“ Ordered a large item for the garden with a delivery of almost 4 weeks which I was prepared to wait. However, it’s been another 4 weeks and no item. Trying to talk to them via the chat is useless. Really poor communication and I am still awaiting a response. Had my money for 2 months now and I am fed up with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere. ”

“ When they failed to deliver an item with express delivery using DHL You Can't contact anybody and they don't have a 'customer service' department just a third party company that takes emails and chat messages. I strongly suggest to any one that you don't use them. When things go wrong there is no one to help ! They are owned by the Range and their customer support is extremely poor ! ”
