Honestly, very poor, ordered a hoover, came without the battery or charger, requested to return it on the 3rd of January and been constantly told 'wait 48 hours for a response from the relevant department' obviously been waiting more than 48 hours, it's vile customer service and I'm still likely to be charged for a product I cannot physically use, trying to get a return address is like getting blood out of a stone.
