely aggravating !

Orderd 4 tins of paint supposed to deliver last wk said it had been deliverd wich it hadn't got intouch with them they said it had been damaged and would I like to reorder which I did order came today 2 tins instead of 3 and 1 realy damaged tin of white gloss coverd in cellophane and I finally got intouch to be told they'd informed the appropriate department for a refund have to wait 48hrs to hear back got a feeling we won't get anywhere so will prob have to get intouch again its a nightmare worst customer service by far would deft not recommend and I won't be going back

Extremely disappointed with Wilko.com. They cancelled my order before shipping and refunded the item cost but refused to refund the £4.95 delivery charge. This is a clear breach of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which require a full refund including delivery costs when a retailer cancels an order before dispatch. Customer service was unhelpful and claimed their system couldn't process the refund manually or issue a cheque. Avoid this retailer if you value your consumer rights and expect fair treatment. Was laughably offered free delivery for my next order. Not in a million years. Operating illegally - now going via credit card company.
